POSITION SUMMARY:
As an ammunition material coordinator lead, you are responsible for managing a team of 5 personnel consisting of 2 warehouse specialist, 2 material coordinators, and 1 Ammunition Inspector. You are also required to teach, mentor, counsel and train all ammunition personnel. You verifying ammunition against receiving documents; noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing ammunition to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing ammunition in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored ammunition; examining stored munitions and reporting deterioration and damage; removing ammunition from storage and preparing it for shipment to various depots. ECS Medical Support Instructors:
• This classroom instruction involves delivery of formal course curriculum in the areas of Basic First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), and when appropriate, will provide certification of other personnel. ECS Medical support Instructors shall provide for daily set-up and maintenance of all provided medical training aides utilized in ECS training. ◦ In addition to the basic instructor requirements, the Medical Support Instructors shall have at least two (2) years of experience in providing military first aid or emergency room / trauma center care.

Weapons Based Course Instructors:

Overview
Mayvin is currently seeking qualified applicants to serve as a UAS Project Manager that will provide support to a USSOCOM customer. This position will be located at Ft. Bragg, NC. The candidate will be a part of a team that is charged with quickly providing SOF units deployed globally with innovative government and commercial off-the-shelf solutions that address urgent requirements.
This position requires U.S. citizenship. TS/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities
1. As the Group I and II Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Project Manager, represents organizational priorities while serving as an ISR liaison to adjacent commands and higher headquarters including USASOC, MARSOC, AFSOC, HQDA, and SOCOM. Coordinates with USASOC, MARSOC, AFSOC, ARSOAC, Army PM offices, NAVAIR, and other supporting elements to support organizational objectives. Incumbent provides technical systems support for development and procurement of Airborne Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) systems. Provides technical systems support with detailed ISR development plans and schedules for Airborne ISR capabilities, equipment, personnel, scheduling, maintenance, flight authorizations, and air space de-confliction in support of Unit and DoD priorities. Support includes development of detailed employment plans and schedules for training, capabilities integration, equipment and personnel scheduling, and airspace de-confliction. Independently coordinates types and number of aircraft necessary for testing/training mission accomplishment and seeks support of the same from enabling organizations. Represents customer requirements during organizational meetings with all user echelons. Identifies tactical A-ISR capability gaps through coordination and liaison with organizational leadership and recommends changes, in order to meet mission requirements.
2. Identifies, manages, plans and coordinates for A-ISR future capabilities. Supports and provides input to A-ISR assessments organizing, and overseeing key programs of future A-ISR capabilities and policies. Provides advice, analysis, technical expertise, and support to the Combat Development Directorate regarding future unclassified and classified A-ISR platforms schedules to support A-ISR missions. Makes periodic comprehensive assessments and evaluations of tactical A-ISR goals and objectives to provide a basis for long-range planning to enhance the organization's tactical ISR management responsibilities. Makes recommendations and defends decisions on DoD and USSOCOM operational policy matters; often required to make sound recommendations on committing significant funds or resources impacting future SOF capabilities and program life cycles
3. Conducts thorough market research for solutions to A-ISR requirement gaps. Subsequently provides materiel solution options for the organization. Compiles quotes and develops purchase documentation for government approval. Supports and provides input to ISR assessments; organizing and overseeing key programs of future ISR capabilities and policies. Provides advice, analysis, technical expertise, and support to the CDD Director regarding future unclassified and classified ISR platforms scheduled to support combatant command ISR missions. Evaluates the effectiveness of ISR programs and operations in terms of mission accomplishment; quantity and quality standards; procedural, policy and regulatory compliance; and technical competence. Makes periodic comprehensive assessments and evaluations of ISR goals and objectives to provide a basis for long-range planning to enhance the organizations ISR management responsibilities. Serves as project manager for all Airborne ISR requirements. Coordinates and reviews all Airborne ISR related combat development projects within the Combat Development Directorate, while keeping abreast of the status of those projects and tracking the remaining efforts associated with those projects until completion.
4. Develops documentation to support US Army Airworthiness Release (AWR) messages for non-standard aircraft. Monitors and assists moving AWRs through staff channels for approval. Generate letters, Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) and Statements of Requirements (SOR) for all Airborne ISR requirements
5. Provides analysis and input to the organization's programmatic budgetary planning process for future Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) development, procurement and sustainment. Utilizes knowledge of SOF, training, readiness, organization, Airborne ISR support to the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit and Analyze (F3EA) cycle, Army and Joint Aviation standardization and safety, FAA Policy, Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS), SOF Capabilities Integration Development System (SOFCIDS), and resource requirements to integrate functions and tasks into all facets of SOF AISR where appropriate and to advise the Commodity SGM and CDD staff in the decision making process.
6. Supports the planning and execution of flight testing and demonstrations for UAS at various locations. Develop flight test plans, test cards and schedules that support the organizational timelines and goals Understands the DOD requirements generation process and the concepts of Key Systems Attributes, Key Performance Parameters, Threshold and Objective Requirements and how these concepts nest within the overall testing plan.
Qualifications
· Comprehensive knowledge of ISR policies, plans, programs, employment, and doctrine to integrate and advocate organizational ISR requirements at appropriate levels
· Comprehensive experience as well as the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies for tactical A-ISR support to the organization.
· Specialized experience in administering or performing tactical A-ISR management in support of SOF Operations.
· Comprehensive ability to define problems, identify relationships, evaluate quality, assess impacts, and make conclusions and recommendations against priorities, standards or objectives or, where none exist, to establish required priorities, standards, objectives, and doctrine
· Knowledge of commercial Unmanned Aerial Systems and their capabilities.
· Background in basic flight techniques, procedures and aircraft engineering.
· Must have working knowledge of USSOCOM 350-9, AR 95-23, AR 385-10, DA PAM 385-40, AR 95-20 and applicable FARs.

Darkblade Systems is seeking a HUMINT/SIGINT SME. This is a full-time opportunity with immediate fill located in Central Maryland. Clearance required, TS/SCI preferred initially, may include CI Poly opportunity. Travel is less than 10%.
The HUMINT Targeting Officer (HTO) / SME will work within a team of multi-disciplined targeting officers to provide detailed analytical support, including in depth analysis of operational and strategic requirements to support both current operations and strategic planning.
The SME must be capable of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Counterintelligence (CI), and industrial security information.
The HTO will have advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting.
