Job Description
Scope:
Under dual direct supervision of the Office Manager and General Counsel (Legal department), assisting with the administrative support for the office, generally, and specific tasks for the Office of General Counsel and company Secretary. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Uses judgment within limits of standard practice. Reports day-to-day to the Office Manager and on a task basis to the General Counsel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets persons entering establishment, determines nature and purpose of visit, and directs or escorts visitors to specific destinations.
Ensures that all visitors sign a visitor's log, issues temporary badges as appropriate. Maintains entry records.
With Office Manager, prepares and maintains a guidebook on procedures for the position.
Due to facility clearance, ensures visitors acknowledge if they are U.S. citizens, or not.
Maintains supplies in the copy room and office break rooms. Orders and tracks supplies; distributes supplies to employees.

Most deployments are 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Irregular Warfare Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Minimum one-year experience in forward deployed locations supporting tactical operations.
Minimum two years of experience conducting analysis of irregular warfare problem sets to highlight insurgent or threat network organization, key nodes, and vulnerabilities.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

Job Description: Illuminate Mission Solutions seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as an All-Source/Targeting Analyst at the Expert Level to support a USSOCOM contract. The contract will require intelligence analysts capable of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counter Intelligence (CI), All-Source Analysts, Targeting Analysts, Collection Management, as well as Industrial Security Professionals. All-Source/Targeting Analysts shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. Employees on this contract will be responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, Client development and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
Job Responsibilities: The All-Source/Targeting Analyst must possess the capability of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). The All-Source/Targeting Analyst will have advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. The All-Source/Targeting Analyst shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation and have a thorough of the F3EA targeting methodology.
Job Requirements: The position of All-Source/Targeting Analyst at the Expert Level shall possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of ten years analytical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with support to SOF operations.
IC and Strategic level experience
Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.
Excellent written and oral communications skills and be highly proficient in all source analytical support tools.
Recent experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
Must possess a valid U.S. passport.

About the position:
TJFACT is seeking a Senior Criminal Justice Advisor (SCJA) to join our team at the U.S. Embassy Niamey in Niger, Africa.
The SCJA shall receive direction from the INL Niger Program Officer, and, as appropriate, with the INL/AME Director, Deputy Director, and INL North Africa and Sahel Team Lead and shall maintain open, timely, and effective communications, resulting in a relationship that proactively addresses potential problems with flexible, workable solutions..
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in assessing Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and Ministry of Interior, Public Safety, and Decentralization (MOI) institutional roles in the criminal justice system. Identify and prioritize areas for reform and work with counterparts to design and implement needed reforms.
· Provide expert advice, guidance, and leadership with regard to the design, development, implementation, and oversight of criminal justice reform projects.
· Evaluate requests for operational, logistical, or institutional support. Recommend supportive courses of action to INL counterparts within U.S. Embassy Niamey.
· Gather and analyze necessary information to assist in planning and coordinating activities across programs and organizational lines, reconcile conflicting interests, and resolve complex and sensitive issues. All final decision making actions will be carried out by a USG employee.
· Regularly brief the Political Officer and INL Niger Program Officer on issues relating to criminal justice reform efforts, specifically border security, countertrafficking, and corrections reform. · Develop and maintain a close working relationship between INL and the Government of Niger (GON) in order to assist the Embassy in resolving issues affecting operations relating to the administration of criminal justice reform programs.
· Assist in coordinating activities with Embassy Country Team members involved in promoting the development of the criminal justice sector.
· Ensure host country criminal justice training and reform efforts are on track amid constantly changing circumstances.
· Facilitate interactions among the INL Program Officer, Political Officer, Nigerien MOJ and MOI, other local officials, relevant international partners, and representatives from civil society on criminal justice sector reform issues.
· Monitor and review, in coordination with U.S. Embassy Niamey, the use of any USG foreign assistance provided during the term of the contract. The purpose of this oversight is to ensure any USG provided commodities and financial support are delivered in a timely manner, and properly utilized in accordance with applicable USG regulatory standards and waste, fraud, and/or abuse is prevented.
· Prepare and present briefings to the Nigerien justice, law enforcement, and corrections agencies, Embassy Niamey and senior USG officials, third country government officials, and officials of international organizations on the status of INL-supported criminal justice sector reform activities. Contractor will begin each presentation by clearly identifying their Contractor title.
· Attend conferences and multilateral and regional meetings that relate to the assigned areas of responsibility, as requested by the INL Program Officer. Contractor will clearly identifying their Contractor title during these events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· U.S. citizenship.
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in international relations, law enforcement, public policy or related field (10 years professional law experience can be substituted).
· Twelve (12) to eighteen (18) years of experience related to the legal profession, courts, criminology, and/or public administration, experience briefing in English.
· Demonstrated experience working overseas in an Embassy environment.
· Three (3) years specialized experience depending on the position (e.g. criminal investigator, prosecutor, judge, or defense attorney).
· Knowledge of, and skill in, correct usage of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and style.
· Oral and written French proficiency.
Experience working with the U.S. government, an international organization, or large international non-government organization in a policy/operational role involving criminal justice sector issues (e.g. access to justice, judicial reform, law enforcement, or corrections).
Professional experience in a developing country, preferably in West Africa, including familiarity with African rule of law and law enforcement programs, as well as the civil law system.

PURPOSE: The USSOCOM J-59-L Strategy, Plans and Policy Lessons Learned (LL) Branch is responsible for implementing USSOCOM Directive 11-3 SOF Lessons Learned Program (SOFLLP) to enhance joint capabilities through discovery, knowledge development, implementation, and sharing of observations, issues/insights, lessons, and best practices from operation, training events, exercises, experiments, and other activities involving Special Operations Forces (SOF) assets. The SOFLLP applies lessons learned to the full range of joint operations to meet Title 10, U.S. Code, section 153 (a) (6) (E), to develop policy and for gathering, developing, and disseminating joint lessons learned across the J59 LL Network.
DUTIES: The successful candidate’s job tasks include but, are not limited to:
· Performs and manages all USASOC – Lessons Learned Specialist tasks at USASOC
· Oversee USASOC’s LL processes employing knowledge of USASOC’s’ current and historical staff roles, areas of responsibility and subordinate organizations.
· Interprets USASOC’s senior-level guidance and incorporates into the LL planning and execution of SOF engagement, and exercises, to resolve issues based on newly collected observations, insights and lessons learned.
· Manages USAASOC’s Lessons Learned analytical studies involving programs or policies cutting across the military Services and a number of government agencies and incorporates adjustments to SOF doctrine, policy, training, equipping, and organizing documentation.

About the Position
We're hiring an on-call Woodcraft Instructor to join our team at Joint Base Charleston Brig in Charleston, SC. This position will be temporary with the possibility of turning into a permanent hire.
Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate procedures, answering questions, and providing training for prisoners enrolled in the woodcraft instruction program.
Monitor prisoner education and training assignments to ensure prisoners receive the opportunity to develop skills associated within the wood craft industry.
Provide woodcraft education and training for up to 30 prisoners, during any period of time.
Provide instructional training to include, but not limited to; fine furniture construction, full scale (42” plotter) AutoCAD software engineered drawing instruction, and operation of the equipment listed at Appendix 9, and operation of applicable software, and tools utilized during instruction.
Create, supplement, and manage a lesson plan that outlines Woodcraft education and training daily activities which includes classroom instruction and on-the-job training (OJT) in one-on-one and group settings.
Utilize NCCER curriculum for woodcraft education and training.
Revisions made to the lesson plan must be submitted for acceptance and confirmation prior to implementing any lesson plan revisions.
Prepare, maintain, and keep current all training records for each prisoner enrolled in the Woodcraft program.
Ensure Training records are readily available upon request by the COR or Industries Shop Department Head at all times. Training record shall include up to date status on training project completions, certifications/milestones achieved, with a copy of the training reports submitted to the Prisoner Management department. Training records will be utilized to support issuance/completion of a South Carolina Department of Labor Certification in cabinet making and NCCER certification in basic carpentry.
Provide monthly summary reports outlining performance evaluation ratings on each prisoner’s education and training progress by the second to last Wednesday of every month ( i.e. reports will address prisoner participation in the program, attitude, and work relationships with employees and fellow prisoners, training completion, and certifications received).
Instructor shall forecast supplies, and provide an itemized materials/equipment list to include pricing information for all work orders. The itemized list shall state the training task(s) and/or work order(s) the material/equipment supports. A copy of the list shall be submitted to the Brig’s Supply Department for purchase.
Responsible for all finished work order product’s level of quality. If quality of work order products does not meet the industry quality standard, required to make all necessary corrections and resubmit for inspection/acceptance.
The instructor shall establish and maintain a file for each individual work order.
Ensure work order files are made readily available upon request by the COR.
Work order files shall be sequentially numbered, include the work order request (i.e. email print-out), document use of current stock or ordered material, and report start and completion dates.

Lead/guide a collaborative network of subject matter experts through an exchange of information, perspectives, and reasoning using structured analytical techniques. These techniques include, but are not limited to, those associated with design thinking, critical, creative, and visual thinking, and other qualitative and quantitative methods as appropriate. These techniques are used to solicit from a working group the true nature of the problem that they want senior strategic decision makers to address.
Lead, facilitate and develop problem solving methods to properly frame complex issues by challenging the group to question intuitive judgments and past norms.
Lead working groups comprised of personnel from within the command, and those representing external partners, using design thinking techniques to conceptualize and appreciate a problem from multiple perspectives.
Lead detailed after-action sessions with the sponsors of SLSs and a separate after action session with the WGC team to identify best practices and requirements produced from the SLS.
Conduct and lead working groups to properly define problems, establish objectives, determine methods of analysis, and establish desired end-states.
Identify and evaluate cognitive biases, and determine ways to mitigate those that may adversely affect the intuitive judgment of decision makers. Anticipate senior leaders’ biases by combining structured analytical techniques along with substantive expertise and an inquiring and imaginative mind.
Assist in development of other types of “events” that require critical and creative approaches to designing a process in which key information will be communicated to senior leaders.
Skillfully articulate/educate participants of working groups, sponsors, and senior leaders of the value of various qualitative and quantitative analytical methods and how they will achieve the objective of promulgating structured discourse between high ranking (4 star and above) decision makers.
Communicate and collaborate with senior leaders and decision makers to effectively describe, visualize, and understand complex issues/problems to achieve the command’s and partner’s objectives.
Collaborate with senior leaders within the command and partners outside of the command to develop critical questions to be addressed and analyzed during executive level seminars.
Facilitate the creation of impactful software application centered, visual story board scenarios/vignettes, using highly technical visual displays and systems, to conceptualize and communicate a defined problem to decision makers.
Coordinate, train, and assist various briefers with a crawl, walk, run concept of briefer development/rehearsal during an “action officer” week prior to the SLS to artfully communicate a problem set and maximize use of Wargame Center Information Technology.
Coordinate and lead an “action officer” week that synchronizes the data gained from the workshops with the technical, visualization capabilities of the WGC.
Synchronize the qualitative data gained from workshops with the technical visualization of the vignettes.
Develop working groups using various qualitative and quantitative methods with the goal of producing case studies, vignettes, or moves designed to achieve structured discourse among senior leaders. Qualitative theories and other relevant work include Art of Design – School of Advanced Military Studies Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Ground Theory, Content Analysis and Nudge.
Work independent of the group to further achieve analytical insights by advising and assisting sponsors and/or team leads to properly craft scenarios (case studies, vignettes, moves/turns, etc.) and to identify and analyze key insights and indicators that can be used for focus and enhance IT focused presentations.
Conduct data collection through various techniques during the execution of seminars. Then convert this raw data into informative qualitative insights to be used as study results.
Advise and assist lead planners with implementation of best practices and qualitative research prior to officially forming of working groups.
Facilitate working groups to achieve the objectives described above, and contribute to the conduct and assessment of executive seminars.
Assist visual graphic designers with the context of the story board to ensure the working group products are adequately captured and displayed in a visually impactful way.
Present study results, findings, conclusions, options and opinions to WGC customers, including senior leaders (GO/FO/SES level).
Log and manage historical products developed during the design workshops to properly depict the cradle-to-grave approach of the wargame.
Advise WGC leadership of common best practices that the command’s problem sets can be applied against within the field of behavioral economics, design thinking, prospect theory and/or other qualitative applications.
Contribute original authorship and assist with compilation, editing and publication of written products such as operational summaries, project descriptions, trip reports, and other products which capture the results of WGC activities.

About the Position
We're hiring an On-Call Sail Loft Instructor to join our team at Joint Base Charleston Brig in Charleston, SC. This position will be a temporary position with the possibility of turning into a permanent hire.
Duties and Responsibilities
Will operate, maintain, and repair a Consew Industrial Sewing machine.
Operate, maintain, and perform minor repair of a Tajima Embroidery machine, to include the ability to set up different and complex hoops for the machines.
Prepare, maintain, and keep current all training records for each prisoner enrolled in the Sail Loft program.
Training records shall be readily available upon request by the COR or Industries Shop Department Head. Training record shall include up to date status on training project completions, certifications/milestones achieved, with a copy of the training reports submitted to the Prisoner Management Department/Industries Department. Training records will be utilized to support issuance/completion of a South Carolina Dept. of Labor Certification in Furniture Upholstery.
Provide monthly summary reports outlining performance evaluation ratings on each prisoner’s education and training progress by the 2nd to last Wednesday of each month (i.e. reports will address prisoner participation in the program, attitude, and work relationships with employees and fellow prisoners, training completion, and certifications received).
Forecast supplies and provide an itemized materials/equipment list to include pricing information for all work orders. The itemized list shall state the training task(s) and/or work order(s) and the material/equipment supports.
Responsible for all finished work order product’s level of quality. Should aspects of the final work product not meet industry quality standard during inspection, all necessary corrections must be resubmitted for inspection/acceptance.
Establish and maintain a file for each individual work order.
Work order files shall be made readily available upon request by the COR. Work order files shall be sequentially numbered, include the work order request (i.e. email print-out), document use of current stock or ordered material, and report start and completion dates.
Requirements
Must have a High School Education or GED
2 years technical college or 5 years on the job training
Minimum experience 5 years in one or more relevant trades
Must have one year of experience operating the following software
Adobe Acrobat
Adapt Corel
Photoshop CS4
Tajima DG/ML digitizing software
Preferred Experience
Experience working in a correctional facility preferred.
Military experience preferred.
