This is an Ability One Set-aside contract requiring a minimum of 30% documented disability
Able Forces is looking for experienced A/L Site Managers to support: aviation logistics, global supply chain, parts sourcing, warehousing, supply distribution, facility maintenance, ground fleet maintenance, fuel management, property management, and in-flight food services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in either Department of Defense or Department of State aviation logistics (fixed and rotary wing).
Positions generally fall into one of three categories:
• Melbourne, FL-based Global Operations – these positions include program management, parts procurement, global supply chain, quality, and safety management.
• Iraq and Afghanistan Site Managers – these positions are deployed, with 100% travel requirements.
• Central and South America - these positions are deployed, with 100% travel requirements. Fluency in Spanish is required.
The successful candidate MUST meet the following minimum requirements:
• Over 5 years of logistics experience with at least 3 of these in a managerial role within a Department of State (DoS), Department of Defense (DOD) or other similar US Government supply system where aviation logistics services, warehousing, and property administration services were a significant part of their responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, college or equivalent institution in a business or technical field.
• Aviation logistics training.
• Previous work experience in Central and/or South America.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Training and certification in Lean Six Sigma.
• U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance.

The staff accountant role will support the North American Metals Fixed Asset Accounting Manager. The candidate must be a team player and be able to follow directions as instructed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the fixed asset accounting process and maintenance of company- wide automated fixed asset accounting system and capital project tracking and reporting.
•Perform accounting activities as per established accounting standards and procedures.

URS Corporation is now hiring qualified FA-18 A-F Aircraft Servicers in support of U.S. NAS aircraft maintenance operations at NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA
High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years actual organizational level aircraft flight line or aircraft carrier flight deck servicing experience is recommended. Prior experience with U.S. Navy servicing operations on FA-18 aircraft highly preferred.

Nature and Scope:
The Plant Maintenance Manager is responsible for all facility maintenance requirements and interacts with operators, engineers, management, vendors, and customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Performs real-time analysis duties to ensure service levels are met.
* Monitors call volume demand in real time and flexes workforce accordingly.
* Ensures that the best possible call center service levels are achieved to maximize utilization.
* Monitors call volume and average speed of answer (ASA) in real time & adjusts schedules to ensure consistent service is maintained.
* Designs and manages an efficient staff scheduling system for short-term future needs which includes the development of shift requirements and paid time off (PTO) planning.
* Determines how to best distribute the staff to meet projected call volumes.
* Analyzes historical patterns to determine nature, variance, and seasonality of call arrival patterns.
* Utilizes shift schedule templates to determine shifts. Creates shift schedules in WFM system.
* Develops a set of priority rules that will govern how shifts are assigned.
* Establish a set of scheduling resources and monitoring systems to manage schedule administration, communication and to track performance.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
* Requires a BA/BS degree in Business, Statistics or related field; 2 years call center operations experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
* 2 years real-time management experience in a centralized call center environment preferred.

is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization OCONUS in Afghanistan. This position is required to travel
OCONUS for a minimum of one year.

(lAVA) schedule and document results. The IAM will be responsible for coordinating , scheduling and / or conducting
training for all Information Assurance Managers to include but not limited to RCERT training to conduct lAVAs. The lAM

Locate Technicians are responsible for the correct, safe and efficient locating of underground utilities including telecommunications, electric, power, cable TV, gas, water and sewer systems. This includes taking time to thoroughly search for underground utilities in an area, properly marking the location, completing the necessary paperwork, and photographing each locate.
