• Advise command staff on the application and impact of foreign disclosure policy in relation to visits and briefings of Foreign Government Representatives, as well as coordinates with senior staff members of US and foreign embassies as necessary to facilitate the visits
• Facilitate coordination of CCMD disclosure issues and concerns directly with the Joint Staff (JS), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Services, Intelligence Community (IC) and other agencies
• Prepare subject matter expertise on current policies on the classification levels and types of information to which foreign nationals can access while assigned to the Command
• Able to work non-standard duty hours in support of 24/7 surge requirements based on operational necessities and shall be required to travel / deploy to the AOR for up to 120 days

Essential skills and experience:

2. Demonstrate technical and practical knowledge and experience (at least 3 years) as an installation energy manager, Regional Energy Manager, Designer, Engineer, or Engineering Technician with energy related experience.
3. Working knowledge of engineering and architecture principles, building construction, construction science or maintenance management.
4. Ability to perform cost estimates and technical evaluation to compare contractor bids for technical soundness and make recommendations on reasonableness.

Job Description
Lake County is seeking an individual to perform environmental laboratory duties for the Public Works Department. This work involves gathering data and conducting analysis of water reclamation facility effluent, drinking water, and industrial waste and river water samples. Additionally, the candidate will review data, generate reports, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation, maintain the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and perform related activities. The Senior Lab Tech reports directly to the Laboratory Supervisor and is expected to coordinate routine and non-routine sampling events, assemble standard operating procedures and technical reports, and provide training and general assistance to Lab Techs and Lab Aides. Required Skills

The candidate must have the ability to prepare reports and keep involved records, read and interpret documents and manuals, write routine correspondence, perform college level math accurately and efficiently, speak effectively to fellow employees and the public, and act as lead worker of a small group. Good knowledge of computer operation and software is also required.
Required Experience
We are looking for an individual with a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry or Environmental Science, as well as five years of related laboratory experience. The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and be certified in drinking water analysis by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

External Job Responsibilities Key responsibilities include:
Gas System Engineering - Responsible for the planning associated with design and capacity of the gas distribution system. These responsibilities include developing and maintaining the network analysis application for the system; performing design and project management of major pipeline projects; and providing technical expertise to other areas of gas operations. This position will be located at our downtown Milwaukee office.
Gas System Operations - This position will be responsible for specifying and developing the hardware and software associated with the company’s gas field instrumentation and controls. These responsibilities include developing the project plan for the installation and maintenance of electronic monitoring for the company’s SCADA system and providing technical support for critical functions at key gate and regulator stations. Experience with telemetry, instrumentation and PLCs is desirable.
Education/Experience Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required. Skills in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering are preferred.
Experience in construction and field practices as well as design, operation, maintenance and repair of natural gas distribution facilities is desirable. Additional preference will be given to candidates that demonstrate experience and knowledge in project management, planning, financial budgeting and report writing.
The successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication and analytical skills with the ability to lead and direct others. Knowledge of computer systems and the ability to use a variety of office and engineering software is required.
The successful candidate will be required to make themselves available to accept calls and support gas system and field operations after normal business hours.
Applicants must comply with D.O.T. Part 199 pipeline drug and alcohol testing requirements.

External Job Duties The principal duties of the occupation consist of installation, start-up, programming, coordination, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of System control and Data Acquisitions (SCADA) equipment, system-protective relay systems, instrumentation and power production/delivery related equipment located in hydroelectric plants, distribution stations and the Presque Isle Power Plant. Requirements: Job Scope and Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
This positions main focus is based on the execution of the sales contract and Charter Party. After the vessel is fixed the position is responsible for all logistical activities associated with the movement of over 7,000,000 million metric tons of steel scrap (a year). Responsibility includes arranging and coordinating the delivery of export/domestic sales of ferrous scrap metal with the plants, receivers, stevedores, surveyors and load/discharge port agents.
Job Description:
Nominate surveyors at load port giving them the contractual quality specifications.
Declare load port to owners
Nominate agents advising eta, tonnage, vsl description.
Enter sales on the West/East coast sales into SAI.
Evaluate current market against present sale/vessel for maximum economic benefit.
Work closely with plants regarding inventories, stow plans and c/p clauses.
Discuss the stowage plan with stevedores.
Issue shipping instructions to the stevedores/plant personal.
Follow up with stevedores regarding the progress of the ship and ETC.
Check with surveyors regarding quality of the scrap.
Check latest shipping date.
Update SAI with final numbers.
Issue/Check initial freight
Advise receivers of updated load port eta's, etc's and eta disport.
Nominate disport surveyors and inspector for Draft/Quality (if applicable) and condition surveys.
Declare disport to owners.
Nominate agents at disport advising eta, final tonnage and vsl description
Issue a monthly report for all plants advising vessel, ETA, tonnage, commodity, price and freight.
Track shipments/inventory.
Prepare and settle lay time with owners. (i.e. load port (s) disport)
Prepare and settle lay time with receivers.
Assist in negotiation of chartering vessels.
Specific Job Skills:

Job Description:
• Provide open source research and analytical support through identifying and assessing trends in the media, develop findings and recommendations, and organizing these conclusions into written products
• Integrate media findings into larger research projects that use the media context as a source of data
• Conduct open source research and data exploitation that prioritizes and analyses a broad range of media products, including hardcopy, electronic, and multi-media material
• Apply his/her in-depth knowledge of the cultural context to identify emerging substantive issues and succinctly communicate findings by generating open-source assessments which provide insight into cultural, political, economic, and social trends
• Monitor themes and topics of interest and maintain a robust datasets that can be easily accessed and used to feed constant analyses
• Regularly collect, code, and integrate data to be applied in multiple analytic programs
Requirements:
• 1 – 3 year of experience in media analysis or a relevant field like marketing or market research
• Bachelors Degree
• Strong analytical skills: must be comfortable with MS Excel and PowerPoint, data analysis, and internet technologies
• Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
• Excellent listening, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Specific and in-depth knowledge of a broad range of cultural, political, economic, and social issues in the target culture
• Technical experience with compiling respective data sources together into multi-sourced product/briefing. This includes familiarity and usage of research databases like Open-Source Center, academic research databases and other sources of electronic data
• Deployed experience preferred
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite

Description:
The Senior Scientist develops and oversees studies to assess the effectiveness of a range of policies and communications products across a wide range of requirements. The Senior Scientist develops, in collaboration with the government and the program manager, the analytical processes that Telum will employ to develop analytical processes to staff, organize, coordinate, direct and control statistically reliable and valid quantitative and qualitative research, testing and polling activities at the local, provincial, national and regional levels based upon designated objectives. The Senior Scientist may be required to perform some desk top research to support using open source and peer-reviewed research and provide consolidated literature reviews back to the government. The Senior Scientist, in collaboration with the program manager develops processes for selecting the best individuals or teaming partners based on capabilities, available resources and time to perform research projects to meet contract objectives. The Senior Scientist oversees and sets requirements for a data collection, aggregation, structuring and retrieval team and associated technology infrastructure.

Training Specialist II
Objective:
The Training Specialist II must possess an extensive knowledge in US military small unit tactics, which includes convoy operations. Serves as the primary trainer and facilitator for simulation trainers for both the military and commercial markets; conducts the Operator and NETT Training Courses. Uses appropriate US tactical military doctrine to develop, conduct, and plan training that reinforces current Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Assists US Army leadership with evaluations at the squad and platoon level and provides feedback using current training, evaluations, and objectives. Assists chain of command with Troop Leading Procedures (TLP), Operations Order development and determines training strengths and weaknesses; conducts After Action Reviews (AAR). Provides basic to mid-level technical, operational and instructional assistance to customers. Technical assistance may include computer, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting, field repairs, using wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, product data, and other resources. This position reports directly to the Deputy Director of Training & Support but may take technical or procedural direction from a Team Specialist or other lead personnel assigned.
Typical Duties:
Typical Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Operates, monitors and controls virtual training systems to support unit training objectives.
• Assists military leaders in accomplishing their real world training requirements, based on US military doctrine and knowledge of current Tactic, Techniques and Procedures.
• Assists and/or leads the development of training courses, lesson plans and training support packages.
• Generates complex offensive and defensive tactical training scenarios with scenario generation tools to assist training at field locations.
• Assists military instructors in the operation of simulation training systems to train soldiers.
• Assists military instructors in collecting data and conducting performance analysis and after action reviews.
• Performs installation, Onsite Acceptance Tests (OSATs) corrective and preventative maintenance services on training simulation systems in order to maintain operational status.
• Conducts instruction on IED’s (NOFORN).
• Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufacturer’s manuals or similar documents.
• Examines training systems and subsystems to diagnose sources of trouble and provides preventative maintenance tips directly to customers.
• Removing, dismantling or partly dismantling training systems and/or components and performing repairs that mainly involve the use of hand tools and/or test equipment in replacing broken or defective parts with items obtained from stock/vendors.
• Isolating equipment start-up malfunctions and taking corrective action, receiving technical guidance, as required, from supervisors or engineers.
Minimum Qualifications:
• An Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience as a training instructor in a military, simulation, educational or other technical industry.
• In addition, the applicant must possess either:
• Six years experience in US military as a small unit instructor with knowledge of US military small unit tactics or
• Six years experience as a subject matter expert in a training or product related field.
• The applicant must possess at least two years experience developing new training plans or refining existing plans.
• Must possess strong oral and written communications skills.
• Must possess the ability to crawl into tight or low spaces.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of fifty pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time and to other countries.
• Must be able to be “on-call” to deploy for training service calls.
