Duties:

MASINT Analyst: Geospatial Measure Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) Analyst. Retrieve, produce and exploit standard and non-standard MASINT products to support the COIC mission. Routinely interfaces with DOD, IC and combat units to leverage MASINT capabilities to address formal RFIs and ad hoc tasks.
IMINT Analyst: Geospatial Imagery (IMINT) Analyst. Responsible for supervising and analyzing aerial and ground permanent record imagery developed by photographic and electronic means. Duties as an IMINT Analyst may include: studying aerial photographs and recommending the use of imaging sensors for reconnaissance and surveillance missions; using electronic, mechanical and optical devices, as well as photogrammetry, in order to obtain information from imagery; obtaining intelligence by studying and analyzing imagery products; determining target coordinates for accurate location of imagery analysis findings; identifying enemy weapons and equipment defenses; analyzing installations and lines of communications, and studying land and sea areas that could become battlegrounds in time of war.
HUMINT Analyst: Integrate and disseminate reports and products. Identify emerging trends and methods of operation in order to deter and interdict networks associated with the sourcing, production, delivery and emplacement of IEDs. Analyze data from in-theater in order to strengthen information gathering through JIEDDO fusion capabilities. Provide deployed forces with higher level of understanding in their AO, especially with respect to recognizing and capitalizing upon signs of radicalization.
GMTI Analyst: Provide subject matter expertise to Persistent Surveillance and IED Analysis. Assist in meeting a broad spectrum of requirements for providing Ground Moving Target Indicator data analysis and research support to a wide customer base within the United States Government. Provide expertise and experience in GMTI collection systems; data acquisition; GMTI exploitation technologies; GMTI analysis/evaluation and GMTI production processes and systems dissemination methods and tools. Provide research and analysis activities worldwide to address intelligence products in support of Combat/Crisis Operations and customer needs. Integrate GMTI data as applicable in order to provide a product depicting a more complete picture of specific analytical issues; identify intelligence gaps; and prepare intelligence requirements as needed. Position Description
Minerva Engineering has been given the responsibility of performing independent test and evaluation for the TAC program which is a tool for querying large multi-source intelligence databases. Tasking to support this project will include the development of a formal software test and evaluation process as part of the software build cycle. This process will have to be integrated into the system as a formal element of the overall build process. In addition, Minerva Engineering will perform Independent Test and Evaluation of the software system employing rigorous methodologies for evaluating the correctness and functionality of the product throughout the software delivery life cycle. This process is intended to serve as a means to generate confidence in the SW performance through early identification and correction of functional or performance deficiencies specifically related to customer deployments. A key element of this activity will be the evaluation of performance characteristics of the SW through the generation and evaluation of objective data. The system is a web-based software product (uses IE7/IE8 and Firefox) with a wide diversity of customers. Testing will need to encompass the specific needs of the various customers as well as the data products.
This position will require the successful candidate to have a thorough knowledge of the TAC program, the software and its associated uses. Of particular importance is a detailed knowledge of the development of queries (“Analytic Mentor” knowledge highly desirable), use of the Grid of Grids functions, working knowledge of the “Details Panel” and the “Document View”. The successful candidate will use their knowledge of TAC to support the independent test and evaluation process and therefore be able to read, follow and implement written test procedures. In addition, it’s highly desired that the successful candidate be able to support the development of detailed test procedures.

You must know your color codes, be neat in your craftsmanship, and
enjoy steady work with the opportunity to work overtime and travel as
required inside the United States. Outside plants experience is not
needed, but the ability to bring in exterior communications to a
modular building is required. The cable technician must know how to
properly and safely utilize a field hickey (conduit bender), and the
proper installation of conduit, as well as have a basic understanding
of industry standard safety guidelines. The cable technician must be
able to possess basic computer skills so that they can upload test
data to transfer electronically to the Project Lead. In addition, the
cabling technician must be thorough with reporting and documenting
work completed, submit required warranty work, and report progress to
the project manager. A minimum of 3 years proven experience in the
industry is required as well as formal trade schooling. This is not
an electrician’s job, and is strictly related to Categories, 3, 5,
5e, and 6 cabling installation, cross connects, and conduit
installation. Professional appearance is required. Work outfit
consists of work boots (no sneakers), working jeans or industry
related rugged pants (no shorts), no pierce noses or any other parts
of the face or exposed areas. Tattoos are acceptable, but in good
taste. If tattoos are questionable, a long sleeved shirt must be
worn. No t-shirts bearing inappropriate language, slogans, or

Collared shirts are acceptable but not required.
Upon completion of each modular building, the technician will be
required to travel to multiple sites to connect existing buildings

technician will also be required to rough draft as-builds to be
presented to the architect for full formal design. Once the modular
building has been completed, the cabling technician will ensure the
customer signs off as the project being completed.
Upon sign off, cabling technician will conduct a 2 week formal copper
cabling course at Folsom State Prison, away from the general
population, and certify up to 25 inmates who are designated as low
risk. You will be required to track student’s progress, implement
remediation as required, certify students according to set
curriculum, report progress to the project manager, and sign off on
certificates of completion.

The President/COO serves as the executive management authority with overall management responsibility for operating the company as an independent subsidiary, including profit and loss, revenue growth, strategic planning, and productivity. This position ensures creation of well-constructed, comprehensive business plans and plans for and establishes disciplines to use standard methodologies for costing, program management, and business development.

The President/COO also reviews market opportunities, technology planning, competitors and business costs and is also responsible for directing the development and implementation of long and short-range strategic objectives, operating business plans, policies, budgets and programs for optimum return on shareholder investments. This position represents the organization to the financial community, major customers, government agencies, shareholders, and the public.

The President/COO job responsibilities include:
• Establishes organizational structure and advises other executives and reviews results of business operations
• Plans, develops and establishes procedures in accordance with AMS policy and procedures. Confers with officials of the holding company to plan business objectives and to develop organizational procedures to coordinate functions and operations between divisions and departments of the holding company
• Reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions
• Coordinates with holding company management in regards to the formulation of financial programs before directing implementation of these programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations to maximize returns on investments and increase productivity
• Plans industrial, labor, and public relations procedures designed to improve company’s image and relations with customers, employees, stockholders, and public
• Provides leadership and guidance to all Project Managers and evaluates performance for compliance with established policies and objectives and contributions in attaining objectives
• Is responsible for oversight and compliance with all contract terms and conditions
• Maintains proactive communication with Contracting Officer and all contract customers to develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of customer requirements and needs
• Assures compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements and corporate policies
