Title: Junior- level Program Analyst Location: Springfield, VA SR# 2014-0016 RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides onsite support and coordination during all phases of a CBRNE exercise life cycle. Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling data-mining and data research activities of a cross-functional team of subject matter experts. Plans and organizes the collection and compilation of training/capability data for use in reports to interagency and foreign partner nation clients. Assists in the development of instructional objectives derived from capability/training assessments and collaborating with first responder, partner nation, and other interagency training managers to develop training curricula for foreign CBRNE consequence management. Assists in development of training foreign partner nations. Activities include but are not limited to planning, organizing, and coordinating event facilitation, training event design, and exercise event assessments. Plans, organizes, and coordinates post-event activities such as after action reviews, post-event reports (“hot washes”), and after action reports. Plans, organizes, coordinates, and facilitates preparatory activities such as senior leader seminars, workshops and conferences for the purpose of data gathering and plan/report development. Data-base entry into the customers portal. Ability to perform tasks under deadlines. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Excellent reasoning and problem solving skills. Ability to work with senior Government and Industry leaders. Must understand and envision the full scope of programs and tasks, yet be able to work detailed programs. Must be intellectually curious and able to do research. Must be capable of working at a computer terminal for extended periods. Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written; writing skill and mastery of the English language especially valuable.
