They can email me their resumes, call me, or they can apply online using the Taleo link below but they should use your name as the referral source. I will need their SSNs (in Taleo or over the phone) to verify their clearances in JPAS before they can move to the interview process. It’s a two-step interview process, all done virtually. Onboarding is also virtual. There’s a very quick turnaround between application and hire, usually only takes a day. However, the process of obtaining the clearances can take a few weeks or longer. This position will function as the liaison with clients and any other onsite vendors. This position is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the screening are carried out in an efficient, safe, systematic and reproducible manner. This position must constantly assess potential improvements for candidate flow when it is warranted. This position is responsible for ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are met.
