Job Description:
• Process, track and ensure accuracy of personnel files, records, forms, awards, evaluations and other documentation
• Draft reports, summaries, white papers, briefings, and other special projects as required by USATSS Commander or designated representative
• Comply with all security and administrative regulations, policies and procedures established by the Army, HRC, SMD, INSCOM, the Bde HQ, and the supported unit

• Ensure the unit and subordinate detachments establish S1/Human Resource and administrative practices and procedures according to standing DA, INSCOM, and the Bde HQ current policies and regulations
• Support the coordination and exchange of information with higher and subordinate commands for NLRP Soldier issues and all NLRP Soldier actions
• Advise the unit and subordinate detachments decision makers on possible courses of actions designed to sustain or improve the administrative health in their organizations
• Prepare correspondence, manage calendars, and coordinate all aspects of official travel
• Provide protocol support for visiting VIPs
• Perform as the unit Adjutant during critical times or in the absence of available U.S. Army force structure assigned to fill that role
• Provide administrative support and expertise to the Command Group, as well as other staff sections, as required
• Perform travel within CONUS/OCONUS as directed
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years Human Resources Admin Support
• Must have a High School diploma
• Must have an in-depth understanding of the US Army personnel system
• At least 3 years assigned to a S1/G1 staff section, minimum Army E-5 experience
• Must have in depth knowledge of Human Resource rules and regulations

The course must be completed in five minutes.
Marksmanship
Applicant must be able to successfully complete firearms qualifications with a semi-automatic rifle and a semi-automatic pistol. Applicant must qualify during hours of daylight and darkness. Applicant must be able to don and wear a gas mask for a portion of the qualification course. Firearm qualifications require the officer to transition from various shooting positions (standing, kneeling, prone) in a timely manner. Applicants must have the ability to quickly transition from a standing position to a kneeling position while conducting magazine changes and engaging targets.

Job Description
Lake County is seeking an individual to be an intern for the Planning, Building and Development Department. They will be given advanced training in using ArcMap 10 and in conducting land use analysis. They will then use these skills in an applied exercise consisting of updating the County’s 2005 Lake County Land Use map by making land use designations consistent with 2010 aerial photography and the County’s parcel data.
Required Skills
We are looking for someone who has used ArcGIS software, has strong analytical skills, detail oriented and must be able to work independently. The internship’s weekly work schedule will be determined at the time of candidate selection. This is an unpaid internship and would last through the summer.
Required Experience
The intern must be an advanced undergraduate or graduate student in urban planning, geography, public administration or GIS, who is knowledgeable in ArcGIS.
