Summary:
Responsible for assisting and working with cross functional teams to produce customer centric, strategic responses for proactive proposals, executive summaries, RFx opportunities and other sales enablement activities. Integrate current MMS messaging and product functionality response content and able to effectively assist sales in developing the most impactful proposed solution to address their customer’s needs. Supports sales and subject matter experts (SMEs) by assisting with strategy development, identifying/organizing/creating content, and writing responses in order to successfully manage and support revenue generating opportunities with 100% accuracy while prioritizing competing priorities and meeting timelines.

1. Define and implement the development plan according to Safran's standard development processes and in line with the performance, quality, delivery and cost commitments.

Integrators to work in Reston, VA to provide threat analysis to mitigate
the threat posed by Unmanned Aerial Systems to critical infrastructure,
locations, and assets. You will conduct detailed operational analysis on
C-UAS systems data reports to ensure successful transfer into a usable,
quantitative format for analysis.You will incorporateC-UAS data into
operations, security, and multi-intelligence analysis that aids Military
Commanders in CUAS efforts.You will develop assessments and courses of
action to be used to obtain operationally actionable information
augmenting DoDs responsibility to mitigate the threat posed by unmanned
aircraft systems to the safety or security of covered DoD facilities or
assets.You will integrate available UAS data with existing
national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and

counter-threat and support C-UAS operations.You will participate in the
development and fielding of techniques that enhance the organizations
ability to ingest, collate, search and tailor UAS related data to meet
customer requirements. You will work as part of a team to assist a
variety of interagency partners by fusing CUAS,operations, and
intelligence to enhance their effectiveness against UAS threats. You
will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions.
You will directly support organizations and agencies tasked with the
mission of UAS threat and security assessment with special emphasis on
understanding and countering the growing threat posed by unmanned aerial
systems (UAS). You will deliver tailored answers to requests for support
from a variety of agencies. You will be expected to become a Subject
Matter Expert on the capabilities, tactical employment and distribution
of UAS that adversaries could use to disrupt, disable or defeat
capabilities to defend critical infrastructure.
The best candidates are prior U.S. Military All-source Intelligence or
Multi-INT Analysts who have a strong background in Small UAS/ C-UAS
operations, capabilities, technical performance and operational employment.
Requirements:
- TS/SCI
- Bachelors Degree with 3+ years of C-UAS Operation-Intelligence
experience, or an Associate Degree with 4+years of experience, or 6+
years of relevant work experience with no degree
- Understanding of unmanned aerial systems with specific emphasis on
Groups 1-3 Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS), their capabilities,
technical performance and operational employment
- Understanding of MS Office, Excel and big-data analytic techniques for
structured and unstructured data, analysis tools such as Analyst

We are seeking a creative and collaborative individual with a vision for the future of the energy industry to lead our Energy Resource Planning team within the Energy Planning & Innovation section of Colorado Springs Utilities. We are planning for the energy transition by adding 1,600 megawatts of new generation by 2030, piloting technologies and systems to connect and modernize our grid, and helping our customers participate and benefit from new renewable resources. We are also implementing our Clean Heat Plan that will be de-carbonize the natural gas system through multiple strategies including energy efficiency and electrification. You will work closely with our Demand Side Management and Distributed Energy Resource Strategy team in areas of energy efficiency, demand response, customer owned generation and storage, electric vehicles, microgrids and other emerging technologies.
As a key member of the Resource and Innovation Planning leadership team, you will report directly to the Manager of Energy Planning & Innovation and exercise managerial authority and strategic leadership over the electric and gas resource planning team. In this job, you will lead community discussions related to future electric and gas projects and should feel comfortable presenting in front of large groups, executive teams and regulatory bodies.
As the Managing Engineer of Energy Resource Planning, you and your team of engineers & technical employees will:
Develop and implement team’s 5-year strategic plan that is aligned with organizational objectives, operational plans, and working collaboratively with other departments
Build and foster a strong team through establishing performance standards and motivating the team to successfully deliver team goals and objectives
Lead annual updates to the Electric and Gas Integrated Resource Plans with a goal of providing cost-effective and reliable energy that is environmentally sustainable and incorporates innovative business practices
Lead the refinement and upkeep of the Utilities’ Plexos electric and gas resource model
Lead the coordination of stakeholder groups to update and monitor planning inputs and assumptions
Support the project delivery team in acquisition of new resources
Support Utilities transition to a Regional Transmission Organization
Recommend changes to the Energy Business Model that will result in long term sustainable business practices
Provide leadership for grid modernization projects, initiatives and activities
Perform technical research of industry changes and advancements
Meet financial objectives by properly preparing an annual budget, forecasting expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions as needed
Who You Are...The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of implementing creative and innovative solutions, has prepared resource and strategic plans that are forward thinking and has formal, direct management of engineering staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in gas or electric resource planning, design and implementation including planning for and integrating Distributed Energy Resources and Regional Markets. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering field is required and a Master’s Degree in engineering or business and Professional Engineer registration is preferred.

Providing support for real property acquisition, disposition, and use of Utilities by meeting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Reviewing ownership and encumbrance reports; reviewing titles, easements, grants of right-of-way, and related legal documents; preparing letters and real property-related documents
Overseeing land acquisition milestones to maintain forward momentum in the purchase process for projects while updating project teams on status
Interfacing with stakeholders such as the City of Colorado Springs Real Estate, Advanced Geomatics, City Attorney’s Office, County Assessor’s Office, and others in support of project teams
Coordinating property access requests, and action items with consultants and with surveyors for legal descriptions
