Equipment Operator II
The Streets Division seeks an Equipment Operator II to perform semi-skilled maintenance tasks.
Typical Responsibilities
• Operate construction and maintenance equipment such as hand and power tools, street sweepers, dump trucks equipped with plows and sanders, front-end loaders, and tandem axle trucks
• Transport materials and equipment to and from maintenance and construction sites
• Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment
• Apply chemicals, abrasives, and other ice control products
• Maintain log and record books
• Perform manual labor such as cleaning culverts, mowing, patching potholes, and shoveling asphalt
Examples of Job Competencies
• Knowledge of traffic laws and ordinances and rules involved in light and heavy equipment operation
• Knowledge of the methods and techniques of traffic control
• Ability to form and finish concrete in accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act specifications
• Ability to understand and apply pertinent laws, rules, and regulations
Work will be performed outdoors around heavy machinery and equipment with possible exposure to toxic chemicals, heavy traffic conditions, extreme weather conditions, dust, fumes from motorized equipment, noise, odors, and gases.
This position requires the ability to work independently in the absence of supervision; pull, reach, bend, climb, kneel, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis; use fingers, hands, and legs; distinguish colors; and safely operate assigned vehicle and equipment.
This position requires that you are available for emergency callout.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Three years of full-time road maintenance and/or general construction experience, including work with asphalt and/or concrete.
Possess, or obtain upon hire, and maintain a valid Colorado Class B CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
Pass a post offer physical exam.
Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience operating light construction and maintenance equipment.

Administrative Technician
As an Administrative Technician, you will perform secretarial, administrative, and clerical accounting duties in support of the Finance department. You will coordinate and participate in office functions in support of the goals and objectives of Finance and provide information and assistance to the public and employees regarding City finance policies and procedures.
Typical Responsibilities
• Serve as IT (Information Technology) liaison; maintain internal and external website content using SharePoint 2007 and Drupal Content Management System
• Review, research, and summarize fiscal, statistical, and administrative information; coordinate and participate in the preparation of various reports, memoranda, and correspondence of a legal, technical, and/or confidential nature
• Coordinate and participate in activities related to the development and administration of the assigned budget; ensure Finance staff submits necessary documents and forms according to established guidelines
• Monitor expenditures and other financial transactions; ensure compliance with budgetary restrictions; maintain related financial ledgers and logs; and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain a calendar of activities, meetings, and events for Finance leadership; schedule meetings and coordinate activities with other City divisions and departments, the public, and outside agencies; and make required travel arrangements
• Answer phones; greet and assist customers; and respond to complaints and requests for information on regulations, procedures, systems, and precedents related to assigned responsibilities
• Serve as liaison with other City departments, divisions, and outside agencies; answer questions and assist in negotiating and resolving sensitive and controversial issues
• Perform administrative support duties for the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and Finance leadership team; ensure the clerical and administrative portions of the director's work are accomplished

• Oversee and review the work of office staff; provide training as necessary; recommend improvements in workflow, procedures, and the use of equipment and forms
• Coordinate, supervise, and participate in complex clerical accounting functions involved in maintaining a major account or class of accounts; review work to ensure conformance with established accounting policies, procedures, and account closing dates; and perform the full range of clerical accounting tasks including coding, posting, verification, and reconciliation of accounting data
• Coordinate and process department purchase orders and code invoices received from vendors for payment
• Monitor documents to be archived and destroyed according to department recordkeeping requirements
• Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets for the accountants; problem solve discrepancies with accountants as needed

K2 Solutions Inc. is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO-COIC processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
Experience and Education:
This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.
The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.
Required:
Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.
This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. (Resume must show that proposed employee currently holds a TS clearance with previous access to SCI level of information.)
At least 5 years' experience in increasingly responsible positions in one or more military, academic or intelligence community functional areas.

Overview:
The Site Security Manager (SSM) is the point of contact for all security matters related to the construction
site and will be present on site during duty hours from start to finish of the construction project. The SSM is a person qualified through certification and/or relevant experience, has a valid and current TS/SCI clearance, and is appointed on orders by the 513th MI BDE Commander. The SSM will have unrestricted access to the construction site at all times. Assistant SSMs are authorized as required to ensure continuity of operation at the construction site. Assistant SSMs will have the same qualifications as the SSM. The SSM will have copies of documentation related to this project, such as work schedules, access rosters, scope of work, construction review meeting minutes, inspection reports, and any security violation reports.
