GCES GLOBAL’s client is seeking a Civil Engineer at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX to assist with threat assessments and risk mitigation supporting the Mission Assurance and Defense Critical Infrastructure Programs on DoD installations. Responsibilities:
· Conduct installation infrastructure vulnerability assessments of water, wastewater, electricity, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), fire protection infrastructure, generators, and natural gas systems that directly support the Mission Assurance Programs on DoD installations and other agencies.
· Conduct Structural Engineering vulnerability assessments of perimeter, Access Control Points, facility standoff, and facility protection to identify single points or lines of failure to terrorist attacks, insider actions, or natural disasters.
Basic Requirements:
- BS in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience to include the following areas:

Job Description:
Position delivers products to stores on an established route or via dynamic dispatch to customers including convenience and
gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc. (average of 15-20 stops per day). Drives the delivery vehicle to a location,
unloads and brings products into the store. Is responsible for ongoing rotating and stocking of products on store shelves,
displays, vending equipment, and in coolers. Builds displays and sets up promotional materials such as pricing signs and
banners. Generates invoices and is responsible for daily settlement of cash and charges. Has frequent interaction with store
management.
This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading and pushing/pulling a significantly high volume of cases per day
ranging from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during work hours. It also requires reaching, squatting, and bending while
delivering and merchandising products in the store and delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions. At
times (such as summer and other peak seasons), this position requires long work hours.

4. Network Engineer/Project Manager – Denver, CO
Position Description:
The Network Engineer/Project Manager will be the technical lead and project manager for a staff supporting the transition of Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) from the current location in Denver, CO to the new 11-building Anschutz campus in Aroura, CO. This is a critical and highly-visible role that will be the primary liaison to VA OI&T staff. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise in the installation and activation of a range of IT equipment (back-end office equipment and end user devices) and the ability to effectively manage execution of project tasks in a high-paced environment. Will coordinate with the team to provide weekly reports and project management plans.
* This is a hands-on technical position in concert with the Program Management aspect. Expect to spend portions of each day on the floor performing Switch/Port configuration and cabling/patching actions. *
The IT Customer Support Manager must be familiar with common Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment including, but not limited to, Apple, Brocade, Cisco, Dell/EMC, HP, IBM, Lenovo, and NetAppEMC brand devices and industry standard installation standards, such as ANSI Writing standards. Must be Proficient in the installation, testing, and patching of COTS software and Microsoft Windows 7 through Windows 10.

Position Description:
The technicians will perform image and install new computers and install and connect various peripheral devices to the network/infrastructure, decommission/turn-in obsolete IT assets, and provide Tier-1/Tier-2 customer support/help desk support to roughly 3,100 personnel within the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS).

Position Summary:
The Heavy Equipment Mechanic analyzes malfunctions and repairs, rebuilds and maintains power equipment, such as cranes, power shovels, scrapers, paving machines, motor graders, trench-digging machines, conveyors, bulldozers, dredges, pumps, compressors and pneumatic tools. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
1. Performs acceptance, initial, in-progress, and final inspections on a variety of heavy and light equipment in support of the Garrison maintenance mission.
2. Performs a full range of inspections and some repairs on components consisting of subassemblies that include mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
3. Performs vehicle classifications and maintains reference library. Conducts ACODs, ECODs IAW AR 750-1, and 750-8.
4. May be called upon to perform the full range of work involved in the repair, service, maintenance, and overhaul of any or all types of components.
5. Determines the nature and extent of repairs required, disassembles, examines parts, components and assemblies for serviceability, replaces parts and components as required, and reassembles the weapon or component to fully working order. May adjust, calibrate and repair or modify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and assemblies.
6. Assigned to work on equipment including but not limited to engines, transmissions,
pumps, etc. and their components.
7. Will be required to use technical manuals, publications, and other written directives in the
performance of required inspections.

MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
Hand tools, power tools, job related test equipment such as scanners and computers.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:

he IT Customer Support Manager will be the technical lead and project manager for a staff supporting the transition of Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) from their current location in Denver, CO to the new 11-building Anschutz campus in Aroura, CO. Sr. Fielding Coordinator Requirement:
Coordinate and manage the entire PM MC portfolio of system with regards to Unit Set Fielding, Total Package Fielding, New Equipment Training, and capability upgrades. Coordinate and Produce the Materiel Fielding Agreement (MFA), Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) Memorandum of Notification (MON) and New Materiel Introductory Brief (NMIB) and other subsequent agreements, such as Memorandums of Understanding and Agreement (MOU/MOA) from fielding coordination meetings are key. Coordinators are located at multiple Government sites (CONUS locations). Coordinate with fielding personnel to support the Army National Guard and Reserves and Coalition partners.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Barbaricum has an opening for a Senior Project Manager supporting the US Army’s Rapid Equipping Force (REF) to serve as an Acquisition Professional responsible for managing the full life cycle of assigned REF materiel equipping efforts.
Responsibilities:
•Accountable for taking a new validated requirement from concept exploration to the deployment of an operational piece of equipment. In broad terms, responsibilities involve keeping a program within budget, on schedule, ensuring performance of the end product meets desired criteria, and ensuring the system to be equipped has logistical support plan. Execution of REF projects includes identifying materiel solutions, testing materiel solutions, coordinating assessment of materiel solutions, equipping and training materiel solutions, ensuring sustainment of materiel solutions and recommending final disposition of material solutions.
•Participate in the conduct of Requirements Analysis – one of the most crucial tasks of every REF effort. Must fully understand the Mission, Enemy, Terrain and Weather, Troops and Support Available, Time Available, Civil Considerations (METT-TC) conditions the requesting Unit is operating under and the capability gap the materiel solution is intended to fill. Be able to participate in requirements analysis in support of operations directorate to determine performance criteria and any performance trade-offs that may arise. Be familiar with Unit CONOPS and TTPs related to the materiel solution gap. Must also understand past REF efforts related to a Unit’s request
•Identify Materiel Solutions. Through traditional Market research and through collaborative partnerships, identify materiel solutions with Cost, Schedule and Performance trade-space analysis. Coordinate with ASA(ALT) counterparts in the applicable Program Management Office to deconflict efforts, leverage existing resources whenever and wherever possible, and share information related to the potential procurement.
•Recommend a comprehensive acquisition strategy for the desired material solution. At a minimum, this acquisition strategy should address: funding required, contracting strategy, sustainment strategy, training strategy, testing strategy, shipping strategy, and assessment strategy. Upon subsequent recommendation and approval by REF leadership, the contractor shall submit the acquisition strategy to include all required paperwork and preparations as necessary: i.e., contract documents, Government Purchase Card request documents, funding transmission documents, Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) with other Government agencies.
•Coordinate testing of the material solution(s) with ATEC and any other agencies necessary (i.e. Public Health Command) to determine the safety of the item, performance capabilities and limitations, and any issues related to those areas.
•Work with REF logistics as necessary to execute shipment of the item(s) to the requiring Army activity. Upon completion of all required testing and Director equipping approval, the contractor shall coordinate with REF operations and logistics directorates to ensure the unit is prepared to receive the equipment and that necessary training resources are in place to ensure a professional New Equipment Training (NET) experience. Depending on the training strategy chosen either coordinate training resources within initial contract action or coordinate with REF operations to schedule REF Tiger Team training support.
•Work with REF counterparts in the Operations, Assessment, and Logistics divisions to execute training, assessment, and sustainment plans as necessary and address any issues if and when they arise.
•Recommend a disposition strategy (continue, terminate, transition…) for all REF efforts and then aid in its implementation as necessary.
•Ensure accurate record-keeping of all project-related activities in the REF KM System.
•Prepare any other project-related documents for briefings and demonstrations as needed by REF leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS •Secret clearance required prior to assumption of position.
•Bachelor’s degree and at least 24 semester credit hours among the following fields: accounting, business finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. (This requirement can be obtained within the degree or in addition to the degree).

Background:
The personnel of the DCOM-A G2 Intelligence Training and Advisory Group (INTAG) are responsible for training, assisting, and advising the Assistant Ministry of Defense Intelligence (AMoD-I), General Staff Intelligence (GSG2) Staff, National Military Intelligence Center (NMIC), and elements of the National Military Command Center (NMCC) in intelligence operations, policy, doctrine, planning, programming, management, staff supervision, process and intelligence oversight in support. All contract INTAG personnel will maintain a deliberate focus on Intelligence Institution Building and Critical Functions using DOTMLPF and associated methodologies or an alternative provided by the military or government contract leads. The contractor shall train, assist, and advise AMoD-I and GSG2 Staff personnel in intelligence operations, doctrine, training, and employment of Military Intelligence Capabilities and Procedures.

Job Description: The Automated Communications Engineering Software (ACES) and Simple Key Loader (SKL) technician requires intermediate knowledge of the ACES and SKL equipment. The ACES workstation plans, creates, distributes, manages, and verifies cryptographic networks and key-related information. It also generates electronic protection data and SOI. The ACES resides on a common hardware and software laptop computer. Additional functions include network-based radio planning and management, and encrypted by key distribution (EKD) planning. It associates key tags with network, platform, equipment key location, and distribution path.
Responsibilities: The Technician shall answer calls in support of the Warfighter ACES/SK L mission areas, including software and hardware of the workstation, and electronic keys operational problems. The Technician shall analyze the trouble call and determine the appropriate action required to provide the customer with accurate feedback. The Technician shall access the REMEDY trouble ticketing system and database to determine if the problem has been previously reported. Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, performs CI Operations staff officer support duties to include policy, doctrine, foreign intelligence service threat assessments, evaluation of CI Operations concept of operations (CONOPS), vulnerability assessments, and other planning, staffing, and programmatic activities.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Coordinates and synchronizes a broad range of CI Operations activities to include analysis of those operations. Reviews, evaluates, and provides insightful analysis into CI Operations plans and activities in support of Services, Combatant Commands, Agencies, and other special customers. Contributes to the development, execution and evaluation of comprehensive operational plans. Conducts special collection activities using specialized equipment and techniques. Executes effective CI collections and field operations to counter threats to sensitive US technologies, programs, activities and facilities. Plans and executes discrete physical observation; conducts counter-surveillance and detection operations; provides unique, cutting-edge biometric collection capability. May independently develop initiatives to enhance the analysis and analytical support provided to CI Operational capabilities May prepare and deliver briefings to senior leadership regarding CI Operational plans and activities. May provide client with a greater understanding of CI Operations policies and methodologies.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required Qualifications –
- Education – Government CI credentialing course
- Experience – Five years’ experience with former MOS 35L, 351L, 97B, 35E, or civilian 1811/0132 badged and credentialed CI Agent or DoD joint service equivalents
- Clearance – TS
- Special skills or qualifications –
- Knowledge of Army/Joint CI procedures, doctrine, and practices
- Deployed experience
- Experience in working with and through interpreters
- Experience with interview and solicitation techniques
- Experience with CI principles and methods
- Experience in developing screening /interviewing/debriefing plans
- Briefing skills
- Experience with the evaluation of information requiring further investigation
- Able to qualify with the M4 rifle and M9 pistol using basic military marksmanship standards
- Able to carry a 60-lb pack in the field and the M4 rifle for self defense
Highly Desired Qualifications and/or experience –
- Education – Associates Degree
- Knowledge of Dari or Pashto language and Afghan culture

•Advise and assist foreign aircrews on Huey II aircraft systems, Huey II operating limitations & restrictions, Huey II normal procedures, Huey II emergency procedures, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Visual Flight Rules (VFR) and Instrument Flight Regulations (IFR) procedures, tactical operations, general and tactical mission planning, rotary wing aerodynamics, meteorology, aviation physiology, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) development.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Former U.S. Army Aviation Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 153B (UH-1) or other 153-series Instructor Pilot, or other military service equivalent, with experience in the Huey II or UH-1H.
•Qualified Huey II pilot with no less than 1500 total pilot hours and 100 Huey II or UH-1H pilot hours.
•Five (5) years’ experience conducting and supervising U.S. Army Aviation electrical maintenance programs.
•U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USACCE) or other military service trained instructor pilot.
•Previous experience conducting aircraft fielding (desired).
•Candidates must be mature, stable and professional with the ability to accord themselves as representatives of the United States at all times.
•Candidates must be able to meet the background requirements to obtain US Government Common Access Card (CAC).
•Candidates are subject to criminal and civil background checks for consideration for employment.
EDUCATION:
•Associates Degree.
