Position Description Provide all-source intelligence analyst support on-site. Responsible for all-source intelligence analysis (i. e. IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, GMTI and FMV). Uses expertise and background to work directly with customer leads and team members to produce top quality intelligence analysis products. The candidate will participate as a key team member in a dynamic environment to provide both near-real time and forensic intelligence analytical support. As analysis lead, may presents analysis or products to customers. The candidate will integrate intelligence from multiple data sources, and provide formatted reports and products as directed to both internal and external organizations. The candidate should possess leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Frequently interacts with outside customers and functional peer groups. Shift work may be required.
Desired Skills • Knowledge of the military and intelligence technologies is highly desired. Experience in U. S Central Command's area of responsibility and/or a joint environment is a plus.
• Specific experience in Moving Target Indicator (MTI) techniques and systems, familiarity with COMET, MTIX and MITRE forensic tool is a plus.
Specific Requirements • The candidate must have a working knowledge on intelligence analysis applications, tools and systems, and must have demonstrated expertise in exploitation of all-source intelligence.
• Candidate must have strong leadership skills.
• Technical writing and briefing skills are required.
Clearance Requirements Must possess a TS clearance and have the ability to obtain a TS/ SCI security clearance. US citizenship is required.
Educational Requirements A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent formal military training with 6 years of experience with exploiting All Source Intelligence data.

Position Description Senior All-Source Analyst working as a member of a government-contractor team to provide analytical support. Conduct comprehensive research on complex insurgent and terrorist networks; either independently or as part of a larger analytical effort. Assist the Senior Principal Analyst (SPA) in developing analytical strategies. Produce assessments in collaboration with analysts involved in the counter insurgency/counter IED mission. Perform research and analysis of open source and all-source data derived from multiple and specialized databases and sources. Work with regional analysts and assist in the production and coordination of all-source analysis such as complex environment, social network and critical node assessments. This role will assist the Client Program Architects with any and all data architecture, data modeling, database design, persistence layer optimization, and related integration tasks as directed. The Data Technical Lead follows the vision, mission, scope, and the general model defined for each of the Client Programs.
The Data Technical Lead works directly for, assists and takes direction from the Client Program Architects. The Data Technical Lead will coordinate with and assist other Client Program Architects with data, ORM, SOA, service and integration related requirements, issues and challenges. The Data Technical Lead will also assist with SOA Web Services Design Team as needed.
Primary Tasks:
1. Ensures fit within Client Program vision, mission, scope, goals, direction
2. Designs, develops, optimizes program specific data architecture (conceptual, logical, physical)
3. Ensures conformance with Client Enterprise Canonical Model
4. Ensures a high degree of reuse, compliance with MDM concepts
5. Ensures optimizations at physical data layer for: performance, navigation, capacity, scale, security
6. Identifies gaps, enhancements with program data models, develops and coordinates updates to Client Enterprise Canonical model
7. Assists with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) between service object model and data model
8. Resolves complex and difficult technical issues
9. Coordinates with other Client Program Data Architects
10. Coordinates with other Client EA Architects, Engineers
11. Coordinates with Client Data Domain Architect
12. Validates quality, fit for purpose with Client SOA Service Design and Development

JOB SUMMARY (what must be accomplished and equipment used to perform job functions such as computers, tools, machines, materials, etc.)
Perform and/or supervise all functions related to the computer operations function in accordance with Air Force, DoD, contract Statement of Work (SOW), and other pertinent directives. This position requires a flexible working schedule which may include occasional weekends and irregular shifts.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (duties & responsibilities and percentage of time spent performing functions).
- Supervises the computer operations function, which is responsible to manage SBSS and small/ microcomputer support to supported activities.
- Coordinate with and assist all managers/personnel to determine and meet their needs for computer reports, special processes, and hardware/software. Resolve problems affecting supply activities, satellite accounts, tenant accounts, and interface activities
- Supervise and/or operate a control console mainframe computer or a group of mini-computers in accordance with operating instructions to process data.
- Supervise Document Control and/or SATS functions.
- Directs weekend and after-hours duty/standby employee schedules as required to meet mission needs.
- Assist in develop and implementation of base supplements and operating instructions, as applicable, for the supply function.
- Analyze statistical data and apply supply technical knowledge and computer operations expertise to reduce/eliminate negative trends.
- Provide terminal/computer training for all project functions and customers.
- Assist in development and implementation of base supplements and operating instructions. Conduct self-inspections and/or audits to assess compliance.
- Provides customer assistance as required. Performs housekeeping duties, on-call, labor assistance and/or other tasks in other project functions as assigned by the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and immediate supervisor.





QUALIFICATIONS (what is required to perform the job, i.e. education, experience, skills, etc.)
Six years experience in AF Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) operations. Knowledge of microcomputer operation, local area network administration, Windows Environment and Microsoft Office applications (MS Access, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is desirable. Must be able to operate control console mainframe computer, or a group of mini-computers in accordance with operating instructions. Must be able to diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions and error messages, and make corrections during operations. Must be able to modify runstreams (batch processing).

Knowledge of the SBSS and/or ILSS, with associated PC software is a must. Experience with the UNISYS printer and on-line print program required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS (demands that are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job functions of this job, i.e. percentage of time employee must lift, stand, sit, climb, stoop, reach, hear, etc.):
Ability to sit at a desk and type on the computer for extended periods of time is required; must be able to perform some lifting, stooping, and/or reaching.


WORK ENVIRONMENT (characteristics that are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job, i.e. environmental factors such as noise levels, temperature, ventilation, lighting, safety hazards, etc.):
Approximately 90% of the time is spent in a climate controlled office; the other 10% of the time is spent in the warehouse. The warehouse is heated in winter. Temperatures in the warehouse may reach 130 degrees in the summer. Steel toe safety shoes and back support belts (per heavy lifting) are required when working in the warehouse.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises two full-time and 10 part-time employees. Completes annual employee evaluations, nominates employees for awards and recognition as appropriate, and counsels employees for substandard performance. Responsible to keep management informed on all issues impacting employee performance, mission accomplishment, and/or customer service.

Essential Job Duties

 Manage and resolve support tickets on a daily basis in an effort to meet individual & department goals

 Serve as a liaison between Development and First Level Support on bug fixes, escalated support issues, enhancements and providing customer feedback.
 Communicate and educate internal employees on product functionality and various integrations
 Write complex queries, joins, and updates using Transact SQL programming


Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent relevant experience

 Responsible for managing various timelines involved to ensure all Pre-Implementation set up tasks are completed before the go-live date for a new customer

Position Description:The subject matter expert (SME) will serve as scientific and technical representative to the COs and POs for development of medical countermeasures to treat the deleterious effects of radiological injuries. They will perform review of proposals in technical evaluation panels for radiological and nuclear medical countermeasures. Also the SME will perform site visits/audits with CO/COTR at contractor facilities currently developing/manufacturing countermeasure products.

Education: Ph.D. or M.D in Radiation Biology or Physics

Experience: 15+ years experience in the following fields: 1) Basic or translational research in therapeutics for radiation exposure; 2) Focused therapeutic development for radiological medical countermeasure products for acute radiation syndrome (ARS); 3) Experience in development of methods that facilitate the elimination of internal radionuclides; 4) Research experience with radioprotectants (i.e. compounds that protect prior to radiation exposure) such as antioxidants, free radical scavengers; 5) Experience with post-exposure therapeutics such as cytokines, growth factors, angiotensin II receptor blockers, potassium iodide, Prussian blue, and chelating agents; 6) Experience in biodosimetry (i.e. an accurate means of estimating radiation dose); 7) Development of early biomarkers that may be used to assess radiation exposure. 8) Development of rapid radiation diagnostic and prognostic assays, predictive of physiologic recovery from radiation exposure. 8) Experience with the FDA approval process under the Animal Efficacy Rule. 9) Knowledge of infrastructure for research development; and management experience at the Director level.

Knowledge of the public health and/or medical consequences of radiological and nuclear events, including medical management of radiation injury and contamination;(Health Physics or Radiation Biology background desirable); Minimum 10 years of work experience in at least one of the following areas: public health; cancer, research/oncology; acute radiation syndrome or radiation injury; biodosimetry; nuclear medicine. • Be able to participate in PT program along-side with students (2-3 times/week)

• Personnel will be required to take an APFT and pass respective age group.

• All instructors will be required to work outdoors and in inclement weather conditions including heat, cold (snow), rain, and humidity. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required by established Company Safety standards.

• Must have a complete Medical Physical within the last 12 months

37. Counterterrorism (CT) Analyst (Tampa, FL)
CT Analysts provide tailored CT analytical support to the DOMEX effort for the USSOCOM, CSO-IATF RED/GREEN/BLUE (R/G/B) geospatial data fusion effort. CT Analysts conduct intelligence research, analysis, data collection, production, and dissemination activities to meet IATF requirements and timelines in support of Command requirements.

They serve as CT all-source analysts interpreting and analyzing raw data in the production of intelligence from multiple sources. They compile, collate, analyze, and evaluate all-source information to produce intelligence products on terrorists, terrorist organizations/networks, non-government agencies, state sponsors of terrorism, and potential links worldwide. CT analysts routinely advise and brief senior leadership on matters pertaining to terrorism.

They are responsible for research and preparation of a variety of written products such as scheduled and unscheduled intelligence reports, recurring reports, messages, briefings, information/issue papers, terrorism threat level assessments, group profiles, threat warning, link analysis, special assessments, forecasts, responses to inquiries, congressional testimonies, briefing books, trip books, and Commander USSOCOM discussion papers.

They conduct coordination with counterparts from the National Intelligence Community, other U.S. government agencies, and Partner Nations may be required. This intelligence may be tailored for operational activities, including supporting military, civilian, and/or foreign actions. This contract supports CT data mining and analytical activity that provides state-of-the art research, collection, predictive analysis, multimedia production, and dissemination of operational CT and related products.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
1 Provide thorough CT analysis leveraging their extensive analytical experiences and knowledge of the enemy to accurately assess the significance of captured enemy documents and media while providing analytical support to the HQ USSOCOM Document and Media --Exploitation (DOMEX) team.
2 Meet increased and continuing CT, counter-proliferation, information operation, and force protection intelligence requirements.
3 Respond to specific mission requirements for tailored OCO analysis.
4 Expand production and dissemination to include a variety of hardcopy and digital products.
5 Develop training requirements.
6 Identify/detect terrorist networks and groups/individuals that are associated with and/or facilitating terrorist networks. Primary focus is on the al-Qaida network.
7 Collect, analyze, and disseminate CT-specific links and nodes of terrorist activities and assess terrorist Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures from a strategic/global perspective. Forecast terrorist activity through trend, pattern, and predictive analysis methodologies.
8 Develop intelligence on CT subjects and produce CT-oriented assessments to support DOD and/or Interagency development of case files, evidentiary material, designation packages, targeting folders to include actionable intelligence on CT-specific entities as identified by the IC.
9 Conduct research, analysis, and data validation to create, edit, and update IATF Branch products in response to Headquarters, staff, service component, subordinate component, and special mission unit (SMU) requirements. Coordinate and interface with USSOCOM intelligence and operations analysts and planners, counterparts at other Combatant Commands and DOD agencies, and other U.S. Government agencies including Interagency and IC counterparts.
10 Prepare top-level leadership and management presentations, briefings, special assessments, daily reports (functional and regional), and executive summaries.
11 Obtain multimedia CT data and products for inclusion into Command standard analytical and special products.
12 Cooperate with Partner Nation CT counterparts to facilitate the OCO, as required.
13 Facilitate information sharing among Combatant Commands, other DOD agencies, Interagency and Partner Nations.
14 Synchronize DOD CT intelligence requirements and capabilities among DOD agencies in coordination with Interagency partners.
15 Prepare Weekly Activities Report to be submitted to IATF Branch Chief. Provide embedded analytical support, as directed by IATF, to other elements within CSO.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: In-depth experience in mechanical engineering design, project management, and facilities
maintenance. Experience in direct digital controls, pneumatic controls, fire protection systems, all
HVAC/R, and heating plant experience is preferred. Experience in sustainable design, AutoCAD, large
academic buildings, athletic facilities, water distribution systems, wastewater systems, and anti-
terrorism/force protection is also preferred. Must understand, read, write and speak fluent English.
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from an ABET accredited
university program (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology).
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado Driver’s License. Receive and

53. American Systems is seeking a former US Army or USMC Medical Service Corps Officer to instruct Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) Medical Platoon Leaders to manage combat medical operations at Brigade and below. The selected individual will service as member of a Foreign Assistance Training Team supporting US Foreign Policy and DOD Security Cooperation Objectives.

Selected individual will lead a two person team that will train Medical Platoon Leaders to perform combat medical support missions and coordination requirement with other command medical elements. Advise in the development of Tactical Standing Operating Procedure (TSOP) for medical operations. Assist and develop training for casualty evacuation/extraction operations and perform first aid/combat lifesaver tasks as required.

Selected individuals will advise and assist in the development of a program of instruction to support training and the development of lesson plans and student materials as required. Additionally, this team will observe current Army medic/EMT training and provide recommendations for improvements in training of medical personnel to include assisting in the development of programs of instructions, lesson plans and student reference material.

Requirements:

• Former Army/USMC Medical Service Corps Officer
• Former military rank of Captain, Bachelor's Degree required
• Graduate of US Army Captain's Career Course (or equivalent)
• EMT Certification
• At least one year of experience as a Medical Platoon Leader in a Forward Support Medical Company
• Experience in MEDEVAC operations
• Experience training soldiers in military operations
• Combat experience in OIF/OEF desired
• Must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for overseas deployment in accordance with current DoD regulations. Must meet US Army/USMC height, weight, and physical fitness standards and able to pass a US Army/USMC physical fitness test. Must maintain a fitness level appropriate to performing work in a field environment
