experienced Targeting Analyst - Expert Level in support of a U.S. Government
customer. The Expert Targeting Analyst will research and develop targeting
packages addressing unknown intelligence gaps for future MASINT technical collection
capabilities levied against ST R&D system(s).
Responsibilities
Create target packages and
collection strategies with observables mapped to various phenomenology and
various subdiscipline capabilities in support of collection operations.
Identify intelligence gaps of
interest and subsequently work with collection requirements managers to submit

Develops target nominations,

supporting the Government’s Request for Support and Named Area of Interest processes.
You will assist in developing processes that enhance situational understanding
of WMD and improvised threats, and the networks that employ or facilitate them

produce intelligence products focused on WMDs, and counter-proliferation
threats using advanced all source analytic capabilities. You will apply
expertise in WMD, Counter-proliferation, and network analysis, social network

in a dynamic client environment. You will respond to strategic operational and
tactical collection needs based on raw intelligence and apply knowledge of
related collection techniques and working knowledge of tradecraft and tools

and defeat those WMD, and counter-threat networks. To do this, you will
prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct analyses of device and

JOB DESCRIPTION: J52 Senior Radiological/Nuclear Analyst
Serves as the primary
Radiological/Nuclear SME on radiological and Nuclear WMD threats. Performs
intelligence research utilizing relevant databases and sources, to include

counterparts working WMD issues throughout the USG, including planning,
assessments, exercises, and operations. Collates data and performs analysis on
subject issues, providing SME input on relevant current/emerging WMD threats,

analytical studies and network analysis in support of planning. Serves as a SME

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidates will be knowledgeable of threats
and concerns related to radiological and nuclear threats and ballistic missile
defense and be capable of evaluating and assessing emerging developments and
trends. Must possess strong writing and
communication skills. Candidates will
have a strong understanding of the USG structure and agencies as pertains to
the Counter-WMD and Counter-proliferation subject areas. Must be a self-starter, be capable of working
independently, and actively initiate analysis and production on areas of focus
and concern. Candidates will initiate and foster collaboration and maintain

Proposal Summary:
Under this task order, MSI will
provide the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) with a broad range of
support, including but not limited to desk and field research, analysis, data
collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and
coordination, assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) capacity
building, event facilitation, and administrative backstopping to meet current
and evolving security cooperation AM&E requirements. The scope of work will

Position Summary:
The program assistant will be

work that has been awarded and is starting 23 February.
Requirements:
-SRP experience or real-world
surveillance experience
-Secret-level clearance or above
-POV available to use for
surveillance work
-Living in (or within comfortable
driving distance from) Miami-Dade County
-An ability and willingness to
work well with a team
We are unable to pay
commuting/travel/lodging/meals and incidentals. Candidates must have a POV and
must live within commuting distance to Miami. We appreciate all those who
reached out to us in the past about interest in this work, but the budgetary
constraints require us to consider only locals (or those who are willing and
able to travel to and stay in the Miami area at their own cost). We
unfortunately can't make any exceptions.
Surveillance mileage will be
reimbursed at the IRS rate (as will parking, tolls, and other
surveillance-related incidentals). The work will be performed on a 1099 basis.

The Operations Manager for EMS
Medical Training oversees all aspects of medical training within the EMS
medical training section. The Operations Manager will provide daily and ongoing
oversight of facilities, equipment, and student records. Maintain a
professional status that supports Raven Medical’s mission and endeavors.
Provide an educational environment conducive to student success. Maintain
program compliance and accreditation standards according to National Registry
of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT), National Association of Emergency
Medical Technicians (NAEMT), American Heart Association (AHA), Commission on
Accreditation for Pre-Hospital Continuing Education (CAPCE), and North Carolina
Office of Emergency Medical Services (NCOEMS). This position reports directly
to the Director of Medical Operations, who provides oversight of all Raven
Medical Training Programs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain current credentials or
licensures as required by program or accreditation.
Retain a list of on call 1099
(contract), medical personnel to support episodic training.
Manage and supervise contract
medical personnel.
Recommend budget needs for
equipment, supplies, and travel.
Maintain accountability and
serviceability of equipment, supplies, and facilities.
Participate in professional
development opportunities to advance teaching skills and strategies.
Conduct recruiting activities to
fill course vacancies.
Collaborate with educational
partners, business/industry and/or external agencies as appropriate to promote
the mission of Raven Medical.
Develop learner-centered lesson
plans.
Employ teaching strategies and
instructional materials for different learning styles.
Prepare, distribute, and utilize
instructional support materials, including course syllabi, supplementary
materials, instructional media, and other devices as appropriate.
Develop, update, and revise course
curriculum as needed to maintain currency and accreditation.
Collect and enter data for course
accreditation requirements.
Assist with appropriate
assessments of student learning outcomes.
Evaluate course effectiveness and
provide feedback for quality enhancement.
Attend meetings, conferences, and
other functions as directed.
Teach EMS course material as
required.

at the senior-level in support of the U.S. Army Operations Group (AOG) at Ft.
Meade, MD. The Collection Operations Manager shall review, edit, publish
intelligence reports, and provide support to collectors focusing on collection
operations against prioritized requirements.
Job Responsibilities
· Integrate the results of source
management information, targeting packages, and analytical products, manage the
production of Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and focus collection
efforts against prioritized Army requirements.
· Develop, implement, and assess HUMINT
collection requirements and overall HUMINT collection strategies synchronizing
the prioritization of requirements.
· Research, assess, and provide
recommendations to the operational staff for presentation to internal and
external audiences.
· Perform research and analysis that

Required Qualifications
