Work and Family Life Consultants provide one-on-one consultation, information and referral, classroom training, workshops and seminars in support of the education and training component of Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) programs and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide a wide range of programs and services to the FFSP
Conduct training classes for Sailors and family members
Provide specific information on resources available
Work individually with clients where appropriate
Ensure all information and referral, one-on-one, and group education services provided are entered and counted in Fleet and Family Support Management Information Systems (FFSMIS)
Ensure all programs and services scheduled and delivered are in the automated Centralized
Scheduling and metrics system in use by the FFSP
Provide support related to disaster preparedness and response
Other duties as assigned

I. Job Summary
Residential Drivers operate heavy-duty trucks and are responsible for the collection of residential household waste or recyclable material. Driver will transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. Driver safely maneuvers vehicle in residential environments. Navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following tasks.
Operates vehicle in accordance with Waste Management Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state and federal laws.
Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and documents checks utilizing the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required by Waste Management or directed by the Route Manager.
Works closely with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
Notifies Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions including closed or impassable streets or alleyways, receptacles too heavy to service or potential safety hazards.
Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.
Completely dumps all receptacles and leaves the customer’s location clean and free of debris.
Follows route assignments as directed and completes end of day documentation and check out process.
Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch and assisting other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.

This is a NAVSOF Web Administrator position on the USSOCOM Enterprise Wide Training and Education Program (UEWTEP) contract, supporting the N34 at Navy Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) in Coronado.
Components of USSOCOM have the responsibility to execute large-scale training exercises designed to enhance readiness and prepare SOF units for deployment. At NAVSPECWARCOM, these Training Support SMEs facilitate planning and execution of SOF core activities and SOF-CF I3; augment/replicate critical staff planning positions and provide SOF exercise planning and execution products throughout the JELC IAW SOF, Joint, Service, GCC training objectives. This position supports the TRIDENT series of exercises.
Job Details:
The Web Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating the TRIDENT Exercise Team’s portion of the N34 portal and information management. Candidates need a thorough understanding of web technology and the Internet. They should be experienced in working with web page design (e.g., HTML, Active Server Pages (ASP)), firewalls, intranets, domain name services (DNS), Active Directory (AD), servers, and the related hardware and software required to administer a website. Familiarity with web services, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), File Transfer Protocol (FTP), HTTP, HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and similar Internet protocols is also required. Candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Typical duties include:
- Coordinate with Directorate’s Government lead portal admin to ensure portal practices are within USSOCOM command parameters
- Gather user requirements and design, build, and maintain multiple collaboration solutions across several networks

Primary Duties
Site surveys and inspections of petroleum, oil, and lubricant (POL) fueling systems at U.S. Visiting Forces (USVF) installations, including RAF Fairford, RAF Alconbury, RAF Mildenhall, RAF Lakenheath, and RAF Menwith Hill. Tasks include the following:
· Ensuring Construction Contractor is performing work according to the contract, scope of work, work plans as well as NATO regulations, UK regulations, and select relevant U.S. standards.
· Day to day oversight and inspection of Contractor’s activities with a requirement to document work quality and work progress.
· The roles of the Inspector shall cover all facets of POL Construction activities to include coordination of civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, and coatings reviews by other disciplines
· Conducting work plan reviews, submittal reviews, responding to RFI’s, review of project schedules, attendance and/or participation in the Construction Contractor’s weekly or monthly meetings, and reviews of construction payment applications as part of their general full-time Inspector duties.
The Inspector is required to be on-site during all critical activities (i.e. installation of pump/motors) and during the Testing and Commissioning until Final Acceptance.
Secondary Duties
· Provide technical reviews of engineering designs and material submittals for fuel system upgrades and repairs at USVF installations across the UK
· Processing and coordination of interdisciplinary tasks in close cooperation with specialists from different technical departments.
· Conduct regular quality and efficiency reviews and provide corrective action recommendations.
· Control of international engineering activities according to quality, cost, and deadline criteria for plant construction projects
· • Flexible working hours make it possible to balance work and private life; inspector to be visiting different RAF installations and can have a home base/home office for days not spent a jobsite.

TJFACT is seeking to hire a Construction Management Support Specialist in Washington, DC to join our team!
The purpose of this Third-Party Contract (TPC) is to provide a Construction Management Support Specialist (CMS) who shall be ready to serve as a team member with responsibility for providing technical support to the various INL Program Offices in the development, planning, and coordination of various construction projects, which support the INL mission worldwide. Each team member is responsible for managing the full post-award life cycle of assigned contracts to optimize INL’s accountability on these highly visible projects. The CMS on occasion may deploy overseas to assist INL Program Offices with the development of design/program requirements for Rule of Law initiatives related to all types of construction and renovation projects. Duties and Responsibilities

I. Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs preventive maintenance services and inspects, diagnoses and repairs vehicles and equipment.
Preferred Applicants will have:
A mixture of 2+ years combined Heavy-Duty Diesel Experience and Diesel Schooling, or
2+ years of Heavy-Duty Diesel Experience
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Works under limited supervision and selects from written instructions and established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Performs repairs and assigned preventive maintenance services.
Performs inspection, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment.
Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs.
Estimates time and material costs on vehicle repairs and requisitions new parts.
Performs all work within Standard Repair Times (SRTs).
Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns.
Conducts safety checks on vehicles.
Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
Assists senior Mechanics in the completion of project work.
Reviews, completes or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

Commercial Drivers operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachment. Position: Medical Instructor
Location: Joint Base Maguire-Dix, Lakehurst, NJ
Position Type: Full time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Move (transport) and use explosive training devices and other similar devices as required in and around the installation and to and from its associated range/training areas.
Attend AF training classes provided by the USAF EOS and receive a certificate of competency for use and movement of explosive training devices at the completion of training.
Transport students to and from training areas.
Attend and complete the USAF EOS instructional methods course, Academic Instructors Course, or appropriate substitute course. The course consists of approximately two weeks of institutional skills training designed to indoctrinate new military instructors as well as a one-year instructor upgrade certification period. Sister Service instructor courses generally meet the Academic Instructor Course requirement.
Receive a Ft Dix range card and act/function in the capacity of Range Safety Officer (RSO) carrying out all of the associated duties identified in Ft Dix Pamphlet (PAM) 350-3. Training attendance and passing a written examination is required.
Be able to work on complex, combat problems in the field, assessing dynamic situations, conveying experience, and main points as outlined in lesson plans to the students.
Be responsible to setup, use, issue, sign for and inventory training devices/equipment used during the course and other associated administrative tasks as assigned.
Record instructional hours and comply with all rules associated with the Community College of the Air Force accreditation policies/procedures, such as evaluations and continuing educational/developmental requirements (e.g., In-Service Training briefings except student/facility support, vehicle, and supply support personnel).
Complete and document one hundred eighty (180) hours of instruction within one year of assignment to a USAF EOS course. All instructors will receive periodic instructor evaluations by USAF EOS staff pursuant to Community College of the Air Force accreditation policies.
Go through an initial, customized training course within 60 days of a new hire at the Expeditionary Center that consists of the aforementioned, Academic Instructors Course, Ft Dix range control class, pyrotechnic training, vehicle training, lane of training practical certification, demonstration/performance exercises, practice evaluations, shadowing and assisting experienced instructors prior to assuming primary instructor duties.
Perform Medical instruction/demonstration and student evaluations as required by the syllabi and Plan of Instruction (POI).
Ensure the most current student education and training materials are used and are provided to each student at the beginning of each lesson, as required.
Produce, assemble, and manage student materials as required to include paper and/or electronic (DVDs, etc.) based training materials provided by the Government.
Prepare classroom for instruction and ensure academic equipment, projectors, televisions, computer learning stations, etc., including uploading of computer-based training, if applicable, are functional.
Begin each lesson on time and teach for the prescribed amount of time IAW the student schedule unless there is an authorized schedule deviation.
Provide technical support, planning, consultation, analysis, and expert advice to establish, maintain, and improve their respective area’s instruction.
Perform support/logistics functions arising from preparation for, execution of, and reconstitution following instruction such as, but not limited to; transport of instructional materials, setup of training ranges, in-processing of students, monitor student weapons cleaning, issue, and turn in training gear, etc.
Comply with USAF EOS, Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), and USAF policies, regulations, and instructions as they relate to instruction and instructor requirements.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Have a minimum of four (4) years of military experience in a military career field that is responsible for providing medical services to deployed forces, such as Independent Duty Medical Technician (USAF IDMT), Combat Medic, or U.S.N Corpsman (HM) with deployed experience supporting combat forces.

Registered Nurse (RN)

This type of certification is recognized for individuals who have completed EMT or advanced medical training. Instructors may be required to show evidence of National Registry certificate, and/or proof of current medical certification.
Have prior, relevant deployed experience in an uncertain or hostile environment such as: Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom or New Dawn. Experience will be relevant to ground focused, expeditionary, and contingency skills required to survive and operate within a combat zone, hostile or austere environment.
Have the capability to possess a firearm(s) pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. 922 and shall annually submit a Department of Defense (DD) Form 2760, Qualification to Possess Firearms or Ammunition.
Have the mental and physical capacity to instruct, qualify on, and maintain currency in the Air Force small arms qualification course of fire for handgun and rifle for arming group A, B, or C as outlined in Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 36-2655. Select individuals may qualify on Air Force crew served weapons depending on availability and need for the qualification.
Possess an associate degree or higher in any field of study or be within 12 credits of completion. Instructors can apply for an academic extension at time of assignment to a course such that they will have one year to complete their degree and still hold instructor status.
Have current certifications from the American Heart Association or equivalent, and shall have the capability to recognize the signs and symptoms requiring first aid and perform basic first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) as well as show proof of current training on AED.
Have a valid state driver’s license and be capable of driving government furnished vehicles in day and night conditions, vehicles including but not limited to; 15 passenger vans, trucks, High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV/ M998-M1114), 44 passenger bus, 2.5-ton Light Medium Tactical Vehicle (LMTV) military truck, and Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP). The USAF will provide specific training and government licensing once qualified on vehicles.
Have proficiency in use of the following computer programs:

I. Job Summary
Residential Drivers operate heavy-duty trucks and are responsible for the collection of residential household waste or recyclable material. Driver will transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. Driver safely maneuvers vehicle in residential environments. Navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots.

Operates vehicle in accordance with Waste Management Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state and federal laws.
Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and documents checks utilizing the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required by Waste Management or directed by the Route Manager.
Works closely with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
Notifies Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions including closed or impassable streets or alleyways, receptacles too heavy to service or potential safety hazards.
Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.
Completely dumps all receptacles and leaves the customer’s location clean and free of debris.
Follows route assignments as directed and completes end of day documentation and check out process.
Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch and assisting other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.

Primary Duties
Site surveys and inspections of petroleum, oil, and lubricant (POL) fueling systems at Ramstein and Spangdahlem Air Bases in Germany with the potential to travel to other U.S. Air Force installations across Europe. Tasks include the following:

Colorado Springs Utilities is hiring an Electrical Engineer to join the Substation and Transmission Engineering group. This opportunity will provide you the opportunity to perform electrical engineering design for our electric system (substations). You will be responsible for specifying and procuring substation equipment and material. Additionally, you will lead the service procurement tasks as well as project and construction management for substation-related projects for Electric Planning, Electric Construction, Operations, and Energy Supply.
Your engineering expertise and ability to produce quality and accurate designs will ensure that our substation equipment and controls serve the needs of Colorado Springs Utilities transmission and distribution systems today, tomorrow, and beyond. The roles and responsibilities of this position fall under three areas; engineering design, project management, and procurement management.
Engineering Design:
Participating and providing input in the development, engineering, and construction standards
Strengthening technical knowledge as needed for designing substation equipment projects and specifications and knowledge shared with co-workers and team members
Engaging other groups in the organization in technical discussions and awareness
Producing quality design packages necessary for installing new and replacing aged substation equipment and controls
Providing substation technical support through planning, design, construction, commissioning, and energization
Project Management:
Overseeing the quality, efficiency, and suitability of all technical project outputs
Facilitating project meetings, and effectively communicating between stakeholders and the project team
Providing support in developing scope, schedule, and budget for substation projects during project planning
Taking lead during project delivery, aligning project scope and execution with technical requirements while keeping projects on time and on budget (Microsoft Project or Primavera experience preferred)
Gathering all materials and equipment necessary for a project
Coordinating with multiple groups while tracking project changes and reporting project status
Procurement Management:
Coordinating with the procurement department to purchase equipment and services through bid and/or proposal processes
Writing statements of work to fully capture the project needs and procuring materials required for project construction
Monitoring and controlling schedule with contracting service to meet project needs

What will it take to be successful in this position?
A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required to be considered for this position; an emphasis in Power Systems engineering is strongly preferred
Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired but not required
A minimum of 4 years of electrical system design experience and familiarity with one-line / three-line diagrams; current, voltage, and trip schematics; and panel/equipment wiring diagrams including point-to-point and inter-panel wiring preferred
Attention to detail and proven skills in teamwork, collaboration, initiative, and communication are a must
