Job Description
SOS International Ltd. (SOSi) is seeking a Information Technology (IT) Specialist to design, implement and support project IT, communications architecture, information management (IM), and Web-based networks. The IT Specialist will communicate with support military staff and directs IT/IM support to all program personnel and locations. This position reports to the SOSi Program Manager.
Minimum Requirements
• Candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet current eligibility requirements for access to SCI classified information; United States citizenship required
• Minimum of 10 years of verifiable professional information technology and communications systems management experience OR 10 years combined applicable education and practical experience
• Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency, prior management of enterprise communications architecture and systems administration experience; Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCSE) certification is desired
• The IT Specialist will be familiar with all major hardware and software systems currently deployed within Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise networks; management of specified support sub-contracts; organization and presentation of CAAT and program management IT and communications data requirements

2. Network/Systems Administrator (Ft Belvoir/ VA) (S - TS eligibility)
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for network administration and support for the U.S. Army Audit Agency's Windows Active Directory network. The network consists of 50 servers for which the team provides direct support in the form of monitoring, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and upgrades. The Network team provides support for the Agency's virtual private network (VPN), which consists of monitoring, troubleshooting and installation of all VPN sites. The L-3 Network Team also provides support for the CITRIX remote access system, the Storage Area Network (SAN) and maintenance of new client images. Network Team members also provide Tier I, II, and III level Help Desk support for the Agency's network. This network consists of over 650, primarily mobile users, located in remote Field Offices in Europe, Korea, Hawaii and CONUS. Tasks include answering phones, diagnosis of the nature of the users' problem, and troubleshooting the problem to successful resolution. Agency f
ield data, or "Workpapers", is the core area of concern when dealing with data integrity, data back-up and server and network connectivity availability.
Tasks Include: Printer queue set-up and maintenance; Configuring and monitoring of VPN's for all remote field office locations. Workpaper Archiving and data integrity of workpaper repositories; Back-ups of all Agency Servers; IAVA patching of servers and software packages to include anti-virus; Upkeep of Citrix servers to include configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting; Configuration and troubleshooting of all Agency Digital Senders; Keep all Agency Network Architecture diagrams up to date; Maintaining and troubleshooting the Agency's SIPRNET network. Creation and maintenance of all Desktop and laptop AGM images; Retina scanning of Agency resources for compliance of DOD IAVM standards; Train on all IT platforms as needed, and assist Help Desk Technicians as applicable. Must have TS Clearance (Interim is ok, SCI/SAP desired). Must possess Security Certification.
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
The database administrator will provide SME installation, operations, administration and maintenance support of Microsoft Sequel Server (SQL) databases that are critical components of the TMIMS (Tactical Multi-Media Intelligence Management Systems) system and network environment. This support includes analysis, troubleshooting, and database performance tuning to ensure TMIMS database systems operate efficiently; guarantee data availability and assurance; and maximizes database uptime.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Perform analysis, design, development, implementation and Database management of various TMIMS databases, and associated systems engineering processes, across the entire client's Geospatial enterprise, holdings, and higher headquarters global infrastructure.
* Perform analysis and utilize gathered data in order to optimize the system. Develop solutions and recommendations in three key areas: optimize capacity, latency, and throughput.
* Implement data models and designs for data access and resolve any linked server issues to include replication, capacity, or distribution.
* Functional analysis to include the analysis of current and future operations, workload flows and volumes, user/system interactions, training, information needs, performance support system requirements, and other resource requirements.
* Impact analysis include estimation of time and resource requirements for development, operation, training, and ongoing performance support, transition planning, benefit analysis, risk analysis, and migration analysis.
* Architectural analysis include development of operational, system, and technical architectures; development of hardware architectures and configurations, operational scenarios, and component specifications; identification of software functionality and complexity, assessment of system transactions and response measurement, and sizing of hardware, software, and databases. Architecture analysis also includes data and databases, global access to decision support information, distributed system interfaces and system interoperability.
* Assist in the production of policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of database. Evaluate, analyze and audit production systems processes and equipment, and help develop and implement solutions to aid with the continuity of operations.
* Create and maintain documentation as it relates to server management. Produce configuration documents and engineering change proposals for review and approval by the organizational Configuration Control Board (CCB)
* Engineering and system upgrade/roll-out, development of detailed change request packages/implementation and test plans.
* Participate in new projects/efforts throughout the TMIMS life cycle to include server systems design, development and provisioning activities in support of TMIMS infrastructure. Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies.
* Responsible for the maintenance and support of hardware and system software components.
* Monitors system performance to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planning. Assist in the development and management of an Enterprise level backup and recovery process for all data stored.
* Provide assessment of opportunities for interoperability and horizontal integration
The following are the required credentials and qualifications for Database Administrator:
* A complete knowledge and experience of commonly used database management systems (DBMS) technology, concepts, design, architecture, development methods, practices, procedures, operations and processes necessary to plan, design, build, document and maintain enterprise database applications.
* Knowledge and skills required to design, optimize, and maintain database administration solutions for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and SQL 2012 to include SQL Reporting Service, spatial geometry types, SQL Server Integration Service and experience with standing up, operating and maintaining SQL Server clusters, database performance tuning, database monitoring, and database backup/recovery.
* Experience with virtualizing SQL databases, configuring databases, and ensuring data availability between SANs and storage locations.
* Experience in query optimization and performance tuning, running database consistency checks and troubleshooting.
* Experience with latest Windows operating systems and configuring servers for database operations.

The program manager will have regional managers supporting a world-wide program as direct reports.
In this position, you will:
Direct, coordinate and monitor activities of the program through the managers/supervisors for total support of operations including administrative procedures/objectives, exercise control of subcontractors, and personnel assigned to the contract. This is a major program profit and loss center; experience managing a like size organization in industry is strongly preferred.
• Evaluate existing systems/methods for potential improvements in capability and cost effectiveness, and coordinate recommendations and implementation plans with the customer.
• Establish/approve program operating procedures, policies, instructions and other applicable directives with appropriate reports and procedures to ensure data flow and proper direction to managers.
• Ensure all assigned personnel meet minimum qualifications, have the necessary clearances and certifications, are in good health, and have the necessary tools and training required to perform their jobs.
• Serve as the program contact point and coordinator between Government counterparts and the Company in matters of contractual and technical matters.
• Ensure standardization of maintenance management functions and procedures, under terms of the contract, at all sites.
• Be responsible for preparation, accuracy and adequacy of all technical reports, data and documentation submitted to the company and Government under this contract, and review all incoming and outgoing official contract correspondence.
• Review and analyze expenditure, financial and operations reports to determine that contractual requirements with the customer are properly fulfilled and that all applicable standards are met.
• Enforce administrative policies, procedures, safety rules and government regulations to include labor laws, OSHA standards and environmental EPA standards.
• Ensure dissemination of and adherence to established procedures.
• Perform other duties/special tasks as assigned.
• Must be available for travel as required.
Qualifications
• US Citizen
• Current Secret (US Government) security clearance.
• Experience in managing and conducting background investigations of personal desiring to conduct work with US government agencies and gaining access to US government facilities. Ideal experience includes screening US, coalition, host nation and foreign persons desiring access to US facilities in Iraq or Afghanistan.
• Experience as a US military counterintelligence agent conducting background investigations in Iraq and/or Afghanistan is highly desirable.
• Previous experience managing, contracting for, or coordinating life support systems for contractors in high risk environments.

Job Description:
• Provides network engineering, monitoring, and technical support to DCS, G2 for the intelligence data networks operating over a Gigabit Ethernet and Internet Protocol (IP) communications topology in both a garrison and deployed environment.
• Responsible for assuring high availability (24/7) of critical network and communications services on the Unclassified (NIPR), Collateral SECRET (SIPR), TOP SECRET/SCI, COALITION and other intelligence networks.

• Serves as technical expert for new communications and networking technologies and protocols, Designs and implements technical solutions to meet intelligence requirements in areas such as advanced security multimedia broadcasting etc.
• Scan networks for vulnerabilities, apply fix actions and report status to local Information Assurance Manager.
• Provides technical guidance and assistance for the development of technical systems documentation, including network and systems diagrams for architecture and configuration management purposes, system fielding guidelines, user guides and operations directives.
• Develops standing operating procedures (SOPs) and processes to assure proper maintenance and monitoring is performed on all networks.
• Configures, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots all communications equipment (switches, routers, modems, patch panels, Voice over IP, desktop VTC, encryption devices etc.,) supporting ATM, GIG-E, microwave, SONET, satellite and fiber optic WAN/LAN technologies.
• Troubleshoots communications circuits in support of remote communications, and support encryption and key material for COMSEC devices such as the “KIV” and “KG” series of devices.
• Detects, corrects and performs damage assessment of security vulnerabilities.
• Performs monitoring and analysis of security logging systems and provides technical and engineering support in the evaluation, installation and integration of security patches and protective measures.
• Patches, monitors, and reports compliance status of Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) to the appropriate functional security managers.

Specialized Experience:

Program Overview:
The ORSA Program deploys critical analytic support across Army, Marine, Air Force, Navy, DoD, Coalition and Intelligence Community Partner activities in Afghanistan and other locations worldwide. We provide support from the 4-Star to tactical units and at all the combat outposts and forward operations bases. The program also uses recently deployed ORSAs to prepare units undergoing mission rehearsals and deployment exercises at Training Centers in CONUS and OCONUS.
Who is an OCONUS ORSA?
A science professional who produces analytic products (e.g. decision aids, models) to underpin
decisions by Commanders and to enable solutions of varied and complex strategic, operational,
tactical and managerial issues who can provide commanders and strategists an independent
evaluation and trends of key issues based on factual current and historical events.
What are your responsibilities?
The Deployed Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) Trainer will be responsible for the following:
• Must be able to deploy within 120 hours
• Support 82nd Division, Brigade, and Battalion staffs
• Serve as a key member of a rapid enabler-force, embedded with deploying 82nd Headquarter Staffs
• Producing quick-turnaround analysis products, routine-trend assessments, and unit operation analysis, using Operations Research (OR) techniques.
• Facilitating reach-back analysis with the JIEDDO and other agencies when required.
• Working with embedded staff, such as Law Enforcement personnel, Human Intelligence Teams, and data collectors.
• Anticipated deployed time is about 4 months per calendar year
Essential Skills and Experience

DIRECTV’s Sustainability Program is seeking a dynamic Manager with demonstrated sustainability expertise to help drive our enterprise-wide sustainability program to the next level. The Manager, Sustainability’s key responsibility will be to develop and manage sustainability projects in consultation with a diverse group of internal stakeholders to meet DIRECTV’s overall sustainability goals. This position will be responsible for reviewing and charting the progress and outcomes of various initiatives. The manager is expected to work independently; activities will include working with cross-functional groups to identify opportunities and solutions for program operations. Support the Enlisted Project (STEP) is a not-for-profit 501 3 (c) organization, with the mission of providing emergency financial grants and transition assistance to junior enlisted military and their families. STEP was formerly known as Operation Homefront Southern California. The area of responsibility of STEP will encompass the seven southernmost counties of California to include: San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino and Imperial.
Position Overview. Under the direction of the President, the Director of Client Services ensures that STEP carries out its primary mission of meeting client needs, while ensuring the integrity of the organization. The Director is responsible for Client Services, which primarily involves the emergency financial assistance element of the organization's mission together with overseeing program and volunteer management. The Director will take a significant role in developing the organization of STEP.
Client Services:
The Director of Client Services works directly with the clients, Client Service Representatives, and members of the staff to implement /STEP emergency assistance programs.
Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Supervision of Program Manager (when hired).
* Identifying and creating a client case management system for use by STEP.
* Finalizing standard operating procedures and policies for STEP.

* Negotiate and bind STEP on significant matters, such as approving automobile repairs, rent and mortgage payments, etc. in support of emergency financial assistance provided to eligible clients.
* Represent STEP in handling complaints, arbitrating disputes or resolving grievances, such as complaints received from clients whose applications were denied. This includes exercising discretion and independent judgment even if said decisions or recommendations are reviewed at a higher level.
* When appropriate, preparing for presentation to the Granting Committee of the Board of Directors a write up in the approved format of extraordinary client cases for which an exception is being sought, with detailed rationale for the exception to policy, routing the write up to the President for review and submission to the Granting Committee.
* Processing and delivering grants on behalf of clients, including but not limited to checks, gift cards, gifts in-kind, etc. In the case of awards of gift cards (commissary, civilian grocery store, gasoline, etc .) to clients, either coordinating for personal pick-up or mailing the cards by certified mail.
* Preparing and mailing gift cards by certified mail, per SOP.
* Picking up mail from the post office box thrice weekly, delivering the mail to the President.
* Preparing disbursement requests to provide grants in support of approved client applications.
* Participating in a weekly case review with the President.
* Participating as a member of the management team.
* Coordinating with the President on the procurement and stocking of commissary gift cards, ensuring that a reasonable supply of the cards is maintained.
* Coordinating and scheduling the training Client Service Representatives (CSRs) and volunteers.
* Produce timely and accurate monthly reports, or when requested.
* Utilizing STEP corporate credit card in the support of clients, per established policy.

The Sourcing Consultant is responsible for maintaining best practice processes for the day to day operations for a MSP program for staff augmentation services and/or SOW based services. This position will be located at our London office in Westminster, London.
Responsibilities
•Responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle for specified category of headcount
•Responds to and resolves operating issues
•Understands the goals of the customer programme, and makes recommendations to customer based on industry knowledge and on IQN’s capabilities
•Provide support to Hiring Managers for requisition creation
•Monitor requisition approvals and escalate issues when required
•Review and qualify new requisitions and release to suppliers
•Facilitate Q&A sessions for suppliers on requisitions as needed
•Screen candidate profiles (skills, experience, availability, etc.) and CVs to pass only the top resources to the Hiring Manager

•Negotiate rates with Suppliers to obtain fair market price for each position
