The JGASS contract is currently staffing Imagery Analysts to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team providing Geospatial Intelligence and Imagery Intelligence Analysts in support of on-going and future operations that are executed in Declared Theaters of Active Armed Conflict (DTAAC) and Outside Declared Theaters of Active Armed Conflict (ODTAAC). Requirements:

• Develop and/or Revise outage maintenance plans, maintenance items and task lists to include vendor specification manuals, drawings, procedures, needed materials, parts, code changes, scope of work clarifications based on feedback and engineering.
• Responsible to follow-up with all vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure they receive correct payment and approve all invoices that are required through Readsoft and/or Procurement Card transactions.
• When planning ensure all applicable codes are being referenced to ensure compliance such as NBIC, ASME, ANSI, WI Statutes, OSHA, NEC, NFPA codes are followed as well as PG procedures and maintenance manuals.
• Writes weld travelers and any other supporting QA/QC documents to attach to the work packages. Once all weld inspections are complete the planner will work with the maintenance staff to ensure all documentation is completely filled per insurance/code compliance.
• Ensures all scopes of work that are written to vendors have the appropriate We energies standards and tolerances attached (i.e. vibration & balance standard) to the Work Orders and follow-up with vendors to ensure they understand the requirement before work commences.
• Launch the IMPACT PM Maintenance plans for upcoming outages, work with system owners in writing detailed scopes of work for both internal and external craft, write and release purchase requisitions, release orders and procure all materials 90 days before the start of the outage.
• Review, release and code contractor, vendor, supplier payment applications and miscellaneous invoices through Readsoft.

Performs all types of brazing and soldering to join various metallic materials. Must be able to weld a wide range of company products and perform any repair or rework on purchased and shop items involving the same level of skills required for the above duties. Additionally the welder performs general maintenance and housekeeping, of work place tools and equipment, maintain records, moves materials, and follows safety rules in performance of duties and performs other similar duties as required or directed.

• Must have the skill set and experience to select and use specified welding equipment making all necessary sets ups and adjustments to ensure compliance to the print and processes. Additionally, drawing form his/her extensive knowledge of welding technology, the welder is required to determine and select the filler materials for the proper fusion of various metals and alloys, as well as determining the sequence of welding operations utilizing extensive knowledge of welding heat effects in order to avoid distortion and maintain required close tolerances.
• The ability to obtain a Confidential Clearance is required.
• 2nd shift start time will be 2:30pm but candidate must be available for training for 90 days on 1st shift (6:30am start time)
Desired Skills:
• Experience preferred in pre-heating and post-heating materials as required, utilizes tensile testing equipment to perform required pull tests prior to resistance welding. Ability to perform all types of brazing using such equipment as gas torches, induction brazers, and vacuum brazing furnaces and uses appropriate fillers and fluxes. Ability to perform soft soldering operations using such equipment as soldering iron, ultra-sonic solder and gas torches.

This position is responsible for planning and executing the Installation CYP through the administration, operation and technical direction of any or all of the following programs as applicable to the installation: Child Development Centers (CDC), Child Development Homes (CDH), School Age Care (SAC) programs, Youth Programs (YP) and Resource and Referral (R&R) programs. A variety of services are provided for children 6 weeks to 18 years of age in accordance with demand and available funding, including full time child care programs, hourly care, evening and weekend care, emergency care, special needs care, respite care, parent education, resource and referral services, and extended staff development programs. This position works with all of the installation Directors to ensure that the CYP functions as one unit through implementation of an organizational structure that promotes communication among programs and information and resource sharing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Major duties and responsibilities of the Installation CYP Director position include program operations/management, budgeting and financial management, personnel management, policies and procedures, and compliance, among other tasks.
Responsible for the administration, operation and technical direction of the CYP, which may include CDCs, CDHs, SAC programs, YPs, and a R&R program to facilitate the identification of child care services and options for authorized patrons. Executes a child placement system for the installation, including a central enrollment registry and a single Central Waiting List (CWL) for ages 0-12 for the entire CYP program. Coordinates with all installation Directors to ensure an installation Parent Participation Plan, including a Parent Information Board (PIB) that includes parents and representatives from CDC, CDH, SAC, and YP is implemented. Responsible for ensuring a CYP Special

Needs Review Board (SNRB) meets as required. Ensures the coordination of CYP-wide events and activities. Responsible for coordinating the issuance of an installation-wide fee letter. Ensures fluid communication among all CY programs on the installation. Serves as the liaison with the Regional CYP Manager on all CYP issues.
Compiles program statistical data for reports and data calls and keeps Command abreast of trends, policy changes, program deficiencies and needs for the installation CYP. Develops integrated budget input, conducts written analysis of budget variances as necessary, and prepares justification for funding of program resource requirements and repairs or maintenance of facilities and equipment. Oversees the collection, accurate accounting and reporting of funds received from patrons. Ensures compliance with all regulations governing the use of appropriated and nonappropriated funds. Adheres to authorized methods of acquisition.
Responsible for the supervision of employees and volunteers. The types and number of employees supervised by this position will vary based on actual program requirements. Supervisory responsibilities may include supervision of installation CYP Directors, CYP Training Specialists, and Training and Curriculum (T&C) Specialists. Responsible for ensuring the use of employees across the CYP, including the development and use of a singular staffing schedule when applicable to ensure efficient use of employees across the CY program. Ensures that the CYP Training Specialist(s) assigned to the installation are utilized across the CYP effectively in accordance with CYP Management Standards. Initiates a CYP-wide training program by ensuring that the CYP Training Specialists and T&C Specialists develop targeted, integrated training plans that account for the common and unique training needs of staff across the CYP.
Ensures compliance with all Department of Navy (DoN), Department of Defense (DoD), State, Federal and local instructions, standards, regulations, policies and procedures as they apply to the total CYP. Coordinates with all installation CYP Directors the development of single installation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), CYP Professional Handbook and a parent handbook for the CYP for efficient operation and management of facility and programs for use within the CYP.
Coordinates and maintains documentation for Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) and Multi-Disciplinary Team Inspections and is responsible for timely corrective actions plans for all programs in the CYP.
Completes all DoN training requirements. Serves as a mandatory reporter to Family Advocacy and Child Protective Services as prescribed by local policy in the case of suspected incidences of child abuse and neglect. Performs other regional duties as assigned.

The incumbent is responsible for developing, implementing and improving an extremely broad-based Quality of Life programs to include food service, recreation, entertainment, leisure, and information services as well as lodging. Okinawa’s MWR annual program budget exceeds $12 million (NAF/APF) and services a multi-location military installation that supports a patron base of more than 60,000 authorized users. The incumbent serves as the installation's functional expert and advises the Commander on the overall program's effectiveness and its ability to meet and exceed the community’s needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops specific policies and procedures on a wide range of subjects to guide and manage programs. These include, but are not limited to: budgets, programs, marketing, accounting, staffing, training, procurement, and facility planning. Provides leadership for the Fleet & Family Readiness program; implements policies and directives from the command and higher headquarters and adapts those policies to meet the needs of Fleet Activities, Okinawa. Develops operating criteria and techniques for stimulating and maintaining interest in all customer service activity areas. Advises the Commander and Chief Staff Officer on all matters of policy and planning for Fleet & Family Readiness programs. Organizes and administers a comprehensive Fleet & Family Readiness program. The incumbent is responsible for all recreation, leisure, lodging, special event and food & beverage programs at Fleet Activities, Okinawa, Japan which includes 25+ tenant commands/units. Develops and updates a MWR Master plan that addresses overall program scope to include three primary subfunctional program areas: Mission Sustaining Programs, Community Support Activities and Business Activities. Plans for and budgets available appropriated (APF), nonappropriated (NAF) and Government of Japan (GoJ) supported funds to optimize revenue while reducing expenses. These resources affect staffing, capitalization of equipment and construction and renovation of facilities. Develops and implements new and advanced business operations techniques and methods to achieve organizational goals as outlined in the activity business plan. Coordinates with Commander, Navy Region Japan (CNRJ) N9 and CFAO program managers to facilitate support services, resourcing, (e.g., POM, budget, allocation and distribution), oversight, inspections, audits and coordinating data calls from higher authority. Exercises overall supervision and responsibility for over 300 personnel (appropriated and nonappropriated funded civilians, active duty service members, Master Labor Contract, Indirect Hire and Personal Service Contractors) and 60+ facilities. As Fleet & Family Readiness Director, directly and indirectly oversees the administration of a civilian and uniformed military work force of 300+ employees comprised of six systems (GS, NAF, MILPERS, MLC, IHA and contractors). Directly supervises eight senior management personnel responsible in as many functional areas within the Fleet & Family Readiness Directorate (Recreation, Deployed Forces Support, Financial Management, Food & Beverage, Distribution, Training, NGIS and Unaccompanied Housing). Authority is delegated to direct reports, holding them accountable for performance of their respective organizational units. Each subordinate division is expected to work independently to develop

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

This position supports the Navy Wounded Warrior (NWW) – Safe Harbor (SH), the Navy’s and Coast Guard’s sole wounded warrior support program. The position works alongside a team of NWW marketing professionals within the Marketing and Multimedia Development branch of the FFR division, which is located at CNIC in Washington, D.C. Responsible for executing and marketing high-profile NWW events, as well as communicating with seriously wounded, ill and injured (WII) Sailors, Coast Guardsmen and their families.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as an account representative supporting the marketing needs of NWW. The position is part of a two to three person NWW marketing team. Works in tandem with other NWW marketers to plan, develop and execute all aspects of NWW’s strategic marketing campaign. This includes establishing and maintaining effective relationships with headquarters program directors and key staff, internal and external audiences; developing written, digital and audiovisual materials promoting programs and services, either individually or in cooperation with N94P; developing recommendations for improving the marketing strategy based on analysis of feedback from affected or interested audiences; and communicating with field FFR and NWW professionals.
Assists in the execution of high-profile events, primarily the Navy-led Department of Defense (DoD) Warrior Games, an annual adaptive sports competition for WII service members.
Works closely with local marketing and event contractors, as well as regional Navy marketing staff, to attract spectators to the event, attract commercial sponsors, and engage local and national media.
Provides marketing support to other NWW events, including family symposiums, adaptive sports camps, transition support events, call center initiatives, and Warrior Care Month activities.
Serves as a lead writer for NWW. Drafts articles; prepares and publishes NWW publications, keeping all internal and external audiences informed of programs and activities; drafts and markets articles and official talking points to internal and external media.
Coordinates with Navy News Service, Defense Media Activity, Navy Chief of Information and base newspapers.

Coordinates with the CNIC Public Affairs Officer (PAO) to identify, develop and facilitate relationships between local and regional media outlets outside the DoD. Helps coordinate the development and design of marketing collateral materials, including posters, brochures, fact sheets, information cards, newsletters, articles, fliers, website banners, and electronic advertisements, for NWW professionals to use in promoting programs and services.
Uses a variety of digital marketing techniques to share information about NWW with young customers, including emerging social media platforms, mobile instant messaging, wireless text messaging, electronic newsletters, digital advertisements, podcasts, and other interactive technologies.
Maintains and enhances the NWW website and social media presence, in compliance with DoD and DoN policies. Updates the website internally using a content management system.

This position manages documentation and administrative requirements to support multiple Project Managers and work with other team members; oversees the development and maintenance project files and records, ensuring project activities are adequately documented, well maintained and organized.
This position supports Project Managers in the management of multiple projects, maintains command details, timeliness and processes; compiles data for project validation assessments; assists in the preparation of request for proposals and change orders; reviews invoices; maintains project files and logs; processes and distributes project submittals.

Join our Distributed Common Ground Station-Army engineering
and sustainment services fixed sustainment team (DCGS-A
Fusion Brain (DFB) and DCGS-A Fixed Infrastructure (DFI)).
The Fixed (DFI/DFB) sustainment team provides the SEC all
system specific necessary functions to complete their
critical PM DCGS-A sustainment support activities. Types of
support provided by the team include Engineering Management,
Scrum Management, Test/Quality Assurance Engineering
(T/QAE), and Technical Writing.
The team supports all system specific development areas
inside the DCGS-A Fusion Brain (DFB) and DCGS-A Fixed
Infrastructure (DFI) baselines including the following types
of artifact solution development: Architecture,
Infrastructure, Software, Database, Web, and Software.
Solution development occurs within the SEC PPSS software
development lifecycle. Additionally the team is responsible
for communicating with field support elements to resolve
critical issues in a timely and effective manner. As a part
of this team, your work efforts will contribute to the
maintenance of the mixed-use data centers and standalone
development environments supporting integrations, testing,
and cyber security of the DCGS-A family of products. Bottom
line we build, implement, and maintain software tools and
system environments used for delivering new IT solutions to
the U.S. Army.
As a DCGS-A Fixed System Engineer, you will work as a system
specific subject matter expert for the DCGS-A Fixed systems
under sustainment. You must communicate and collaborate to
resolve issues with Field Support Engineers, the Development
support team, and PM to further evolve the DCGS-A fixed
systems development environments.
Specifically, the DCGS-A Fixed System Engineer will:
• Load and configure baselines, train current software baselines, assist with hardware
evaluations, as well as evaluations of new developed software prior to formal IV&V testing.
• Assist the system specific development teams with loading of software baselines on current and future hardware.
• Support the transition of software and hardware environments from the PM to the Depot.
• Provide IaaS and PaaS support for the Fixed system development organization
• Operate in a hybrid virtualization environment working with VMware ESXi, vCloud, and standalone systems
• Enhance existing automation environments and streamline provisioning.
• Maintain and monitor hardware and infrastructure systems primarily consisting of standalone
Dell servers, blade compute, Netapp storage, and Cisco networking
• Participate in cross-functional teams and help debug system issues across the infrastructure
• Assist in research, selection and implementation of virtualization and storage solutions
• Assist the system specific development teams with the development of documentation for software installs on multiple hardware baselines and provide back to the lab manager
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical
discipline and 3 years of professional work experience is required (No Degree Substitution)
• At least 1 year of experience with either DCGS-A Fixed or another DCGS-A v3
• At least 1 year of experience with either VMware ESXi or VMware vCloud
• At least 1 year of experience with one or more of WSUS, SCCM, Altirus, or Puppet
• Demonstrated experience working in a virtualized DoD environment
• In-depth working knowledge of Fixed supporting operating systems (Microsoft Windows 7, Server
2008 R2, Server 2012, RH Linux, others)
• Knowledge of Microsoft common services and existing within a Microsoft environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of LAN topology, routers, hubs, switches, and network protocols
(TCP/IP, IPX)
• Experience in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, batch files, InstallScript, Wise Script, etc.)
• Experience in creating technical
documentation

Responsibilities
Far Ridgeline Engagements Inc. (FRLE) is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Operations Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks.
This multi-discipline team provides operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities with regards to planning and the synchronization of effort with JIDA-COIC support to deployed SOF elements. The team will coordinate SOF requests for support with other assets provided by JIDA and partner nation elements. The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking threat networks.
The SOF Operations Integrator will:

Detailed Responsibilities:
SOF Operations Integrators, in conjunction with other members of the SOF Support Team, will work with tactical and operational Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements (ODA to TSOC) to leverage cutting edge tools and processes designed to improve intelligence and operations fusion within their planning and mission execution cycles. The focus of these fusion efforts is to expose and target critical nodes within enemy threat networks.
The SOF Operations Integrator will serve as a direct link between JIDA and SOF units on all current and future initiatives.
The SOF Operations Integrator serves as the primary advisor to the SOF commander and staff on all activities with regards to planning and the synchronization of effort with JIDA AtN support to SOF elements. The Operations Integrator applies in-depth understanding of both the supported unit's operational requirements as well as JIDA's AtN capabilities in order to identify exploitable the vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations. The SOF Operations Integrator must apply a thorough understanding of the Ops/Intel fusion process as well as subject matter expertise on SOF operations and JIDA capabilities.
The SOF Operations Integrator ensures all SOF requests for AtN support are fully coordinated with other JIDA assets. The Operations Integrator advises SOF Commanders and their staffs on how to best integrate JIDA capabilities into their ongoing operations and analytical efforts.
Successful applicants must possess strong oral and writing skills, experience working with multidiscipline teams, and the ability to identify and analyze problems through the lens of their experience and subject matter expertise in order to generate executable solutions.
The SOF Operations Integrator must have the ability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.
The SOF Operations Integrator should have the ability to perform tasks with the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases: Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, SIPR, and JWICS.
This position requires recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.
The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.
Experience and Education
Required:
Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms, and be prepared to bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.
This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. (Resume must show that proposed employee currently holds a TS clearance with previous access to SCI level of information.)
Must possess at least 10 years' experience in increasingly responsible positions in one or more military, academic or defense industry functional areas.
Must possess at least 5 years' experience in increasingly responsible positions in one or more SOF units or commands.
Possess experience at tactical formations – team level and higher. Recent experience supporting deployed SOF forces in forward deployed locations required.
Highly Desired:

The SOF Operations Integrator should have the ability to perform tasks and provide training to support the client in the use and capabilities of the following web-based tools and software: Google Earth spatial analysis software and Microsoft productivity software and applications as needed.
