The person only needs a TS. We will get them the SCI access and the Counterintelligence polygraph.
There is no work from home option.
They can email me their resumes, call me, or they can apply online using the Taleo link below but they should use your name as the referral source.
I will need their SSNs (in Taleo or over the phone) to verify their clearances in JPAS before they can move to the interview process. It’s a two-step interview process, all done virtually. Onboarding is also virtual.
There’s a very quick turnaround between application and hire, usually only takes a day. However, the process of obtaining the clearances can take a few weeks or longer. It’s hard to say in this current environment.

Job Description: Advantage SCI is seeking Security Specialists - SCIF Management to be considered for employment. Individuals shall support ongoing inspections through updating records with outcomes from recent inspections and official changes that are required; the ability to identify technical information gaps within the records and ability to clearly articulate information shortfalls to customer is key. Improve current inspection model for SCIFs within various agencies; accomplished through assisting teams in prioritizing inspections and offering informed responses to customer inquiries. Increase security inspections for various agencies SCIFs; accomplished though inspecting facilities in collaboration with SEC1B officers, or independently, and would be assistive in decreasing the number of SCIFs that have not been recently inspected and furthering the ability of SEC1B to accomplish its responsibilities; other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Possess a TS/SCI and successfully passing CI Poly
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral reporting skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and customers across geographically dispersed sites.
• Experience working in DIA a plus

Job Description
Scope:
The Onsite Temperature Screener is responsible for the oversight and operational performance of an Onsite Temperature Screening Event at a customer’s work site. This position will function as the liaison with clients and any other onsite vendors. This position is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the screening are carried out in an efficient, safe, systematic and reproducible manner. This position must constantly assess potential improvements for candidate flow when it is warranted. This position is responsible for ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are met. This position requires the ability to foster a team environment and should emphasize the need for all CHS staff to work together effectively and efficiently. This position is responsible for coordinating the logistical set-up of the event and is accountable for ensuring the site equipment arrives and leaves the site in an efficient and timely manner. This position will be trained by a CHS trainer to perform all necessary functions to maintain the operation of the event. This position will report to the Program Manager.
Onsite temperature screenings performed by CHS staff at client work locations consist of:
1. Screening Questions – Based on customer provided questionnaire or to be provided by CHS as requested.
2. Temperature check – CHS staff wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) check the individual’s temperature with a no-touch thermal scanner.
Any individual that presents with positive screening responses or a temperature determined by the customer is referred to customer representative and advised to self-quarantine at home and notify their Personal Care Provider and/or the Health Department. The client site contact is notified with the employee name and employee ID number. This onsite screening process can be used for employees, visitors, and vendors.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must possess current HIPAA certification or the ability to obtain certification.
Applicants must possess the ability to work well with many new people, train people and adapt to diverse situations.
Must have the ability to resolve unforeseen problems with little to no direction from management.
Knowledge of government property, shipping, packing and logistical operations is a plus.

Job Description: The PPS&I security specialist to assist, monitor, and advise on all aspects of security activities. The incumbent shall plan and assist in the implementation of security activities at the Top Secret and higher classification to ensure personnel (military, civilian, contractors) and all supported tenant organizations are prepared to operate in non-traditional environments to perform critical contingency tasks. Personnel performing these functions develop written technical approaches and methodologies with regard to security proposals.
Job Responsibilities: The incumbent shall process personnel background investigations for special security clearance actions including: Formulating and ensuring compliance with automated information systems security procedures. Suggesting, implementing and monitoring compliance with special security policies and procedures. Conducting and coordinating the training for special security representative. Job Description
Scope:
The Onsite Temperature Screener is responsible for the oversight and operational performance of an Onsite Temperature Screening Event at a customer’s work site. This position will function as the liaison with clients and any other onsite vendors. This position is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the screening are carried out in an efficient, safe, systematic and reproducible manner. This position must constantly assess potential improvements for candidate flow when it is warranted. This position is responsible for ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are met. This position requires the ability to foster a team environment and should emphasize the need for all CHS staff to work together effectively and efficiently. This position is responsible for coordinating the logistical set-up of the event and is accountable for ensuring the site equipment arrives and leaves the site in an efficient and timely manner. This position will be trained by a CHS trainer to perform all necessary functions to maintain the operation of the event. This position will report to the Program Manager.
Onsite temperature screenings performed by CHS staff at client work locations consist of:
1. Screening Questions – Based on customer provided questionnaire or to be provided by CHS as requested.
2. Temperature check – CHS staff wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) check the individual’s temperature with a no-touch thermal scanner.
Any individual that presents with positive screening responses or a temperature determined by the customer is referred to customer representative and advised to self-quarantine at home and notify their Personal Care Provider and/or the Health Department. The client site contact is notified with the employee name and employee ID number. This onsite screening process can be used for employees, visitors, and vendors.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must possess current HIPAA certification or the ability to obtain certification.
Applicants must possess the ability to work well with many new people, train people and adapt to diverse situations.
Must have the ability to resolve unforeseen problems with little to no direction from management.
Knowledge of government property, shipping, packing and logistical operations is a plus.
Experience in medical operations is preferred.
Computer proficiency is required.
Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
Perform work safely, following all company policies and procedures.

SUMMARY: The Sensitive Activities Operations (Role Player Support) will provide Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) with exercise support as described below in order to support Exercise TRIDENT 20-4 CPX.

WORK LOCATION: Virginia Beach, VA / JEB Little Creek, VA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work in a Sensitive Activities cell as an operations officer or similar position
· Participate in briefings, interact with Task Group Battle staff and Country Team
· Provide feedback to personnel in training
· Participate in a formal after-action report (AAR) at the end of training.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
· Must have two (2) years of experience working in a Sensitive Activities cell as an Operations Officer level or higher.
· Must be a certified Category 1 Source Handler
· Must have valid Driver’s License
· Must be a U.S. Citizen

· Must have served in a Command Position (CDR, DCDR, or J3) at the GO/FO level at either a MAJCOM or a Joint SOF Command and is familiar with interagency coordination requirement for SOF operations.
· Preferred to have the following:
o Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) Commander: Preferred to be a GO/FO with ten (10) years’ experience in support of deployed SOF operations.
o J2 role-player: ten (10) years’ experience on J2 staff in support of deployed SOF operations.
o J2 Role Player: Have planning designing and executing JNTC level exercises experience
o J3 role-players: ten (10) years’ experience on J3 staff in support of deployed SOF operations and have experience in assisting with assessments.

SUMMARY: The East Coast Project Manager / Contract Liaison Officer will provide Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) with exercise support as described below in order to support Exercise TRIDENT 20-4 CPX.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Act as a single point of contact to the Government.
· Be present during all phases of contractor support.
· Participate in pre-execution site surveys to ensure training objectives are met and to facilitate scenarios.
· Supervise role players in the performance of their duties with the scenario or exercise operations.
· Ensure the appropriate Pocket litter and SSE is on the target prior to execution and with keeping with the scenario.
· Provide a daily accountability of role players and report status to NSWG-2 Exercise Coordinator or staff.
· Attend daily exercise staff meetings.
· De-conflict any issues or concerns regarding the role players.
· Facilitate the replacement of role player personnel in accordance with (IAW) the quality assurance plan.
· Provide or facilitate transportation of role players to medical treatment facilities when required.
· Facilitate the replacement or exchange of damaged or defective contractor provided equipment.
· Provide the means for material accrual upon the directed guidance of the Government’s Joint Exercise Controller.
· Procure ODC requirements on site, with appropriate authorization.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
· Must have ten (10) years’ experience as a member of a SOF team (Rangers, Green Beret, SEAL, SWCC, Combat Controller etc.)
· Preferred to have the following:
o Two (2) years of experience in planning joint maritime SOF exercises
o Supported at least four (4) SOF exercises as a Program or Project Manager in past five years
· Must be present to coordinate with the Government’s Joint Exercise Controller for fourteen (14) days (not inclusive of travel) beginning 06-24 July 2020 at JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
· Must have a valid Driver’s License
· Must be a U.S. Citizen

Experience/Education
· Must have served in a Command Position (CDR, DCDR, or J3) at the GO/FO level at either a MAJCOM or a Joint SOF Command and is familiar with interagency coordination requirement for SOF operations.
· Must have CJSOTF/SOTF experience and able to observe daily functions at the operational level, provide mentorship, and provide feedback to the NSWTG and NSWTU leadership.
· Possess Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience (both practical and applied)
· Must have at least 10-year SOF experience.
· Must be available for the exercise dates listed above.
· Must meet one of the following:
o One (1) senior operations observer (Retired 0-6)
o One (1) senior Intel observer to observe the NSWTG (05 level staff)

o Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) Commander: Preferred to be a GO/FO with ten (10) years’ experience in support of deployed SOF operations.
o J2 role-player: ten (10) years’ experience on J2 staff in support of deployed SOF operations.
o J2 Role Player: Have planning designing and executing JNTC level exercises experience
o J3 role-players: ten (10) years’ experience on J3 staff in support of deployed SOF operations and have experience in assisting with assessments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform as either an Ambassador (AMB), Chief of Station (COS), or Defense AttachĂ© (DATT) for the Scripting Conference and for full exercise.
· Enthusiastically execute all tasks associated with the scenarios of the exercise.
· Provide theater specific Embassy 101 presentation.
· Expected to be on-site for the entire exercise.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
· Must meet one of the following:
o Ambassador (AMB) must have ten (10) years’ experience within Department of State (DOS) and have served as AMB
o Defense AttachĂ© (DATT) must have ten (10) years’ experience in military foreign affairs and worked as DATT in an AFRICOM embassy
o Chief of Station (COS) must have ten (10) years of experience within Department of State (DOS) and have served as COS
· Required to be available for tasking from the Joint Exercise Controller for nineteen (19) days (not inclusive of travel) 06-24 July 2020 at Virginia Beach, VA.
o Included within the nineteen (19) days is time allotted at the beginning and end of the exercise for contractor personnel to travel to and from the training location, as well as participate in briefings, area familiarization and a formal AAR.
· Expected to be on-site for the entire exercise from July 06-24, 2020.
o This includes all meals, rest periods and weekends. An average of ten (10) hour work days are expected
· Must have a valid Driver’s License

SUMMARY: The West Coast Project Manager Services will provide Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) with exercise support as described below in order to support Exercise TRIDENT 20-4 CPX.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as the single point of contact for this effort during all phases of contractor support to ensure satisfactory execution of West Coast tasks.
· Provide input throughout planning phases to ensure exercise Master Sequence of Events (MSEL) reflects contractor assigned tasks and are aligned with final asset synchronization matrix, force flow, logistics, and final mission profile schedule.
· Resolve any personnel, material, equipment support or coordination issues regarding contractor assigned tasks
· Provide a daily accountability of contracted support to NSWG-1 to support the daily exercise synchronization meetings that occur during execution phase and retrograde.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
· Must have ten (10) years’ experience as a member of a SOF team (Rangers, Green Beret, SEAL, SWCC, Combat Controller etc.)
· Preferred to have the following:
Two (2) years of experience in planning joint maritime SOF exercises

· Provide informal mentorship/training and feedback sessions and participate in round table discussions with training audience personnel.

Job Description:
The EMT will act as the Onsite Temperature Screener and will be responsible for the oversight and operational performance of an Onsite Temperature Screening Event at a customer’s work site. This position will function as the liaison with clients and any other onsite vendors. This position is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the screening are carried out in an efficient, safe, systematic and reproducible manner. This position must constantly assess potential improvements for candidate flow when it is warranted. This position is responsible for ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are met. This position requires the ability to foster a team environment and should emphasize the need for all CHS staff to work together effectively and efficiently. This position is responsible for coordinating the logistical set-up of the event and is accountable for ensuring the equipment arrives and leaves the site in an efficient and timely manner. This position will be trained by a CHS trainer to perform all necessary functions to maintain the operation of the event. This position will report to the Program Manager.
This is a temporary, notional position contingent on contract award.
Duties:
The primary responsibilities of the EMT/Temperature Screener include the following:
1. Ask screening questions based on customer-provided questionnaire in accordance with CDC guidelines.
2. Perform temperature check using a no-touch thermal scanner while donning appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Any individual that presents with positive screening responses or a temperature determined by the customer is referred to customer representative and advised to self-quarantine at home and notify their Personal Care Provider and/or the Health Department. The client site contact is notified with the employee name and employee ID number. This onsite screening process can be used for employees, visitors, and vendors.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Completion of approved Emergency Medical Technician program results in a certification as an EMT Basic, Intermediate or Advanced.
Hold a current and active unencumbered Registered EMT License or Practicing Certification according to the guidelines of the issuing country.
Hold a current BLS.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an EMT.
Proficient in the ability to speak, write and communicate in English.

Description
Valar is seeking a Team Leader who is responsible to provide basic military skills training program to Somali recruits and prepare and equip them to serve as soldiers in SNA Advanced Infantry Battalions.
Roles and Responsibilities
The team leader will be required to:
Conduct a basic training program that provides selected recruits sufficient basic military skills such as:
- Drill and ceremonies
- Military discipline
- Basic First aid
- Physical fitness
- Basic marksmanship
Prepare the recruits to serve as soldiers in SNA Advanced Infantry Battalions and to ensure that the trainees are capable of taking part in more advanced training provided by the U.S. military under other authorities.
Conduct basic training package using existing training facilities, equipment, and support in Mogadishu and other locations as identified.
Conduct after action reviews after each training session in order to identify lessons learned and to improve quality of training, and present recommendations for the improvement of basic training.
Work to ensure that the weapons of the Advanced Infantry Battalions are maintained through training and mentorship to the unit.
Provide advice and assistance to the Advanced Infantry Units conducting operations.
Liaise with U.S. military and other international representatives are requested and/or required by U.S. Mission to Somalia.
Minimum Qualifications
Former U.S. military with at least two years of training experience and at least five years of military experience;
At least two years of counterinsurgency experience to include providing foreign forces with training;
Possess experience working in austere environments outside of the continental U.S., preferably in Africa;
Must possess an understanding of the need to conduct oneself in a diplomatic and culturally sensitive manner;
Capable of moderate physical exertion to include the ability to lift and carry items up to fifty (50) pounds;
Able to conduct travel and work within an equatorial environment with a limited support infrastructure; and
Must be proficient with personal computers and capable of using Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Valar is seeking a Team Leader who will be responsible for strengthening UPDF forces participating in the full range of combat support and combat service support services for forces conducting counter-insurgency and stability operations in Somalia.
Roles and Responsibilities
The team leader will be required to:
Provide Combat Support and Combat Service Support mentors to UPDF Forces, to include Force Enabling Units (FEUs), Mission Enhancement Units (MEU) and medical capabilities as required in the 2016 AMISOM Concept of Operations, with a primary focus on strengthening the capability of UPDF to conduct joint training and operations with the SNA.

Serve as the initial point of contact for resolution of desktop/laptop related problems in a 56,000+ customer enterprise.
Troubleshoot research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues surrounding Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Office applications, email, other special applications, Internet connections, and hardware/peripheral equipment via telephone.
Document, track, resolve, and report on problems and work orders using Remedy Action Request database system.
Monitor networks, secure and non-secure; modify user accounts via Active Directory, submit changes to file management and peripheral devices via Remedy, escalate network incidents, provide direct support to USSOCOM customers located throughout the world.
Monitor network status remotely using several Network Management Systems, and create applicable work orders for discrepancy resolution as necessary.
Determine which special team can best resolve the problem and assign the task to the Desktop Support, Customer Support, Network Administration or System Administration Teams when a solution cannot be provided telephonically.
Ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot network, system and application issues.
Knowledge of workstation hardware and Microsoft Technologies.
Technical expertise in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of all associated and follow-on operating systems.
Monitor secure and non-secure networks 24X7 and escalate incidents to system administrators, network administrators, computer security administrators and management teams for resolution.
