Scope:
The Business Administration Manager (BAM) reports to the MSSI Program Manager or a designated Manager as directed by the Program Manager. Works with the Sr. Business Manager and the PM to facilitate a supporting relationship and partnership with the Chief of Mission (COM), Regional Security Office (RSO) and Regional Medical Officer (RMO) to ensure CHS provides the highest level of medical care possible.
The BAM manages business activities related to Government contracts awarded to provide a wide array of support to – Iraq programs. The BAM, as directed and in full coordination with the Director of International Operations, mobilizes CHS corporate resources and capabilities in the U.S. to ensure an uninterrupted flow of personnel, equipment, supplies and services to Iraq.

Overview
Mayvin is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Engineer position that will support a DoD client at Fort Bragg, NC. TSCM engineers maintain continuous dialogue with the Interagency Training Center to conduct technical exchanges and to assist transfer of capabilities, technologies, techniques, and best practices to field units.
Responsibilities
Prepare and present classroom lectures, conduct practical laboratory exercises and tutoring and skills testing
Provide assistance with maintenance, updating, fabrication, preparation and implementation of training aids and training equipment
Provide TSCM expertise, deployment planning and execution of TSCM missions both CONUS and OCONUS
Complete at a minimum, 80 hours of advanced training per annum and provide new equipment evaluations (OT&E) and TTP's to supported units
Conduct full range of complex and sensitive technical operations. Provide expertise in detecting and nullifying a wide variety of technologies used to obtain unauthorized access to classified information, isolate threats, and educate peers and leadership regarding such threats
Familiarity with intrusion detection systems and devises, safes, and other storage containers, locks and locking systems, personnel entry control systems and physical barriers. Perform responsibilities for determining, recommending and evaluating alarm systems
Research and evaluate building construction, physical security measures, intrusion detection systems and recommending protective and preventive actions for the protection of classified information
Provide mobile training, technical advisement and assistance on all aspects of TSCM and Technical Threat Awareness
Providing research services and advising program office personnel on national and international developments in commercial, state-of-the-art, technical security technology
Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Certification by the Interagency Training Center (ITC) in the conduct of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) is required.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret/ SCI clearance is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience required. 5 years of experience or more desired.
A strong cyber security background
Experience with the military is preferred
Proven ability to work autonomously and to deliver concise executive-level reports and presentations
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
Ability to read and understand design plans for the purpose of identifying and implementing technical security upgrades
Ability to provide guidance in regards to security measures and requirements based on applicable physical and technical security standards
Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with military personnel, federal civilians, other contractors and company management

Ability to work in a team environment
Must meet minimum physical qualifications for this position as identified in DoD Instruction 5240.05
Prepared and able to support travel requirements, CONUS and OCONUS
25% travel required.

Expert in Vulnerability Analysis, Exploit Development, Linux/Android Kernel Development, ARM Assembly, and C Programming
Low-Level Operating Systems experience for Android
Proficient with Reverse Engineering using tools such as IDA Pro, Binary Ninja and Ghidra
In-Depth Knowledge of Linux and Android Kernels, SELinux/SEAndroid
Full Understanding of Exploit Mitigations such as ASLR, DEP, PXN, and ROP
Must be willing to travel every now and then for Temporary Duty; No Deployments
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Access and a CI Polygraph; Investigation and CI Polygraph Must Be In-Scope (5-Years)
