Raven Advisory is seeking personnel with a minimum of secret level security clearance for the escort of uncleared personnel refurbishing a secured facility on Fort Bragg.
The Cleared Escort will accompany and observe uncleared construction workers through installation entry and execution of refurbishment work to ensure compliance with DoD organization security policies. The Cleared Escort will also verify visitor access authorization, control worksite access, update activity records, inform supervisors of incidents, and address any conditions or conduct that conflict with security procedures and guidance.
A variety of hours are available. This is an awarded contract. Relocation is not available for this opportunity (residency in Fayetteville NC is optimal).
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain line of sight visibility of workers and visitors at all times.
Meet workers and visitors at designated meeting locations for movement to worksite.
Validate workers and visitors against a government-approved access list, and
provide visitors with a visitor’s badge if required.
Escort workers and visitors to workspaces, restrooms, and in transit.
Positively and assertively communicate with workers, visitors, and government personnel to facilitate the accomplishment of duty.

REQUIREMENTS

Job Duties:
Overall, the Credentialing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all the Health Care Providers (HCPs) of the Hawaii National Guard meet the necessary credentialing and privileging requirements. You will assist, for example, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Dentists, Directors of Psychological Health, and Behavioral Health Officers.
Privilege and credential approximately 40 military and non-military HCPs
Assess and review the qualifications of HCPs.
Ensure HCP clinical competency (i.e. that the healthcare provider possesses the required education, training, and experience to practice in the state in which they are providing services)
Ensure that HCPs maintain regulatory compliance in their scope of practice (i.e. ensure that the services they are providing comply with the regulations specific to their profession which determine what services may be provided under what conditions).
Validate that HCPs at the Hawaii National Guard are authorized to provide specific health care services.
Assist HCPs with preparing for the Credentials and Privileging Certification Board.
Maintain all aspects of the HCPs credentials record and ensure all information is always up to date.
Update HCPs credential files with information verifying their reported credentials and qualifications from the original organization that issued the document or credential (i.e. Prime Source Verification (PSV)).
Ensure the accurate completion of all PSVs and upload all documentation required by the PSVs into the Joint Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (JCCQA).
Monitor and manage credentialing/re-credentialing requirements and ensure the collected, required renewal certifications are on file within the required time frame. Provide consistent and timely follow-up on all outstanding credentialing/re-credentialing files.
Notify providers and the Hawaii National Guard Credentialing Officer of missing or incomplete required documents. Collect said documents, perform PSV, update the provider’s record, and upload the documents.
Notify leadership when an issue with a provider’s license, education, or other form of required qualification is noticed while checking on a provider’s credentials. This may require additional investigation into the issue.
Provide adverse action support to all Hawaii National Guard Military and non-military HCPs. This includes, but is not limited to:
Preparing adverse action documentation
Sending the notice of ‘adverse action’ against the HCP to the HCP, informing them of any action taken against the practitioner’s clinical privileges or medical staff membership in a health care organization, any licensure disciplinary action, Medicare/Medicaid Exclusion action, or any other adjudicated action.
Assist HCPs with preparing and sending inter-facility credentials transfer briefs (ICTBs), which is the electronic transferring of a provider’s credential file (PCF) to the facility that has requested such documentation. Record, process, manage, and initiate the Hawaii National Guard ICTBs. Provide ICTB support to all Hawaii National Guard Military and non-military HCPS and program end-users

TJFACT is seeking to hire a Program Advisor/Specialist - Level 3 to support our DOS INL team directly in Washington, DC!
This is a full-time position that will support the core hours of the INL/FO: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review and edit various documents, with close attention to detail, while compiling and organizing all documentation requiring INL/FO Principals’ clearance; this includes but is not limited to Congressional Notifications, Congressional Budget Justifications, Operational Plans, Interagency Agreements, Bilateral Letters of Agreement, and International Organization Letters of Agreement. Review documentation for completion, accuracy, and adherence to current Department and Bureau policies. Advise the designated regional or functional office point of contact on appropriate measures needed to revise or enhance documentation.
· Prepare correspondence, reports, charts, basic data visualizations, and other documents. Thoroughly review documents to ensure correct financial and fiscal data working closely with INL Budget and Program officers, overall consistency in arguments and narratives, as well as proper grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation, and appropriate format in documents. Liaise directly with document originators to finalize when not in conformity with known policies or correspondence regulations.
· Liaise with leadership across various regional and functional offices on all issues requiring clearance from the INL/FO Principals.
· Support and assist the Senior Advisor and Special Assistant in reviewing briefing materials, interagency agreements, Letters of Agreement to support international organization programs and other budget documents for Front Office principals.
· Support the Senior Advisor and Special Assistant by following up on projects, documents, and assignments made by the INL/Front Office to various program offices of the Bureau and, when problems occur, recommend solutions to Senior Advisor and Special Assistant.
· Support the Senior Advisor and Special Assistant with all required tasks for the daily information briefings attended by Front Office principals.
· Review all incoming publications, regulations, and directives that may be important to the activities of the staff. Refer those of importance or interest to appropriate individuals or disseminate staff-wide, as appropriate.
· Review existing policies, issuances, and directives on an ad hoc basis and as substantive issues arise in assigned program areas and recommend refinements to these guidelines (e.g. procedural updates or detailed procedures where none exist).
· Assist in overseeing projects and issues requiring coordination and integration within the Bureau, including official travel and related briefing materials for INL Principals.
· Assist in guiding the flow and control of correspondence and written and oral tasks, including 7th floor taskers, for the office.
· Assist in managing the internal affairs and operations of the INL Front Office and ensure consistency of actions throughout INL/FO in response to requests from the INL Front Office Principals, Congress, and others.
· Assist in overseeing projects and issues requiring coordination and integration across multiple divisions and offices.
· Schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences in accordance with Assistant Secretary and Front Office principal instructions. Remind appropriate parties of scheduled events to ensure prompt and timely attendance. Reschedule appointments when it is clear that the Assistant Secretary or other Front Office principal will not be able to make all commitments. Contact other personnel to attend meetings in lieu of the Assistant Secretary or other Front Office principal, when necessary.
· Receive visitors and phone calls in a courteous manner. Accurately determine the nature of the request and refer callers to appropriate staff. Personally, answer routine and non-technical request for information and provide correct information when routine procedural matters are involved.
· Follow-up on email inquiries and telephone conversations and take appropriate steps to ensure that necessary action is initiated and subsequently assure that such action is completed as quickly as possible. Follow-up and assure proper execution of all commitments made and obligations incurred in telephone conversations, personally make necessary contacts with the officials and individuals concerned.
· Ensure that requests for action or information are made known to responsible office staff personnel who can satisfy the request. Decide whether important or emergency matters should be brought to the Supervisor’s attention when absent, but accessible.
· Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, cables or other documents, utilizing desktop computer word processing systems; ensure correct punctuation, capitalization, spelling, grammar, and conformance to style.
· Receive and review incoming mail, screening those items which can be handled personally and determine which items should be brought to the supervisor’s attention, forwarding the remainder to the staff for action. Review outgoing mail for attachments, dates and signatures. Maintain suspense records on all correspondence and action documents and follows up to ensure a timely reply or action. Ensure that all outgoing correspondence is in the proper format and in conformance with office policy and in correct grammatical composition.
· Schedule large meetings and conferences. Select time and location, notify participants, ensure that all required materials and services are provided in a timely manner, attend the meetings and take notes, and prepare reports of the proceedings.
· Assist the Front Office principals in making travel and logistical arrangements for overseas and domestic travel and assist them in filing their travel vouchers upon completion of official trips.
· Establish and maintain office records of various types that may be needed or will assist in the efficient operation of the office. Ensure files have all pertinent documents and signatures. Maintain and accurately update file system to enable quick and efficient retrieval of information. Accurately purge files or perform other file disposition actions in accordance with established procedures. Effectively supervise or perform annual file inventory. Where appropriate, responsible for the accurate receipt, control, logging, safekeeping, and necessary action on all classified material received.
· Effectively enhance the ability of the office to support overall mission requirements through performance of one or more of the following: use of database or spreadsheet software to accurately enter, revise, sort, calculate, and retrieve data for standard reports; use of graphics software to provide graphic symbols, charts, and graphs for viewgraphs or paper presentations; accurately and promptly transmit and receive documents and messages electronically using a PC or a workstation.
· As needed, stand in for other Office Administrators in the Front Office and from other INL functional and regional offices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Management Support
· Provide program management support from Washington, DC for field activities implemented by the CWT team.
· Assist in the coordination of logistics and program administration, especially related to budgets, funding, travel, human rights vetting, and monitoring and evaluation.
· Support collection and maintenance of monitoring and evaluation data, ensure implementers are responsive, provide quality data, and all data is properly uploaded into INL systems.
· Assist with the coordination of program activities with other key stakeholders’ offices/agencies in Washington, DC and overseas.
· Under supervision of the Branch Chief and/or Program Officers, provide timely and effective communication with embassies and other key stakeholders.
· Maintain master calendar of all training and foreign assistance related activities.
· Assist with tracking, spending and obligations for the programs.
· Assist with preparing reports and other documents related to reporting on the funding and activities of the program.
· Schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences in accordance with Branch Chief or Program Officer instructions.
· Establish and maintain team records of various types that may be needed or will assist in the efficient operation of the team. Ensure files have all pertinent documents and signatures. Maintain and update file system accurately to enable quick and efficient retrieval of information. Perform file disposition actions accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
· Manage accurate receipt, control, logging, safekeeping, and necessary action on all classified material received.
· Assist with drafting and/or review INL program documents such as statements of work, letters of agreement, interagency agreements, etc. in support of the team.
· Track programmatic documents for clearance through the process to completion, raising any issues to program officers or INL/GPP office leadership.
Research/Analysis
· Assist the Branch Chief, Program Officer and other program staff with research and analytical support including: the design of country programs, outreach to international organizations, and implementation and oversight of field projects.
· Make careful and exhaustive searches for information difficult to obtain, compile data, and make preliminary analysis for the supervisor or other staff officers as appropriate.
· Read incoming publications, regulations, and directives that may be important to the activities of the team. Refer those of importance or interest to the team members and leaders.
· Assist in drafting program documents, including meeting notes, briefing and decision memoranda, issue papers, trips reports, etc.
· Manage and proactively help identify opportunities for social media and outreach.
· Keep team documents up to date in SharePoint and on the programmatic fact sheet
· Assemble and track taskers for books for trips, conferences, etc.

Required Qualifications
· U.S. Citizen.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review and edit various documents, with close attention to detail, while compiling and organizing all documentation requiring INL/FO Principals’ clearance; this includes but is not limited to Congressional Notifications, Congressional Budget Justifications, Operational Plans, Interagency Agreements, Bilateral Letters of Agreement, and International Organization Letters of Agreement. Review documentation for completion, accuracy, and adherence to current Department and Bureau policies. Advise the designated regional or functional office point of contact on appropriate measures needed to revise or enhance documentation.
· Prepare correspondence, reports, charts, basic data visualizations, and other documents. Thoroughly review documents to ensure correct financial and fiscal data working closely with INL Budget and Program officers, overall consistency in arguments and narratives, as well as proper grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation, and appropriate format in documents. Liaise directly with document originators to finalize when not in conformity with known policies or correspondence regulations.

· Support and assist the Senior Advisor and Special Assistant in reviewing briefing materials, interagency agreements, Letters of Agreement to support international organization programs and other budget documents for Front Office principals.
· Support the Senior Advisor and Special Assistant by following up on projects, documents, and assignments made by the INL/Front Office to various program offices of the Bureau and, when problems occur, recommend solutions to Senior Advisor and Special Assistant.
· Support the Senior Advisor and Special Assistant with all required tasks for the daily information briefings attended by Front Office principals.
· Review all incoming publications, regulations, and directives that may be important to the activities of the staff. Refer those of importance or interest to appropriate individuals or disseminate staff-wide, as appropriate.
· Review existing policies, issuances, and directives on an ad hoc basis and as substantive issues arise in assigned program areas and recommend refinements to these guidelines (e.g. procedural updates or detailed procedures where none exist).

· Receive visitors and phone calls in a courteous manner. Accurately determine the nature of the request and refer callers to appropriate staff. Personally, answer routine and non-technical request for information and provide correct information when routine procedural matters are involved.
· Follow-up on email inquiries and telephone conversations and take appropriate steps to ensure that necessary action is initiated and subsequently assure that such action is completed as quickly as possible. Follow-up and assure proper execution of all commitments made and obligations incurred in telephone conversations, personally make necessary contacts with the officials and individuals concerned.
· Ensure that requests for action or information are made known to responsible office staff personnel who can satisfy the request. Decide whether important or emergency matters should be brought to the Supervisor’s attention when absent, but accessible.
· Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, cables or other documents, utilizing desktop computer word processing systems; ensure correct punctuation, capitalization, spelling, grammar, and conformance to style.
· Receive and review incoming mail, screening those items which can be handled personally and determine which items should be brought to the supervisor’s attention, forwarding the remainder to the staff for action. Review outgoing mail for attachments, dates and signatures. Maintain suspense records on all correspondence and action documents and follows up to ensure a timely reply or action. Outpatient Intensivist Psychiatry - Milwaukee, Wisconsin
The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking an Outpatient Intensivist Psychiatrist to shape the future of Intensive Outpatient programing and care at Froedtert. This is the first of it's kind at MCW with flexible schedule and limited call coverage for the faculty member! Incentives are in place for additional call taken. The role will include 0.8 FTE clinical responsibilities and 0.2 FTE programmatic development. Total compensation can be up to $360,000.
The psychiatrist with oversee care provided in our Partial Hospital (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs located in Menomonee Falls with possibility to expand the program to West Bend and Milwaukee (on the main campus). In this role they will evaluate, treat, stabilize, and aid in further outpatient care planning for patients enrolled in these intensive outpatient treatment programs. The program currently consists of an 8 person mental health PHP and an 8 person alcohol and drug (AODA) IOP, with plans to expand clinical locations and programmatic size in the future. Both in-person and virtual clinical responsibilities are possible with these future expansions. The clinician is additionally expected to provide medication assisted treatment (MAT) as part of their clinical duties.
The successful recruit will closely collaborate with psychotherapists, psychiatric residents, social workers, and nurses on the behavioral health team to identify and meet the needs of patients both “stepping down” from inpatient care and “stepping up” from an outpatient level of care. The successful recruit will also help to develop and build the intensive outpatient programs. The psychiatrist faculty member will also work collaboratively with community partners to help facilitate ambulatory clinic transitions of care for patients with behavioral health needs.

Roles and Responsibilities
— Coordinate closely with the Site Security Officer (SSO) to create and implement a Construction Security Plan (CSP), which outlines threats and risk mitigation strategies
— Routinely review security requirements for assigned projects with the SSO and General Contractor

— At least 3 years in a leadership/management role on an ICD-705 Construction Security project(s) (i.e., SSM, SSC, or CST-Lead)
— Valid certificate for the successful completion of a 20-hour or greater SSM training course
— Expert understanding of ICD/ICS-705 (version July 26, 2021), as demonstrated by experience completing work on multiple ICD-705 projects that have completed accreditation

Summary/Description:
ALEX is now hiring a skilled Subject Matter Expert for an immediate opening to serve as the Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office (JIFCO) liaison officer to USEUCOM. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior level experience associated with subject matter to be performed under a task order. Duties primarily center on providing insight on current policies, procedures, fielded capabilities and emergent technologies related to non-lethal weapons and Intermediate Force Capabilities as they apply to USEUCOM plans, exercises, and real-world events. Intimate knowledge of the formal staffing processes and informal structures and inner workings of USEUCOM are required.
The successful candidate will be required to complete the following and other assigned tasks:
· Prepare and provide IFC and non-lethal weapons-specific input for the CCMD Comprehensive Joint Assessments (CJA); identify IFC considerations and non-lethal weapons specific requirements for the Combatant Commander Integrated Response (CCIR) to consider for incorporation into the CJA that address accomplishments, opportunities, issues, concerns and risks for the military as they relate to the following: Security Environment; Current Operations and Health of the Force; The Near-Term Military Risk Assessment; and the Implications for the Future Force
· Participate in CCMD mission and task analyses to identify potential non-lethal weapons applicability for integration into Operational Plans (OPLANS) and Concept Plans (CONPLANS) and provide recommended inputs
· Provide CCMD lesson learned/observations data and develop results, findings, conclusions, and recommendation inputs to the JICFO
· Participate in exercise/experiments/demonstrations involving the use of non-lethal weapons/munitions/devices, and deliver information papers and after-action reports relating to each exercise/experiment/demonstration effort
· Attend regional meetings, events and symposiums at which non-lethal capabilities are anticipated to be an area of interest, and provide presentations as necessary
· Coordinate with the CCMD science and technology officers and experimentation subject matter experts to stimulate concept of employment development and identify desired capability needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5-10 years progressive experience associated with subject matter and/or the Combatant Command
· Extensive experience with defining, resolving and briefing high-level subject matter issues
· Ability to provide analytical findings (reports, presentations, etc.) to diverse professional groups to support decision-making, conduct risk trade-offs, develop technical goals and coordinate inputs from multiple sources
· Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Experience working with US and international senior leaders

How Will You Make an Impact?
Our Water Systems Control team is seeking a Water Operations Controller! In this role, you will leverage our SCADA system to monitor and control Colorado Springs Utilities’ water system pressures, flows, and levels, as well as coordinate with our field personnel to ensure proper pressures, flows, and levels during scheduled and emergency situations. You will also leverage hydraulic modeling and spreadsheet applications to prepare consumption forecasts and issue plant production requirements to ensure efficient and safe treatment plant operations.
