Duties and Responsibilities:

Skills and Experience:

• 6-8 years related experience
• BS degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or combination of education and related experience, or related experience
• CCNA or CCENT certifications desired

This position works with NORAD-US NORTHERN Command in their Network Operations Security Center monitoring the security of the N-NC Networks. Specifically this job entails:
• Maintain global situational awareness of IA/CND events threatening N-NC enterprise networks
• Advise HQ NORAD and USNORTHCOM, Subordinate units and organizations on network security and defense issues and enforce network security and vulnerability mitigation policies and procedures

Positions in this class make repairs on airframes, engines, and other components of helicopters owned and operated by the County.

Helicopter Mechanics will serve a 12 months probationary period during which time they receive on the job training in the repair and maintenance of turbine powered helicopters.

Essential Job Functions Disassembles and reassembles airframes, engines, and other component parts, including main and tail rotor assemblies and gear boxes as required to keep equipment in air-worthy condition and in connection with 1200 and 2400 hour inspections, repairing or replacing faulty parts as indicated.


Completes a variety of aircraft inspections at specified hours-intervals. Inspections include use of hand tools, power tools, precision measuring tools, and electronic test equipment.

Makes repairs to airframes, including painting.

Goes on post-maintenance flight checks to record data and to ensure proper functioning of systems receiving maintenance or repair. Examples include vibration checks and power checks.

Goes on flight checks to troubleshoot and evaluate operation (listening for specific sounds or sound patterns; type, location and level of vibration).

Performs component replacement at specified intervals (hydraulic pumps or actuators, gear boxes, engines, main rotor blades, tail rotor blades).

Performs rebuilding of smaller and less complex components (spider, anti-vibration unit, etc.).

Participates in periodic refresher training in engine, airframe, or other maintenance, repair, or related topics.

Requirements SELECTION REQUIREMENTS:

Three years' full time paid experience in the repair and maintenance of turbine powered helicopters, including Eurocopter AS350B2, Sikorsky S-61/H-3, or similar turbine powered helicopters.
One year of the required experience must have been in: a) Responsible charge of completing major and minor repairs and overhauls to return "certificated" helicopters to flight status in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer requirements, or
b) Responsible charge of completing major and minor repairs and overhauls to return "non-certificated" helicopters to flight status in compliance with manufacturer requirements in either Department of Defense/U.S. Military or private contractor environment.

Individual serves as a MILDEC Planner, J-39 (Information Operations), Operations Division in Tampa FL.

These position require MILDEC planners to develop, strategies, recommendations based on far-reaching experiences, expertise, and unconstrained thinking in the development of MILDEC strategies, plans and activities. Integrate MILDEC into planning to affect the behavior of adversaries that shapes the battle space. The Contractor will assist in the development and coordination of Military Deception operations, plans, policies, and Tactics Techniques & Procedures (TTP's). The Contractor shall assist the Command MILDEC Officer (CMDO) for MILDEC strategy, operational concept, policy, standards and directives while maintaining close coordination with other Commands. The Contractor will supply planning support during deliberate and crisis action planning. The Contractor will provide a clear understanding of MILDEC policy, procedures, and operational information to Command personnel in support of major wartime campaigns, deliberate plans, and exercises.



Qualifications

1. Possess a Bachelors of Science/Arts degree from an accredited college or university

Advise ATC staffs on effective cultural training TTP, cultural orientation and familiarization specific to MEF areas of interest provided to the Military Advisor Team, other Advisors, and/or Marines assigned to Cooperative Engagement or Stability and Support Operations (SASO). Assist in the coordination of cultural training activities required for on-going and future classes and courses. Continuously refine the cultural accuracy of scenario based training exercises to include; instruction to role players, construct of atmospheric props, and layout and conduct of simulated Afghan villages. Manage implementation and integration of language and culture instruction into the advisor training continuum. Provide technical input to training personnel for development and updates of cultural training curriculum, Program of Instruction (POI) and training materials for the courses of instruction and corresponding documentation. Provide cultural operations instruction to training teams including how to provide a positive influence on local populace within the assigned Area of Operations (AO). Serve at the Subject Matter Expert on customs and culture and how training, techniques, procedures, policies and plans may be received. Assign lessons, correct faulty pronunciation, improper tone pattern, and structure by using intensive drills of various kinds. Schedule and review lesson materials and tests to determine student’s progress. Track progress and establish a required competency level to all deploying members

Job Description:
Directs the day to day purchase, receipt, storage, and sale of products to our customers by performing the following duties personally.

1. Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
2. Works with vendors to ensure prompt delivery of products for stock and to satisfy immediate customer demands.
3. Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment. Prepares work order for repairs and requisition for replacement of equipment.
4. Coordinates with accounting and purchasing to ensure accuracy of inventory and financial records.
5. Participates in planning personnel safety and plant protections activities.
6. Processes information/merchandise through point of sale inventory management system.
7. Writes or types purchase orders and sends copy to supplier and department originating request.
8. Complies records of items purchased or transferred between departments, prices, deliveries, and inventories. Computes total cost of items purchased.
9. Confers with suppliers concerning late deliveries.
10. Compares prices, specifications, and delivery dates and awards contract to bidders or places orders with suppliers or mail order firms.

35. Monitors - with TS/SCI Clearance (Afghanistan)


Minimum Requirements:
The requirements for this position are:

***Must have a current TS/SCI clearance. URS will not accept TS cleared candidates who do not have a current SCI clearance. Clearances must be listed in JPAS.***

*Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.

*US Citizen

*Must be able to start in-processing late January 2012 and deploy in late February 2012.

*Computer literate - capable of completing online tasks and online training.

*Valid US Driver's License

*Valid US Passport, not to expire within one year of deployment OR the ability to personally obtain a US passport.

*Fluently read, write, speak and understand English.

*Able to travel and work overseas for a 3-4 months, single-status assignment.

*"Fit for Duty" - Physically fit and medically qualified.

*Prior overseas experience helpful. Prior experience in AFGHANISTAN is helpful.

*Able to provide monitoring services for up to 12.5-hour daily shifts, 6 days/week.

Must physically be in the U.S. in order to complete required processing for deployment. Ability to function during an extended assignment at a foreign, in-country facility exposed to seasonal temperature extremes. Ability to cope with shared cafeteria, bath and sleeping quarters. Monitors will “maintain an alert state of readiness”

Monitors will be neat in appearance, dressed in company-provided uniform including hard hats and personal protective equipment and adhere to dress code policy.

Monitors are required to comply with US Military General Order Number 1 while deployed since all US Military and US Contractors are required to do so. This basically says: No alcohol, no drugs, no sex, and no porn while in Afghanistan. Violations of this Order will result in immediate termination.

Job Description:
URS is looking for Security Monitors for a 3-4 month assignment in Afghanistan.

The objective is to maintain a high level of security at selected operations. The task will be accomplished by providing United States National (USN) Monitors for local national and/or US National laborers (LN/USN) at Bagram Air Field (BAF, Afghanistan construction sites. This position is contingent upon URS being awarded the contract.

This is NOT an armed security position.

This is a 3 months assignment and deployment will start late February 2012.

1) Monitors will keep in their sight, at all times, all LN/USN personnel working at their site unless otherwise permitted per the applicable standard.

2) Monitors are required to sign the attendance sheet and direct their attention to the governing DoD personnel and civilian personnel, who will make daily informational remarks.

3) Monitors are required general visual monitoring of LN and USN personnel and vehicles which carry such personnel.

4) Monitors require attention to detail by checking identification badges of LN/USN personnel.

5) Monitors will be trained for the technical standard monitoring and escort practices of each type/classification of work site.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

JOBING DESCRIPTION:
POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant to the Director of Sports Medicine
SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support and assistance to the Director of Sports Medicine.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Provide support to the Director of Sports Medicine including, but not limited to management of Director’s calendar, travel arrangements, expense account, contracts and correspondence and coordinate divisional staff calendar. If requested, attend meetings with Director, take minutes and follow up on action items with internal/external staff and agencies.
2. Demonstrate a high degree of professional initiative and independence. Proactively manage and compose Director’s correspondence, coordinate action with appropriate staff and all constituencies.
3. Serve as the main contact for Sports Medicine Staff.
4. Screen and prioritize telephone calls/electronic correspondence.
5. Respect confidential correspondence and information.
6. Maintain smooth operation of Sports Medicine office to include: Sorting and distributing incoming mail, reviewing incoming/outgoing correspondence, memos, requests, notes and determine proper distribution to staff while to keeping office running smoothly and in a timely manner at all times
7. Other duties as assigned.

* Office environment in multi-story building on multi-building site
POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of Sports Medicine
SCHEDULE: Part-time 32 hours per week. Temporary opportunity capped at 1000 working hours.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum ten (10) years admin assistant support experience preferably at an executive level.
Medical background is a plus, but not a necessity.
Strong organization and customer service skills. Must be able to delineate/monitor tasking’s
Heavily Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer and Outlook to include calendar management.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must be proactive and able to perform with little or no supervision.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
HOURLY: $12.56 - 18.83 (Firm)

Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities
• Researches, analyzes, presents, and publishes all source political and military analysis and intelligence production in support of operationally deployed forces in the CENTCOM area
• Organizes multiple research projects to sustain daily intelligence briefings, defense threat assessments, specific area knowledge briefs, and analytical support for military operations
• Provides input to multiple government requirements and objectives, assists with the analysis and production of various intelligence products, and supplies analytical support for senior military leaders
• Attends staff meetings and conducts comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the government’s missions
• Develops and provides intelligence products related to economic and political activities, foreign military actions, and threats to regional stability
• Develops and presents all source briefings to the Combatant Commander, and other senior defense officials
• Prepares, produces, and disseminates scheduled and unscheduled general intelligence products, including briefings, studies, estimates, forecasts, and assessment memoranda and performs work during irregular hours and in a deployed location, as required
