1. Open Source Targeting Officer – Expert (OCONUS) (TS SCI)
K2 Solutions, Inc. seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as an Open Source Targeting Officer at the Expert level to support a USSOCOM contract. An Open Source Targeting Officer is a trained and seasoned intelligence professional who drives collection to identify persons and locations of interest. They focus on discovering vulnerabilities identified through open source collection efforts. An Open Source Targeting Officer fuses open source targeting leads with all-source analysis and provides inputs to the Commander for interagency and foreign partner release coordination via interagency partners. They use all intelligence disciplines to collect, exploit, and analyze target vulnerabilities through the fusion of information and dissemination of new operational targeting solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
The Open Source Targeting Officer must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence cycle, research databases, analytical tools and mission across the CENTCOM AOR at a minimum. The Open Source Targeting Officer must have a fundamental understanding and knowledge of Syria and Iraq-based insurgent groups. They must be a critical thinker, and possess a fundamental understanding of counterterrorism operations, the targeting cycle, all-source intelligence fusion and key concepts of target development. They must possess a working knowledge of open source mapping tools and imagery databases (Google Earth), Analyst Notebook, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, knowledge of Proton, IC Reach, Voltron, Gossip, and Palantir is preferred.
Job Requirements:
The position of Open Source Targeting Officer at the Expert Level shall possess the following qualifications:
•Minimum of ten years analytical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies
•Required with five years at the operational level in of support SOF operations.
•Network analysis experience.
•HUMINT deployment experience.
•Skilled in data and knowledge management, to include aggregating large amounts of data.
•Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
•Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.
•Excellent written and oral communications skills and be highly proficient in all source analytical support tools.
•Recent experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
•Bachelor's degree is preferred.
•Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
•Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
•Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.

2. Targeting Trainer (Ft. Bragg, NC) (TS SCI)
K2 Solutions, Inc. seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve a Targeting Trainer to support a USSOCOM contract. The Targeting Trainer must be Joint targeting trained and previously qualified by military service component or civilian equivalent, and must have previously completed advance targeting/CDE courses or Joint Targeting School. Employees on this contract will be responsible for providing targeting training to a Special Operations Forces (SOF) team. 3. Special Warfare Operational Design Course Instructor (Ft Bragg, NC) (S)

Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School instructor for the Special Warfare Operational Design Course (SWODC) conducted at Ft Bragg, NC. The selected candidate will serve as a Senior Mentor to support USAJFKSWCS in the administration of a Special Warfare Strategic Level Planners Course. Travel within CONUS may be required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The instructor will utilize previous course materials to develop the curriculum for the SWODC course. A total of six courses are anticipated. Three will be conducted at Fort Bragg, and three will be conducted as Mobile Training Team (MTT) events. When courses are not in session, the instructor will support and assist in future curriculum development, course planning, coordination, training and education as well as providing analytical support to include understanding of contractor provided regional, area or environmental studies.
Experience and Education:

5. Special Forces Instructor, Developer, and Mentor (Ft. Bragg, NC)
Summary:
K2 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a candidate to serve as a full time U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School instructor, Developer, and Mentor for the Special Warfare conducted at Ft Bragg, NC. The selected candidate will serve as a Senior Mentor to support USAJFKSWCS in the administration of a Special Warfare Strategic Level Planners Course. Travel within CONUS may be required. A Secret level clearance is required. The SFISC trains and educates selected Special Forces NCOs in Skill Level 4 conventional and unconventional intelligence functions in support of all Special Forces missions across the operational continuum. Graduates will fill positions at the operational detachment, company, battalion, group, and higher unit, staff and school levels. SFISC exposes the students to SME’s that are geographically aligned to the specific course. During the Culmination Exercise for SFISC the students will provide briefs based on their upcoming deployments to the SME, who will be familiar with the area being briefed.
This position requires the following background:
• DoD qualified Instructor or has the requisite experience as an instructor. May substitute credentials for experience
• Understanding of the contemporary operating environment and Irregular Warfare tenets
• Exposure and experience with national level intelligence agencies
• All-source Intelligence fusion
• Lethal and Non-lethal targeting
• National level and SOF Intelligence Analytical Software and Tools
• 35 intelligence series with experience in NCR
• Critical and Creative Thinking, as well as experience in teaching

6. Special Warfare Operational Design Course Subject Matter Expert (Ft Bragg, NC) (S)
K2 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a candidate to serve as a full time U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School instructor for the Special Warfare Operational Design Course (SWODC) conducted at Ft Bragg, NC. A Secret level clearance is required. The SWODC trains and educates SOF and interagency personnel in the art of comprehensive Unconventional Warfare (UW) planning through design. The course prepares Special Operations Forces (SOF) and interagency personnel for analyzing, assessing and developing a potential regional resistance and surrogate element in support of Preparation of the Environment/ Unconventional Warfare (PE/UW) activities as an operational or contingency alternative for Geographic Combatant Commanders (GCC), U.S. ambassadors and strategic decision makers. At the end of the course SOF/ interagency personnel will be able to understand and articulate unique requirements at the operational and strategic level to develop and enable resistance/insurgent element. Additionally, SOF/ interagency personnel will be able to participate in operational and strategic campaign design and planning as a SME to guide and facilitate theater-level PE/UW plans
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a background working in a joint billet with experience planning and executing theater level operations. The candidate must also possess a working knowledge of Special Warfare, specifically Unconventional Warfare. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, strong writing capabilities, and be comfortable in a training environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Must have graduated from School of Advanced Military Studies, Joint Advanced Warfighting School, Military War College, or service equivalent.
• Command experience at Theater Special Operations Command
• At least two years Combatant Command-level staff experience
• Experience serving on Special Operations Major Command staff
• Five years’ experience in Theater Security Cooperation / foreign internal defense planning and execution
• Experience planning, executing or supporting Unconventional Warfare operations

AIRCRAFT MECHANIC
• Perform assembly and installations of structural, mechanical, pneumatic and fluid systems, parts, components, assemblies and surfaces in the final assembly and configuration of complete aircraft
• Perform operational checks to assure conformance to procedure and specifications
• Perform a variety of installations and operational checks of flight controls surfaces, systems and components to assure conformance to procedure and specifications
• Rig systems and controls such as landing gears, flaps, ailerons, dive brakes and travel stops

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 6 years specific work experience in military flight training and instruction required. The Chief/Lead Pilot shall be responsible for the conduct of all training and operational mission activities. The Chief/Lead Pilot shall at a minimum have 10 years of relevant military Instructor Pilot experience with at least 5 years of Standardization Flight Examiner or Instructor Pilot experience, and be able to pass an annual operations recertification and hold a valid Class I Flight Physical. They shall complete at a minimum annual training for Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) 101, Anti-Terrorist Training and Human Right Certifications or other training prescribed by the responsible Combatant Commanders (COCOM). The Chief/Lead Pilot experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above. Air assault and/or air attack aviation experience. Ability to read, write, and speak English. SECRET security clearance required at contract award. Current experience in rotary wing aircraft required.
Desired skills
US DoD flight training and command experience highly desired. Knowledgeable and conversant in DoD operations, safety, standardization, and supervision instructions, as well as student management instructions. Previous Rotor Wing experience highly desirable. CCSi is seeking individuals with Environmental, HazMat and Remediation experience (minimum 2-5 years) and qualifications for possible contract in Baghdad, Iraq with short fuse to deployment. These individuals must have a Secret clearance (REQUIRED) verifiable through normal channels, current passport and current civilian USG HazMat / Environmental Certifications per 49 U.S. Code § 5107, U.S. Military Certifications or equivalent to either. Work consists of:
• Basement Water Removal
o Removal all standing water from basement of building.
o Remove all trash, debris and mold-contaminated equipment and furniture and haul off-site for disposal.
o Remediate mold throughout basement according to UFGS Section 02 85 00.00 20. Ensure personnel are properly trained and equipped to complete task (i.e. HAZMAT qualification and protection).
o Clean area according to established standards.
• Environmental Contamination
o Inspect all facilities and housing units for mold contamination and exposed asbestos.
o Inspect HVAC system and duct-work, suspended-ceiling plenum spaces and under raised floors (i.e. building 1) for mold contamination.
o Identify and correct moisture accumulation areas (plumbing leaks, moisture intrusion, excessive humidity and/or poor air circulation, etc.) in mold contaminated areas.
o All fabric or porous surfaces with mold contamination shall be removed and disposed of.
o All mattresses shall be removed, disposed of and replaced in kind. **Recommend placement of plastic covers over mattress to prevent future water damage.**
