What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
· Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
· Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
· Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate's degree and five years of experience, or seven years of work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
· More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network operations - including counter-facilitation.
· Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
· Deployed in-theater experience assigned to a SOF unit providing intelligence support to tactical and operational SOF.
· Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
· Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database.
· Expert understanding of Intel targeting tools such as the Skope toolset or the Voltron toolset.
· Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.
· Must be able to work independently with limited oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

Job Description:
Team Leader for C-IED Course. The Mobile Training Team (MTT) shall train Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF) Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers on Counter Improvise Explosive Devices (C-IED). The training will instruct RSLF soldiers on conducting C-IED operations, identifying threats, and incorporating technology to defeat threats.
Objectives: The primary goal of this training is to provide subject matter expertise and training support to assist RSLF in execution of their mission. · Analyze historical, current and emerging operational strategies, tactics, techniques, and procedures for developing training exercise concepts.
· Apply the NRF, NIMS, the National Planning Scenarios, National Preparedness Goals, and the Joint and Services Universal Task Lists (UJTL).
· Represent the role of primary agencies for Federal response that they provide.
· Facilitate and augment the DOD Total Force emergency response authorities, policies, strategies, plans and organizations responsible for responding to disasters and emergencies.
· Provide subject matter expert support of consequence management planning, training and operations.
· Support NORTHCOM VIBRANT RESPONSE exercise as scenario writers, developers of supporting products of local, state, and federal agencies for those agencies not participating in the exercise and participate in key SME roles as identified during the exercise planning process to achieve NORTHCOM/USARNORTH exercise objectives.
· Facilitate and support live, virtual, and constructive exercises of differing sizes (small team to Brigade level)..
· Capture and analyze training and exercise-related data and provide After Action Reviews (AARs) through various methods and formats.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Shall be an experienced Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) subject matter expert with extensive knowledge and experience in FEMA operations.
· Shall be proficient with the FEMA mission assignment process, FEMA doctrine, the National Incident Management System framework and DOD capabilities.
· Shall have the ability to conduct senior level meetings and work with senior members of the training audience.
· Select individual should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working within FEMA or equivalent time in supporting FEMA disaster exercises and training.

JOB PURPOSE:
Provide Training and Operations Systems Analysis (TOSA) Support. TOSAs provide the analytical methodology, to include Modeling & Simulation (M&S), necessary to support the Commander's requirements-based training and readiness requirements and ensure the integration with the global DoD Joint Training community. Provide support for an analytical capability to enhance resources and readiness, augment NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N&NC) training and exercise programs with correlated data resulting from in-depth analyses on real-world events and inform future Joint Training Plans. The analysis will focus on the results and effects of government training programs, events, and operations. Build on the studies and recommendations derived during previous iterations.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
· Provide the analytical methodology necessary to support the Commander's requirements-based training and readiness requirements and ensure the integration with the DoD Joint Training community.
· Collect, assess, and compile previous collective training events, Defense Readiness reporting System reports, best practices, and applicable real world lessons learned.
· Areas for investigation include: modeling and simulation program, N&NC Command Center Qualification Training, Joint Task Force Commander Training Course, Joint Force Headquarters/Joint Task Force Staff Training Course, Dual Status Commander Orientation Course, and Defense Support of Civil Authorities Executive Seminar, Arctic issues, Tri-Command Staff Talks, Public-Private-Partnership needs, international and interagency information sharing, and other training venues, as well as additional issues related to current and post-COVID-19 Operations such as spot and longitudinal research, analysis, support to interview analysis, corrective action program(s) and lessons learned issues, and current and future business process change(s).
· Apply standardized, rigorous, structured methodologies to create and validate a physical, mathematical, or otherwise logical representation of a system, entity, phenomenon, or process.
· Incorporate the use of models (e.g. emulators, prototypes, simulations, simulators, and stimulators), either statically or over time, to develop data as a basis for making managerial, technical, strategic, or tactical decisions.
