Principal Accountabilities

Mission is to provide aviation support services in Iraq for Air Transport, Reconnaissance and Security, Casualty Evacuations, Quick Reaction Forces to respond to incidents, for Chief of Mission personnel or other personnel required by U.S. Government Authority to conduct official business. These missions are accomplished during the day, night, and night vision goggles. The employee must be prepared for assignment to a remote area, under austere living and working conditions. The employee may be assigned duties as Lead Pilot, and if qualified Standardization Pilot, Instructor Pilot, Pilot in Command, or other additional duties related to flight operations as required. Potential for exposure to hostile fire in this region is high. IP/SP - Conducts academic and hands-on performance training and administers evaluations to ensure pilot proficiency and standardization of training in addition to maintaining IATF's and completing required AWIS entries. 2. FAA Commercial and Instrument Airman�s Certificate Rotorcraft Helicopter.
3. Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
4. IP/SP - An FAA CFI/CFII or equivalent military Instructor rating is required.
5. Individual must demonstrate proficiency in understanding aircraft systems, components, and operations.
6. Individual must possess a thorough knowledge of FAA and ICAO regulations pertinent to the host country and operational requirement.
7. Individual should have experience using Falcon View or its equivalent.

IP/SP applicants require 500 hours turbine instructor pilot or check pilot in a civil or military organization; SP applicants require 1 year experience managing training programs in a formal civilian or military training activity. Demonstrated, proven and verifiable aviation experience including ethics, ability, and professionalism of the highest standards are required for this position. Only resumes showing a minimum of 3,000 hours of helicopter pilot experience will be considered. Recent experience in high mountain/desert and tactical operations is highly desired.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment
1. Must possess physical dexterity and coordination to qualify for Federal Aviation Administration Commercial Pilot Certificate
2. Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for up to twelve (12) hours per day and sit for up to eight (8) hours per day.
3. Must be able to perform rated crewmember duties during mission operations
4. Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth.
5. Must be able to routinely climb/descend stairs.
6. Must be able to read and interpret newspaper and typewritten print, maps, aeronautical charts, and weather charts.
7. Must be able to crouch, crawl, routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above/below shoulders.
8. Must be able to see aircraft in flight, read dials/gauges, identify small objects and hand tools.
9. Must meet or exceed Federal Aviation Administration minimum visual acuity and hearing standards for Class II medical certificate.
10. Must be physically capable of climbing vertical ladders or built-in aircraft steps to heights of 10-12 feet.

- Liaise with upper management, program managers, and recruiters to develop and execute a hiring plan that delivers highly qualified candidates for open requisitions and ensures a pipeline to support future opportunities.
- Participate in hiring manager and business development discussions to ensure recruiting strategy and resources will meet forecasted requirements.
- Develop metrics that track efficiency as well as quality of hire in order to pinpoint areas for improvement to include, but not limited to the following: assessment of applicant and hiring manager; effectiveness of sourcing candidates; and new hire quality.
- Identify new sources of applicants, job boards, databases, and other techniques to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Build long-term competitive advantage in recruiting by enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation in key recruiting channels, build and strengthen key institutional relationships, and enhance recruiting team’s knowledge of key competition.
- Establish rapport with relevant military transition offices and veteran outreach organizations.
- Ensure selection criteria and techniques are compliant to employee-related legislation and internal policies.
- Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action guidelines and laws.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the operating and personnel budget of the recruiting department.
- Develop an incentive program unique to the recruiting department.

To be considered for the Recruiting Manager position the following qualifications must be met:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years experience managing personnel; 4-6 years providing recruiting support to the U.S. Defense and Intelligence Community
- Eligible to obtain a security clearance
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and methodologies
- Experience working with human resources principles, practices, procedures, laws, and regulations, including EEO and ADA
- Experience monitoring entry level personnel and building team cohesion
- Strong writing, briefing, and interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with management and personnel
- Strong organization and time management skills to ensure effective prioritization and ability to meet deadlines
- Work schedule flexibility
