Purpose of Position: To provide professional and compassionate logistical and humanitarian support to
emergency contacts and family members of those affected by an emergency. This is an intermittent
part-time position that, at minimum, requires a monthly communication and training commitment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver exceptional care and customer service, serving as a conduit of information to connect
families and dedicated contacts with the appropriate resources
• Provide distraction-free focus, whether virtually or physically deployed
• Facilitate completion of immediate needs of emergency contact and/or associated family
members via remote or in-person support
• Navigate dynamic challenges, alleviates concerns where possible, and resolve situations
professionally and efficiently
• Ensure strict compliance with all Federal, State, and municipal laws and regulations and adheres
to company and managerial instruction
• Provide clear information and communicates effectively throughout all work tasks
• Complete administrative duties, such as required reports and basic web-based tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Highly effective communicator; written and verbal

• Capacity to work with families that may have just experienced a death of a family member
(non-clinical applications)

Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Administrator is responsible for gathering and documenting functional requirements, designing technical views, and manage cross functional IT team to implement IAM product integrations as well as configuration within the IAM software platform. You will work with application and data owners to ensure organizational access policies are followed, associates have the appropriate level of access (least privileged), and the required approvals are documented to meet audit and compliance requirements. The role operates under the direction of an Integration and Access Management Supervisor.
Key Areas of Focus:
Provide integrated, consistent and secure identity and access management solutions across our enterprise with a focus on Identity Governance
Liaison to business and technology partners and act as an IAM advocate for strategic projects
Perform application design activities (e.g. writing functional designs, use cases), portions of technical architecture, High Level Design (Software Design Specifications), Detailed Design Documents
On Call Duty - 24 X 7 (base on a rotational schedule within the team)
Apply advanced Identity Access Management concepts, processes, practices, and troubleshooting techniques to resolve problems
Assist in the implementation of least-privilege-based IAM solutions
Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation
Perform troubleshooting of escalated issues with identity providers or integrations
Collaborate with others in the Identity and Security teams to establish standard operations, new capabilities, as well as provide input on developing access standards and reference frameworks related to Identity Access Management
Assist in the implementation, and support identity platforms and systems for managing access to all systems across the organization leveraging Azure AD and Active Directory Services
Who You are...Highly preferred candidates will be those who possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to train and guide others and come with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or related field of study, or equivalent experience and two (2) years hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management and Active Directory. Additionally, experience in other enterprise directory services (Azure AD, Conditional Access, Microsoft Entra) with demonstrated skill and understanding of scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash) Basic object-oriented architecture and design skills. Those candidates with proficient knowledge of User/Group OUs, Group policies, ADFS, RBAC, SSO, PIM, SAML, MFA, CASB, familiarity with Physical Security Systems like CCURE 9000 and it’s components, iStar, Edge, Telaeris, VMS are highly sought as well.
Supplementary skills we are seeking:
Basic understanding of ITIL and IT-Service-Management
Experience with implementing and administering MFA and Identity federation technologies
Security certification/accreditation including, CISM, CISSP, and GIAC are highly desired

Colorado Springs Utilities has been operating as a municipal four-service utility since 1924, proudly providing electricity, natural gas, water, and wastewater to our citizen owners. We are proud to offer apprenticeships in the fast-paced, dynamic, utility industry and are currently hiring a few individuals who have the desire and self-motivation to join our team as a Utility Service Specialist Apprentice. In this 18-month apprenticeship program, we will teach you to become a skilled Utility Services Specialist through a combination of both classroom and on-the-job training. During the apprenticeship program, you will gain a working knowledge of:

What does the successful candidate look like?
Qualified candidates typically have previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, electrical, or related skilled craft or trade. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about investing in their careers and therefore willing to devote the time and energy required to obtain the certifications listed below in the time frames outlined. This is an exceptional paid on-the-job training opportunity that requires one to be self-directed, motivated, and committed to their goals. You will be expected to follow safety rules and company standards. You may work in confined spaces, in elevated work areas, and work in various types of weather.

We are looking for a Utility Projects Scheduler to provide project, project portfolio, and program scheduling expertise including resource and budget management support functions for the System Planning & Projects Division. This division plans and delivers projects and programs that serve the electric, natural gas, water, and wastewater needs of the Colorado Springs community. Our team of dedicated professionals meet the needs of our organization by ensuring that infrastructure projects are delivered efficiently through their project lifecycle with effective application of project controls skills and supporting tools and systems.
The projected plan for this position is to fill at the Senior Technical Project Manager (Controls IV); placement will be based on the qualifications, knowledge and demonstrated experience level of the successful candidate.
Key Focus Areas:
Project Schedule Development and Support:
You will work with project delivery teams to develop and maintain project schedules throughout the project lifecycle. You will also work with project delivery teams to establish the work breakdown structure, activities, constraints, and milestones for projects. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining overall project schedules as well as the schedule(s) for contracted project scope elements through the incorporation of service provider and/or contractor scheduled activities, or their complete schedule within the overall project schedule. Additionally, you may analyze and make recommendations for accepting or rejecting service provider/contractor, monthly progress, and changed condition schedules. As part of reviewing schedules, you will determine the impacts of changes to the schedule including critical path, activity sequencing, and resource requirements. Finally, as necessary for budget and resource management, you may also work with project teams to cost and resource load project schedules.
Project/Program Portfolio Schedule Development and Support
You will work with project delivery teams and staff to develop and maintain project portfolio schedules that include the scheduling constraints associated with interdependent and/or related projects/programs and their lifecycle phases. You may analyze (e.g. “what if” analysis) and make recommendations regarding planning for and executing schedule changes for interdependent portfolios of projects. Additionally, you may work with staff to analyze and determine the budget and resource impacts associated with project/program portfolio schedule changes.
Budget Management and Resource Support
By developing and maintaining a comprehensive capital improvement plan cost loaded schedules, you will work with project delivery teams and staff to analyze and make recommendations for controlling and managing multi-year capital and expense budgets including forecasting and leveling resource efforts.
Schedule Training and Controls Leadership
As a member of the project controls team you may be asked to serve in a leadership position providing oversight for controls projects and initiatives or as a lead to junior controls team members, providing coaching, and mentoring. Through collaboration with planning, engineering, and project managers you may be asked to develop and implement project controls and monitoring processes and procedures, particularly as they relate to schedule and cost/budget development to ensure projects achieve scope, schedule and cost objectives. Assistance with project controls and project management training is expected, especially with advancing our scheduling practice.
Who you are...the ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in scheduling and scheduling controls skills including: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, activity network development, activity logic relationships (e.g. Finish to Start, Start to Start, Finish to Finish, Start to Finish), Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have experience with both Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, as most of our more complex projects/programs are managed in Primavera P6 and a scheduler is required for these projects. There are a large number of our projects are managed in Microsoft Project by project managers.
With that said, we are absolutely willing to consider candidates who already have demonstrated expertise in scheduling, and additionally we will then provide training for Primavera P6; this training will be mandatory and expected completion and proficiency within 6 months of hire.

Safely operates a heavy-duty truck to perform assigned duties on
transfer routes.
*II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform
each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Operates vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act
(OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as well as
all local, state and federal requirements and Company expectations for
the Fleet; maintains a clean and safe vehicle.
Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle using
utilizing standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report); notes all
issues on DVIR form for corrective review/repair.
Immediately reports any unsafe situations or service calls to Route
Manager or Dispatch before attempting service.
Participates and cooperates in all scheduled training, briefings, and
meetings as required by Route Manager.
Works closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and
identify problem or unsafe accounts.
Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch, assisting
other company drivers as directed.
Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property
damage.
Notifies Dispatch or Route Manager of issues as prescribed by Service
Machine protocol, including blocked containers, potential missed
pick-ups or problems that arise on the route.
Communicates customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Route Manager.
Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer?s location clean
and free of debris.
Completes and submits customer tickets when excess yardage must be removed.
Positions containers on the customer?s property in a manner that ensures
lids are properly replaced, containers are set in an upright position,
and containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic.
Follows route assignments throughout the day and completes all
documentation when checking-in at the end of the route.

This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience helping the G37
TREX Program.? This mission supports INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting
Unit (DRU), as it executes mission command of operational intelligence
forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence
operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support,
specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related
logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint,
and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate
scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams, and
units in support of CI
* Develop and revise CI TSPs and familiarization and sustainment
training, including individual to collective training materials and

*BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:*

* Minimum 15 years of operational experience as an Army MOS 351L/35L
in Army CI activities
* Minimum of two years duty as a CI instructor

experience in source handling
* Demonstrated knowledge of CI both tactical and strategic operations,

and certification from a current Trusted Agent), and Unit Auditor
Training (VUport training OVSC3101)
* Working knowledge of the SIGINT Enterprise and NGA
* At a minimum, must have expertise on the following equipment:
Prophet, DRT, H-Pack, PRD-13, SIGINT Terminal Guidance (STG)
