1. Mechanical Technicians for Southwest Asia and South Central Asia

Job Description:
Researches, plans, designs and develops new applications for electro-mechanical equipment and systems. Reviews contractor's standards, specifications and other documentation to determine mechanical engineering requirements. Designs or reviews simple mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, ventilation and/or instrumentation systems using analytical and investigative methods and techniques to ensure systems meet required specifications. Gathers and correlates basic data and performs routine engineering research and development assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests in order to develop new applications or upgrade existing hardware. Guides and assists technicians in fabrication and installation of simple mechanical and related equipment and routine systems in order to ensure conformance of product and systems with engineering design and customer specifications. May evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions or improve equipment or system function. May review and correct drawings to ensure that products are in accordance with proper engineering techniques and specifications. Tasks may require physical abilities.

Position Requirements:
4+ years of related experience.
Proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance.
Preferred areas of experience may be with light or heavy duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, ground systems, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle.
Maintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.
Proficient with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters.
Effectively applies industry and/or military standard troubleshooting procedures to isolate faulty system components.
Prior training and/or maintenance experience on MRAP/RCV systems preferable.
Travel to hostile areas is required Must be able to meet all government CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) requirements for foreign travel into operational locations.
Candidates must be in top physical shape, meeting the government deployment requirements.
Position requires moderate to lengthy travel to various OCONUS locations. Appropriate bonuses and allowances are paid. We seek flexibility and willingness to deploy to all/any of these locations, including Southwest Asia and South Central Asia. 5. Title: Plant Superintendent (Annapolis, MO)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Only external applicants and employees within the Ameren Missouri business segment will be given consideration for this job opening.
The Plant Superintendent will provide overall direction and supervision required for the safe and efficient operations of the Taum Sauk Plant, including day-to-day operations, equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, long term maintenance, and modification plans and scheduled equipment overhauls on all site electrical and hydro equipment including buildings, grounds, roads, and reservoirs. Key responsibilities include:
Ensure appropriate employee development and training in plant operations, maintenance, procedure usage, event prevention techniques, emergency action plans, corrective action programs, and all aspects of dam safety.
Ensure personnel and public safety is maintained. Ensure adherence to the Workman's Protection Assurance lock out / tag out program, AmerenUE Safety & Health Policies, DOT regulations, FERC and NERC rules, and any additional regulations to ensure compliance with government agency requirements for the work place.
Coordinate plant site activities with off site support needs, including internal and external stakeholders. Supervise craft and clerical personnel represented by a union contract.
Demonstrate support for corporate, division, and Hydro Group strategic plans. Strive for excellence in all aspects of hydro plant operations, maintenance, and engineering.
May perform additional duties as delegated by the Plant Manager or Manager Hydro.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field from an accredited college or university required. Consideration will be given to candidates with extensive relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: Five or more years of power plant experience required. Experience with developing budgets and tracking budget expenses is preferred.
Other: Must be knowledgeable and experienced in troubleshooting plant equipment and systems, including control systems. Must have an overall working knowledge of commonly accepted operating processes, operating systems, and Local, State, and Federal regulations regarding power plant operations. Must have a working knowledge of union contracts and work practices, and equipment operation and repair procedures. 13. Is responsible for timely and accurate completion of all required forms, records, and reports relative to the quality control function.

Position Description:
In support of the key strategies and initiatives of the corporation, this
person will facilitate the implementation and effective use of systems and
technology tools at the plant level. This person will also perform the role
of liaison between the corporate information systems department and the
local plant management and staff.

Job Titles Supervised Directly:
May supervise PC/Network support staff, scheduling staff. Help to support
Production lines technological necessities. See and suggest means of
improvement with the use of technology and delegate direction in support of
movement.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate system and technology related activities between plant and the
Corporate IS Department.
- Keep appropriate plant and IS management abreast of activities.
- Adhere to the corporate mission statements, policies, procedures,
guidelines and standards.
- Constant improvement and upkeep of computer equipment, and programs.
- Utilize any and all resources available to further enhance the efficiency
of the plant by concentrating on technological advancement.

Duties:
- Training of plant personnel in the proper use of business systems
including Titan and related systems with a focus on full utilization of
existing systems.
- Assist operations personnel in establishing office and plant procedures
relating to information systems.
- Coordinate the implementation and user training of new or improved
information systems.
- Maintain local plant production schedules and other plant specific
data-driven reporting.
- Create 'one-off' queries/reports as required by plant management or
corporate departments.
- Investigate problem reports from plant personnel providing additional
information and verification before submitting to corporate IS for
resolution. Problem solve issues related to BOM's, schedules, and labels.
Manage data issues through fogbugz.
- Special technology related projects as requested by the plant general
manager.
- Manages the maintenance, training, and implementation of all optimization
software including JWOPT, JWTS, JWWEG, and Lisec glass optimization.
- Constant review of material optimization to reduce waste.
- Constantly review and entertain ideas relating to Technology, utilize
metrics to track and review implementation before and after rollout.

Submit all:
- Personal computer, communication/connectivity (i.e. LAN, WAN, E-Mail,
etc.), and Internet/Intranet requests to the Corporate Network/PC Support
Manager for assistance and/or guidance in procurement, installation and
training.
- Systems or database management requests (i.e. operating systems, job
schedulers, print spoolers, report writers, database
re-loads/reorganizations etc.) to the Corporate Systems/Database
Administrator for assistance.

Qualifying Experience:

Support the return and repair of defective LRUs

Perform service as required on all USMC systems

Conduct advanced troubleshooting on Electronic Support systems

Isolate faults and remove and replace SRU components for Electronic Systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: HS Diploma and Military equivalent of four years general experience
required.

Desired Requirements: Communications technician background (Civilian or
Military) desired. Experience in fielding and support of USMC or US Army
ground based electronic systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of the field of
Radio Controlled improvised Explosive Devices (IED) and associated CREW
systems. Practical experience in repairing state of the art telecommunications
systems (CREW systems preferred). Practical experience in the use and
automation of common lab equipment such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer,
power meter and digital multi meter.

Training & Experience: Operational knowledge of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
and Electronic Warfare (EW) desired. Proven ability to work unsupervised and
make real-time decisions. Practical experience in repairing state of the art
telecommunications systems. Former member of the US military operating as a
communications technician preferred.

Physical: Our work supports the Warfighter. The successful individual will be
able to work in a team environment as well as work independently with little
or no supervision.

Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to deal with a wide range
of customers and Senior Managers. Must be comfortable supporting the
Warfighter.

Other: Contracts will be subject to ability to pass a specialist training
course

Active secret or higher level DoD clearance is required. Current SECRET
Clearance is required.
