GBX Consultants, Inc. is accepting resumes for a part-time Career Transition Workshop Facilitator/Trainer. Trainers conduct workshops for separating and retiring military personnel and their spouses who are transitioning from the US military and entering the civilian job market. The workshop delivery site is NTC Great Lakes with potential travel to conduct workshops at other locations, as needed. Successful candidate will facilitate approximately 2 workshops per month. Each workshop is 3 days in length (weekday, daytime hours). Recruitment is limited to the local commuting area, within 50 miles of the training site.

This could be an excellent opportunity for military spouses or veterans living in the area.

Facilitators deliver comprehensive career transition workshops to assist transitioning service members.

Course material includes such topics as:



• Self-appraisal
• Career decision making
• Identifying job goals
• Job search techniques
• Resume preparation
• Interviewing skills
• Dress for success
• Job offer and salary negotiations



Minimum qualifications include the following:
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of the U.S. labor market and public and private sector employment practices.
• Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in Training, Education, Career Counseling or HR strongly preferred
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Trainer. Experience delivering job search workshops is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Must be able to demonstrate an interactive, dynamic and energetic training style necessary to engage this military audience in job search training activities. A training demonstration will be required as part of the interview.
• Knowledge of the military and experience working with military clients is strongly preferred
• Must have ID card to enter US military bases and buildings.
• Flexibility to travel to other military bases to deliver workshops if needed.

The Accountant will be responsible for analyzing information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability and other financial activities within the organization. • Assists with the maintenance and application of internal controls.
• Prepares personal property tax returns annually.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS in Accounting and a minimum of 4 years progressive general accounting experience. Public accounting experience is preferred but is not required. The candidate will be proficient in MS Office (Excel, in particular) and an account/financial records keeping system. Microsoft Dynamic Nav experience is strongly preferred but is not required. Detailed understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required. The candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong customer service skills. They will require effective oral and written communications skills with all levels of the organization (including management, peers, team members, and customers). Strong organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to multi-task and have an analytical thought process. The candidate will also maintain the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Job Summary:

SPO-DDM shall serve as access control and protection officers for Government personnel, facilities, equipment, checkpoints, or buildings at designated high-threat environment locations. The DDM shall serve as the advanced marksman providing precision fire, strategic over-watch and recon capabilities to the operational security teams.

Principal Accountabilities:
•SPO-DDM shall be provided and follow all instructions outlined in Post Orders which includes patrolling designated areas, routes and perimeters via either foot or mobile patrol and shall provide inspections and surveillance of identified Government assets.
•SPO-DDM shall maintain daily logs and records of all duties and responsibilities.
•SPO-DDM shall also provide direct security support to the In Country Coordinators and Driver/Personal Protection Officers during emergency situations including operating Government vehicles.
•SPO-DDM shall be trained and provide physical security, armed protection, and defensive tactics capabilities in protection of Government facilities, checkpoints, buildings, and possibly Government personnel and designees.
•SPO-DDM shall be capable of responding to various threats to include Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Devices (VBIED), Improvised Explosive Devices (IED), direct fire from small arms and ground assaults by multiple personnel possessing various types of hand held or should mounted weapon systems (military rifles, machine guns, rocket propelled grenades, etc), indirect fire by mortars and rockets, individual suicide bombers and employment of other weapons of mass destruction in an unconventional warfare environment. SPO-DDM may be required to initiate rapid response to threats or attacks that may exceed normal security force responsibilities. Such threats include armed attack, breaches of perimeters or checkpoints, hostile protests, direct or indirect fire, etc. SPO-DDM shall assist with emergency safety, evacuation, recovery and reaction force procedures of personnel from situations of imminent threat or actual attack and the application of emergency medical care to Government personnel and designees involved in trauma situations.

Physical Requirements:
•Daily hours worked can be as few as eight (8) to as many as twenty-four (24), depending upon the site and the Government requirements. An SPO-DDM shall typically deploy for a 60 to 90 day rotational basis with a rest or break in service period of at least 30 days.
•Travel and work in austere and harsh environments

Able to meet the following health and physical requirements:
•Candidates shall successfully pass and maintain physical fitness, vision and hearing requirements as mandated by the contract.

6. Business Manager (BM) (Global) (TS/SCI)




Job Summary:

The BM shall arrange for and provide the financial management and administrative support necessary to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of this effort. The BM shall establish and monitor the current status of the contract and interface with the Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR) regarding status of all Contractor programs, financial management and administrative activities. Additionally, the BM will be responsible for day-day financial reporting and contract administration. The BM shall address the Government COR any financial or administrative problems, issues or conflicts requiring resolution. The BM shall report any problem areas to the COR no later than the next business day. At a minimum, financial/expense information reports shall be maintained by the BM and reported to the COR on a monthly basis.

The Business Manager is responsible to the Program Manager for support of various aspects of Program Management activities to ensure timely and cost effective accomplishments of contractual commitments. The general scope of this position includes primarily Contract Administration, Accounting and Human Resources functions to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Specific job duties will vary by contract assignment.

•Seven (7) years of experience in detailed management of Government contracts may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. During the seven (7) years the candidate must have specific experience in contracts with multiple tasks and subcontractor teams, requirements analysis, project costing, tracking of deliverables, quality assurance, financial monitoring, expenditure analysis and forecasting, and resource management and reporting.

•Two (2) of the seven (7) years must be experience in directly managing a large ($10M a year or more) Government contract.


Education Required:
•Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and,
•Shall posses a Bachelor’s Degree in management, finance or business administration. A Bachelor’s Degree may be substituted for eight (7) years of experience in finance or business administration in Government contracts. Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in inspecting 100% of incoming and outgoing aircraft parts. Monitor Quality Deficiency Reports (QDR) and warranty program to assure correct adherence to contract requirements.

Principal Accountabilities
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervise, assigns, and manages the workload of non-exempt Quality Control (QC) inspectors.
2. Provides performance feedback, coaching, and training as needed.
3. Manages and distributes Product Quality Deficiency Report (PQDR).
4. Conducts scheduling of repairable and serviceable return assets by demand priority.
5. Analyzes statistical data and implement tracking systems of incoming/outgoing parts.
6. Implements QC methods to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations.
7. Assists Quality Assurance (QA) in interpreting and implementing Unsatisfactory Reports (UR).
8. Maintains QC files and historical records for assets being shipped to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
9. Maintains on-site technical library.
10. Create weekly QC partner slides.
11. Update Job Task Qualification Packages semi-annually.
12. Assist transient new hires in QC shipping and receiving responsibilities.
13. Performs functions as a Configuration Control Board staff member.

Knowledge & Skills
1. Must have thorough knowledge of hand tools, hardware and equipment used in the maintenance of INL/A aircraft.

Experience & Education

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of intermediate level professional military education or other form of specialized training desired.

Senior SIGINT Specialist
Scope:
Performs all the duties of the SIGINT Specialist as necessary and facilitates the scheduling and assignment of SIGINT collection support tasks, as appropriate coordinating with the Regional Command or Battlespace owner G2/S2. The Senior SIGINT Specialist shall support the operational management of SIGINT Teams, provides collection focus consistent with SIGINT and supported command guidance, and supports the management of SIGINT collection operations. The Senior SIGINT Specialist shall maintain operational communications, provides SIGINT guidance and supports SIGINT taskings. HUMINT Requirements Collection Manager
Scope:
Works in the ISAF/USFOR-A and other commands’ CJ2X in support of ISR-D. Coordinating all HUMINT collection requirements and ensures all HUMINT data is properly disseminated within the ATO. The HUMINT RCM shall monitor various systems for new nominated requirements, validates, and distributes them as required. The HUMINT RCM shall develop training tools as required on all aspects of HUMINT ISR mission accomplishment.
The HUMINT Requirements Collection manager shall interface with CENTCOM, DIA, ANSF/GIRoA and external and internal ISAF/USFOR-A HUMINT Requirements Managers to answer HUMINT related RFIs and de-conflict or collaborate on theater HUMINT requirements and reporting. The HUMINT Requirements Collection Manager shall give presentations and briefings when required. The candidate shall travel (ground/air), as required, throughout the CJOA-A, in order to accomplish directed support activities. • Maintain situational awareness of key CI and HUMINT issues within Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF), including Ministry of Defense (MOD), Ministry of Interior (MOI), National Directorate of Security (NDS) and will work on a daily basis with ISAF/USFOR-A, ANSF, GIRoA and other applicable staff on ISAF/USFOR-A and ANSF CI/HUMINT Architecture, CI/HUMINT Strategic partnership initiatives, and any initiatives or issues that arise either through guidance from the ISAF/USFOR-A Commander or CJ2 leadership.
Requirements:
• Requires a minimum of 10 years of applicable CI/HUMINT experience.
• Possess expert level knowledge and abilities as indicated at the GG-14/15 level and meet the criterion for career series 0132 at those levels.
• Proven experience at the tactical and operational levels in either Afghanistan or Iraq, familiarity with Coalition operations and staff procedures, experience in a Phase IV (Stability) environment, experience and familiarity with Theater and Division level HUMINT collection and exploitation operations, proven abilities in the planning and conduct of screening and HUMINT collection operations, and familiarity with High Value Target (HVT) targeting process.

•Knowledgeable of Army/Joint counterintelligence procedures, doctrine and practices
•Knowledgeable in data processing systems such as CIDNE, DSOMS, CHIMS or its replacement system and SIPRNET search engines.
•Must be experienced in working with and through interpreters, interview and solicitation techniques, CI principles and methods, development of screening/interview/debriefing plans, and evaluation of information requiring further investigation.
•Requires former military occupational specialty (MOS) 35L/M, 351L/M, 35E, or civilian 1811 or 0132 badged and credentialed CI Agent or DoD joint service equivalents.
