1. Senior Security Officer (International) (Job Number: 0901081)
Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Division Chief, the Senior Security Officer (INT) plans and carries out the Fund's field security operations. The primary functions include developing international security policies, assessments, and briefing materials; providing security guidance and protection for management, Executive Directors, Fund staff, technical experts, and other Fund employees traveling on mission or assigned to overseas locations; and protecting Fund information and physical assets at overseas locations.
The Senior Security Officer (INT) develops, assesses, and implements field security policies, procedures and programs and promotes team work and the best use of the division's field security resources and outsourced resources.
The Senior Security Officer (INT) provides direct supervision over the two assigned personnel provided by the International Security Services vendor (currently Control Risks Group). This supervision includes the monitoring of vendor job performance and the quarterly completion and review of the Key Performance Indicators worksheet.
Functions performed include:
• researching, compiling and analyzing international security data and intelligence reports, and recommending or, when required, executing appropriate action;
• providing general guidance or supervision to outsourced international security vendor team for specific tasks or requirements;
• preparing briefings and debriefings for staff traveling on mission or posted overseas; disseminating security information to departments and offices in the field; managing the travel clearance program; and publishing travel advisories;
• researching and drafting risk assessments for international travel by Fund management; coordinating necessary security arrangements for executive protection with host government officials and professional consultants; and maintaining close collaboration with the division's executive protection operations;
• planning and evaluating physical security for resident representatives, overseas field offices, training institutes, and technical experts, in close coordination with Area Departments, the UN Department of Safety and Security, and host government authorities;
• performing analysis of field security policies, guidelines and practices; drafting and making recommendations for changes or improvements, as needed;
• participating in Departmental Security Contact Meetings and related security meetings;
• responding to field incidents, initiating actions during emergencies, and developing guidance for Fund employees at overseas locations.
• The Senior Security Officer (INT) also will maintain ongoing working relationships with field security officials in the World Bank, the U.N. and related agencies, the U.S. Department of State, and other member country ministries, and government security and law enforcement agencies worldwide, as required.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a proven record at a senior level in field security operations in international, corporate or other security settings; a working familiarity with the UN security program would be desirable, as would the programs and operations of the U.S. State Department and/or other government security and law enforcement agencies; the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others in a multicultural environment; the ability to make quick decisions while maintaining a calm, courteous, and objective attitude in all situations; the ability to relate to and gain the confidence of the staff and management of the Fund; and excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience in public speaking, effective security communications, and the preparation of clear and concise written reports.
Educational Requirements:
Typically acquired by the completion of a relevant advanced university degree in the areas of leadership, management or security operations, supplemented by a minimum of six years of professional experience in military, law enforcement or related field at commissioned officer or equivalent rank with professional security management experience preferably in an international and multicultural working environment or equivalent; or a bachelor's degree, supplemented by a minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience.
Must be available to travel, sometimes on short notice, and to provide responses to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Proficiency in one or more languages other than English is also desirable.

14. Intelligence Community Outreach Planner, Arlington, VA (Crystal City)
The Intelligence Community Outreach Planner will ensure intelligence architecture issues and intelligence user requirements are integrated into intelligence programs, assist in the planning, guidance, oversight, and support of intelligence programs, architecture, and future activities. Tasks include the establishment, management and coordination of functional working groups to facilitate integration of intelligence requirements, participation in and validation of program field testing, and development of procedures to evaluate and test intelligence programs of interest. Liaison activities with national level intelligence organizations, the military services, combatant commanders and civilian contractors will be established and maintained.

I3requires the services of an intelligence planner for strategy and plan development. The intelligence planner will develop and maintain intelligence plans required by DoD Directives, regulations, orders or other formal guidance. The planners will establish and maintain direct liaison activities and staff coordination channels with national level intelligence organizations, the military services, combatant commands and civilian contractors. Planners will research, evaluate, and integrate operational and intelligence issues, presenting findings through briefings and written forms of communication. Personnel will be based in Crystal City, VA.

Assist in development of training capabilities through coordination with the appropriate Department of Defense (DoD), national agencies, and USJFCOM entities such as the Joint Intelligence Laboratory (JIL) and shall be prepared to travel to other government or civilian agencies and facilities, including those of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and other bilateral or organizational U.S. coalition partners for collaboration on emerging intelligence and information systems and functional research in support of training objectives and requirements.
Provide analysis and assistance in the identification and delineation of Joint Intelligence Training Requirements, as well as development of the Intelligence input to Joint Training Plans, lead development and/or revision of Joint Mission Essential Tasks Lists (JMTELs) and intelligence tasks for inclusion in CJCSM3500.04 series, Universal Joint Task List (UJTL), for each level of war (Strategic National (SN), Strategic Theater (ST), Operational (OP) and Tactical (TA)) using the guidance and format prescribed in that document, and the Defense Training Transformation (T2) Strategy and Implementation Plan.
