We are searching for a Port Crane Operator to join our client's growing team. As the Port Crane Operator you will be responsible for all activities at the port. In addition to operating the crane and loading product into the barge, the operator will be accountable for port personnel, equipment, port car repair and all safety functions. Responsibilities:
* RF and electrical engineering designs employed in EchoStar set top boxes involving QPSK, 8PSK, QAM, 8VSB and future digital communication methods.
* RF and electrical engineering designs involving MoCA, RF4CE, Bluetooth, and WiFi networking technologies.
* Responsible for circuit design from specifications, part selection, schematic entry, layout, optimization, validation, to final mass production.
* The Engineer will report to the Director of RF/OEM Engineering and work with other Engineers as part of a team.
* This individual will provide timely status on progress of projects to management.
* The engineer may be asked to interact directly with EchoStar constituents through normal business communications, trade shows, or other functions as warranted.
Specific Duties include (but not limited to):
* Use and apply RF, Digital, Power, and Analog principles and design techniques
* Responsible for design analysis and simulations, as well as analysis for mass production high volume design.
* Evaluation for cost analysis and optimization of design vs. performance is expected.
* Fabricate, troubleshoot, and test prototypes
* Document designs and write test procedures and reports
* Issue final approval with supporting documentation to management and document control groups
* Peer review and mentoring of junior engineers
* Peer review of OEM products employing same technology
* Familiarity with consumer electronics design process and cycle times
* Support internal groups such as other design groups, manufacturing, service and management
* Travel domestic and internationally in order to support product development.
Basic Qualifications:
* BSEE or equivalent experience
* 4 years in RF design from component level through system level
* 4 years in use and knowledge of RF test equipment and methods
* 4 years with hands-on component level RF circuit design experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Use of such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, bit error rate testers, signal sources, modulators, and noise sources.
* Satellite, cable, or off-air front end designs from tuner through demodulator
* Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Zigbee/RF4CE two way radio designs

Situation:
M Squared has been asked to provide formalized project management expertise for various project work streams in the area of risk management and information security for our health care client’s IT organization. These work streams will include ID access management (HIPPA), client funded work and core operations. M Squared project management consultants will provide a standard breadth of skills. This will allow the client to align PM resources to projects according to priorities.
Definition of Success:
Our role will focus on using formalized project management tools (MS Project) to proactively guide the team in managing the logistics and variables of the projects.
Our Approach:
M Squared Consulting will bring formalized project management discipline to provide project management expertise for risk management and information security projects. This engagement will produce documented project plans, schedules, timelines, and project reporting.
M Squared Consulting Responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:
• Develop project plan that will leverage established Microsoft project tools.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans and understand/document procedures.
• Develop project charter and project implementation scheduling in alignment with stakeholder expectations.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
2. Requires detailed understanding of government procurement process from both government and contractor prospective.
3. 5-8 years of experience managing proposal efforts in a government contracting environment, and leading marketing activities of an organization in a similar industry.
4. Experience in executing industry best practice capture processes.
5. Demonstrated track record of success in:
• Leading proposal teams in dynamic and demanding settings;
• Navigating the Government’s competitive acquisition process;
• Proposal resource planning and coordinated execution;
• RFP review and analysis, leading to effective response strategies;
• Interacting with senior-level managers, both within and external to the company;
• Proven successful win rate in proposal submissions.
6. Detailed understanding of US Government procurement process from both government and contractor prospective.
7. Expert level knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in studying and analyzing system needs, systems development, systems process analysis, design, and re-engineering.
8. Experience in capture and exploitation of GSA, SeaPort-e and similar MAC contract vehicles.
9. High proficiency in Adobe programs, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of proposal development, including technical writing, editing and research.
2. Thorough knowledge of the organization’s products and services offerings, customer base, and marketplace.
3. Service-oriented attitude and ability to communicate and coordinate well with internal and external team members and clients.
4. Detail-oriented self-starter who can multi-task, manage workload, take accountability and deliver results to meet competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
5. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional proposal efforts.
6. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
7. Extensive knowledge of contracting and acquisition in the Government Services market, DoD and DoS FMS & SAT acquisition preferred.
8. Hands on experience with business development, capture and proposal collaborative tools, such as GovWinIQ.
