The G3 SME will TAAM ANASOC and all subordinate organization counterparts and serves as the subject matter expert for all matters concerning training, operations and plans, force development, and modernization.
The G3 SME works with the ANASOC G3 staff and shall be capable of the following: planning, coordinating, preparing for and executing operational tasks; synchronizing functions among staff in support of all operations to include the planning and orders process, and continually assessing the situation or execution of operations; conducting MDMP; integrating and coordinating between special operations and conventional forces, validating requirements for the PPBE process
Required Qualifications
Shall have a minimum of one year experience as a Senior Field Grade Officer with the U.S. Army or Marine Corps at the Corps/Division/Brigade Combat Team-level Operations Section (or equivalent) or Special Operations Group level Operations Section (or equivalent) in a managerial position.
Combat experience required, preferably with 12 months experience in Afghanistan. Shall have a minimum of one year operational experience in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) preferably working at a Task Force Joint Operations Center, Special Operations unit or equivalent level in a managerial role working with foreign military and civilian personnel.
Shall have familiarity with the following methodologies: F3EAD, Social Network Analysis and CARVER or other variants
Applicants must be able to pass CENTCOM medical, dental and other CRC-related deployment requirements at an approved CRC. Applicants must be in possession of a current/active US tourist Passport (with further eligibility to receive – if not already in possession of – a current Afghanistan visa). Rigid Tactical is seeking Senior Operational Specialists/Training Subject Matter Experts to provide direct support to the Army, Marine and other US Joint Forces to serve as members of a multi-discipline team performing tasks directly related to the Global War on Terrorism, focused on countering Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
These positions are full time positions and best suited for broadly-gauged experts who have extensive experience in all areas and levels of counterinsurgency operations – from patrol to Division level.
Personnel in these positions perform missions in various remote locations, including high threat environments such as Iraq and Afghanistan.
Experience and Education:
Recent in-theater experience with a US SOF or Special Mission Unit is required. Multiple tours at various operational levels that including a mix of direct combat, operational planning, training development and Ops-Intel fusion is preferred.

Requirements:

•Requires former MOS 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A or Joint Service equivalent.

All employees in Kuwait live in an apartment building that was rented out specifically for this contract. The apartments hold 2-4 people and each individual has their own room and they share a kitchen. They are all given a D-Factor card for meals, but the location of the apartment building is right in the middle of many restaurants (such as Cheesecake Factory).
Requirements:
• 4+ years of years of DoD All-source analytical experience
• 2+ years of OSINT experience
• Experience in either CT, Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional issues, HUMINT, CI or military analysis
• Requires former military service: MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent such as USMC – 0204, 0210, 0211 - Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF –1N7X1 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N4X1 Intelligence Fusion Analyst
• Current Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance

• Familiar with and capable of using social media platforms in OSINT analysis
• Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
