Seeking a highly motivated and talented risk professional to be a part of
our loss forecasting team as a risk management consultant. This is a
critical position and will have a direct impact in our future success, with
the opportunity to play an active role in producing and communicating loss
forecasts.
The loss forecast analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining
loss forecast models as well as important ad hoc decision support analysis.

Join this Biotech firm to lead integration responsibilities for a

This position is for a Web Designer /Business Support Specialist and it is
replacing someone who is moving out of the area. The company is growing and
is adding 1000 new clients in the very near future. You will report to the
Owner and support the sales team. There may be an override on new business

• Perform cradle to grave federal contracts administration with all contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost Reimbursable, IDIQ)
• Participate in pre-proposal activities to include solicitation review, developing internal analysis, completing business proposals to include rates, pricing, basis of estimates, standard forms and narratives
• Draft and review teaming and nondisclosure agreements
• Analyze significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance
• Monitor company's performance on contracts assigned on an on-going basis to ensure conformance to original proposal and contractual terms and conditions
• Record and disseminates information regarding contract modifications, deviations, negotiations and completion or termination
• Participate in contract kick-off meetings
• Prepare contract briefs, update Deltek GCS Premier accounting system, contract status, update databases, and maintain paper and electronic contract files
• Create, maintain and distribute monthly contract reports with respect to cost incurred, funding levels, escalations, ceilings in a timely manner
• Review, prepare and submit closeout packages in accordance with established company policies
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• 3-8 years experience with cradle to grave Federal contracts
• Highly organized with attention to detail and time management
• Experience with researching, interpreting, and resolving FAR related contractual issues
• Ability to draft moderate to complex, non-routine contractual instruments
• Knowledge of contracting concepts, applicable public contract acquisition law and regulations
• Thorough and in-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Department of Defense supplement to the FAR (DFARS), various other Federal agency regulations implementing the FAR, along with working knowledge and experience referencing and interpreting other Federal regulations related to Federal contracts
• Experience with the analysis of complex agreements
• Experience preparing price proposals to include rates, pricing, basis of estimates, standard forms and narratives
• Proficiency with recent versions of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Able to use independent judgment and creativity applied to resolution of contract issues
• Must be able to interact with division management, senior project managers, mid-to-senior level corporate management
• Excellent presentation and strong communication skills, both internal and external to the company
NON ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Must have ability to manage changing priorities
• Working knowledge of Deltek GCS Premier is preferred
• Ability to apply business finance, marketing and legal aspects of government procurement to the contract administration function
• Secret or higher clearance preferred or ability to obtain clearance

Provides onsite support and coordination during all phases of a CBRNE exercise life cycle. Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling data-mining and data research activities of a cross-functional team of subject matter experts. Plans and organizes the collection and compilation of training/capability data for use in reports to interagency and foreign partner nation clients. Assists in the development of instructional objectives derived from capability/training assessments and collaborating with first responder, partner nation, and other interagency training managers to develop training curricula for foreign CBRNE consequence management. Assists in development of training foreign partner nations. Activities include but are not limited to planning, organizing, and coordinating event facilitation, training event design, and exercise event assessments. Plans, organizes, and coordinates post-event activities such as after action reviews, post-event reports (“hot washes”), and after action reports. Plans, organizes, coordinates, and facilitates preparatory activities such as senior leader seminars, workshops and conferences for the purpose of data gathering and plan/report development. Data-base entry into the customers portal. Ability to perform tasks under deadlines. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Excellent reasoning and problem solving skills. Ability to work with senior Government and Industry leaders. Must understand and envision the full scope of programs and tasks, yet be able to work detailed programs. Must be intellectually curious and able to do research. Must be capable of working at a computer terminal for extended periods.
