Qualifications
• Associate's degree in project management or in a construction-related field with 4+ years’ experience in project coordination, including cost-estimating, project timing and interfacing with the customer and contractors – OR – bachelor’s degree in project management or in a construction-related field with 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, including cost-estimating, project timing and interfacing with the customer and contractors within a corporate/industrial setting
• Must be skilled in construction cost estimating for non-residential construction projects
• Strength in onsite contractor coordination for construction processes and strong problem-solving skills
• Must be familiar with IBC, ADA, NFPA, and NEC codes
• Strong understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts
• Assistant Estimator and Coordinator must have the ability to read and interpret construction documents such as plans and specifications

Responsibilities
We have a very flat management structure. Our engineers interface with customers, suppliers, engineering experts, top management, and shop service technicians.
• The Senior Military Vehicle Engineer will lead design and development projects ranging from complete military vehicle design to suspension and structure design
• Will integrate various disciplines of engineering into a platform that meets program requirements
• Oversee system testing and on-road/track vehicle dynamics for ride and handling
• Manage all vehicle and system level testing thru government and private test facilities
• May also be responsible for leading an engineering team, designers and other resources as well as mentoring young engineers
• Delegate and manage team activities on long term, large scale projects that take a product from concept to launch as well as smaller, accelerated prototype driven projects
Qualifications
• Must be a US citizen
• Bachelor of Science degree required (BSME or BSMET preferred)
• Minimum five years of experience in any of the following engineering vehicle military systems: chassis / suspension, body structure / survivability systems, vehicle package and / or electrical / vetronics
• A diverse understanding of military systems and MIL spec requirements, a willingness to take on new challenges, and the ability to work efficiently with a team
• Experience in various aspects of prototype and production military engineering technology and product development
• Hands-on prototype development experience, preferably with military systems
• Keen ability to stay abreast of new technologies and applicability to real world implementation

Qualifications

More About the Role:
In support of JIDOs efforts at the CTCs to replicate the role, mission, and functions of a Brigade Level Counter-IED cell, to include network engagement and targeting support, you will mentor the replicating BN Counter Insurgency Targeting Program (CITP) and integration into the exercise BDE to provide realistic and integral emulation of in theater support. You will provide reach-back intelligence support on threat network targeting, forensics, technical characteristics, and associated Tactics, Techniques, Procedures (TTPs).
