Subject Matter Expert Capability Development and Integration: Multiple locations in Saudi Arabia Clearance: Secret US citizen is required Responsibilities: • Our SMEs will work with SEF leadership to determine, in priority, the SEF’s most critical capability gaps that impact mission effectiveness and readiness. We will then recommend potential solutions to these gaps that span all of the domains of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leader Development, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) and produce a prioritized list of these. Assuming that the SEF adopt the recommendation to form an Experimental Force (EXFOR), the CDI team will then design tests and experiments to be executed by the EXFOR to test these potential solutions for effectiveness. As these solutions are proven, the CDI team will distribute them to our Doctrine and Lessons Learned Teams so that they can be appropriately documented and distributed to the field. The greatest benefit of the CDI team is that all solutions will be thoroughly tested prior to implementation across the force, and because our solutions will span every DOTMLPF domain, they will save the SEF money in the long term by testing and evaluation prior to purchase or implementation. Nothing should be bought unless it has been proven to be the right solution for the SEF. Qualifications: • FTEs comparable to a Sr. Principle Training & Development Specialist position: Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards. Decisions affect the financial, employee, or public relations posture of the organization. Each of these will lead one of the 4 Directorates Education: • Bachelor or higher degree with at least 8 years of related experience POC: Bryan Andrews Assistant Operations Manager SkyBridge Tactical Email: bandrews@skybridgetacical.com Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 37. Subject Matter Expert Operational Environmental Analyst - Multiple locations in Saudi Arabia Clearance: Secret US citizen is required Responsibilities: • The OE team will be experts in intelligence analysis. Assuming they are given access to the current/emerging threats facing the SEF, they will provide an assessment of the threat’s capabilities and limitations across the domains of DOTMLPF. They will establish a database of threat tactics, techniques, and procedures and will ensure that this database is kept current. The information from the database will be used to update the publications produced by the Doctrine Team and used to update the Course Training Plans used by SEF instructors. This information will be provided to the CDI team to ensure that DOTMLPF solutions – both for the current as well as the future fight – will be used by the CDI team to determine gaps and potential solutions, so that SEF capabilities are developed ahead of those developed by the threat. The OE team’s efforts will ensure that all SEF doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures are ahead of, and exceed in capability, those of any potential threat – current or future. • As is evident, these organizations are mutually supporting: The OE Team provides data on the threat (current and future) to the other teams. CDI takes this data and determines capability gaps and potential solutions and then tests these solutions using the EXFOR. As these proven solutions are approved, Doctrine writers and Lessons Learned SMEs codify and publish this data to educate the force. As lessons are gathered regarding friendly/threat operations, the Lessons Learned team provides this to CDI, OE, and Doctrine for use in their areas of responsibility. Working together, these Directorates will ensure that the SEF CoEs are world-class organizations, planning to fight and win the battles of today and tomorrow. Qualifications: • FTEs comparable to a Sr. Principle Training & Development Specialist position: Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards. Decisions affect the financial, employee, or public relations posture of the organization. Each will lead 4 personnel. Subject Matter Expert Lessons Learned - Multiple locations in Saudi Arabia Clearance: Secret US citizen is required Responsibilities: • Our Subject Matter Expert (SME) will interview SEF commanders for lessons learned as they relate to recent operations to determine those best practices that are already in existence as well as any areas requiring improvement. We will gather this information into a central database that may, in future, be provided as an online resource should the SEF decide to develop this capability. As lessons learned are codified, our SMEs will share this knowledge with our Doctrine Development SMEs to ensure that they are included in all SEF reference materials and Course Training Plans. A Lesson’s Learned capability provides the SEF with an up-to-date way to confirm that commanders are able to share knowledge and experience across the force, and that this knowledge is documented in all operational and training publications. Qualifications: • FTEs comparable to a Sr. Principle Training & Development Specialist position: Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards.
