The Logistics Solutions Operations Unit of Leidos currently has an opening for a Field Support Representative. This position is an independent duty position to provide asset support to US Navy, and Marines Corps. Duties: General duties include providing coaching, mentoring, and education to military personnel. Individuals will independently determine discrepancies and inefficiencies and identify necessary remediation requirements. Develop and implement necessary POAMs to correct/improve current activity practices recommending improvements to the appropriate chain of command. Provide expert advice in the areas of resource support, facilities layout, and utilization, materials and equipment, handling including container utilization, storage, transportation, and system infrastructure. Monitor and analyze assigned unit/ship/shore station's database and supply posture to ensure 100% accountability and provide for efficient and accurate In-Transit-Visibility (ITV)/proof of delivery. Requirements:
Minimum twenty years work experience as a Storekeeper or Navy Aviation Storekeeper (Logistics Specialist) or as an Aviation Logistics Marine with experience in PHS&T Logistical Readiness, Transportation management, customer service operations, training support, hazardous material handling, and process review support. This position requires prior enlisted/officer military service and experience as an E-8 or above. An E-7 will be considered if extensive DLR management experience can be demonstrated. Candidate must be physically capable to travel remote locations to support Marine logistics operations. College level courses taken in logistics or courses completed through the DOD School of Military Packaging Technology (SMPT) are desired and will be required if selected. The Deputy Project Manager will assist in providing oversight to the Medical Support Services in accordance with OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to the Ukraine. (SMM). The Deputy Project Manager will assist in supervising the emergency medical team to include Lead Paramedics, Paramedics, and Critical Care Teams to approximately 800 mission members patrolling the Eastern Region of the Ukraine.

Qualifications:

The primary role of the GIS Manager is to coordinate the GIS resources (tools and data) to ensure the success of the day-to-day operations of the organization. This includes management of hardware and software issues, database design and maintenance, technical support, and management of the GIS server. The manager must have the knowledge and the ability to articulate the “how and why” of putting GIS to effective use across all business lines within the organization. While providing reach back support, you will provide support to RFS responses developed by embedded teammates supporting units forward; answer requests for support from other intelligence consumers, and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with training and pre-deployment training/preparation. You will work closely with other members of the team to monitor and identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. You will assist with the development and maintenance of analytic policies and procedures for processing, production, and dissemination of intelligence. As required, you will brief intelligence assessments and may represent the client organization in fielding technical questions to support key assessments.
Requirements:
Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant GEOINT experience, or Associates Degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience with no degree
3+ years of geospatial data management
Documented experience providing direct GEOINT support to network analysis in support of Attack the Network (AtN) operations being conducted by U.S. Military ground warfighting units
Be willing to deploy to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and up to three-month deployments to OCONUS locations as required.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
ESRI Enterprise Certification IAT Level 1 in Enterprise Administration
Web GIS Development, GIS Data Warehousing, GIS Data Architecture, and GIS Server Administration Skills
Expert understanding of GEOINT analytic tools such as Arc-GIS, ENVI, and SOCET
