The JET Member is a Senior Operational Specialist providing direct armed consulting support to U.S. military and partner forces, serving as members of a multi-discipline team performing tasks directly related to military operations in support of the global war on terrorism and countering asymmetric threats with an emphasis on the improvised explosive device (IED).
These positions are best suited for retiring or recently separating U.S. Army Special Forces/ 75th Ranger Regiment/ SMU/ SEAL/ MARSOC/ Senior NCOs (E-8/E-9) who are broadly-gauged experts and have expertise in specialized military tactics, techniques and procedures, Counter Terrorism tactics, and other SOF skill sets typically associated with countering transnational threats to the security of the United States. SOF Warrant Officers and Field Grade Officers may also be a good fit, especially if there is prior service as a Combat Arms Senior NCO.
The JET Member will typically deploy 1-2 times a year OCONUS for 4 months at a time, with additional sporadic CONUS pre-deployment training.
Personnel in these positions perform missions in various remote locations, typically in high threat combat environments and are often “outside the wire”. This is an armed consulting position where you will be embedded with forward deployed SOF and conventional military units in combat.
Requitrements:
SOF E-8/ E-9 or Warrant Officer
Ground fighting Special Operations experience (planning and execution)
Must have SF Team Sergeant Time or the equivalent rated experience
Recent in-theater combat experience with Special Operations Forces is required
Applicants must have 10+ years of SOF (combat arms) experience
Applicants must have 2+ years of knowledge pertaining to explosives and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and be a SME on friendly/ enemy TTPs
Successful applicants will have served in positions of progressive responsibility and able to function as a singleton or within a team setting and have the ability to effectively function at all echelons of military command from tactical to strategic
Applicants must demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills

Must have experience in Security Plan documentation and tracking of milestones. This team works a 9/80 shift schedule with every other Friday off.
Responsibilities

As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.

Overview for TSO position:
ITility is currently seeking a Technical Support Operations (TSO) / Special Reconnaissance Instructor to provide formal training and training support to individuals Critical Skills Operators (CSO)/ Marine Raiders in Advanced MARSOC Technical Surveillance and Special Reconnaissance (SR) skills in order to provide qualified CSO’s to the Marine Raider Companies. The unit specifically charges with this responsibility is the U.S. Marine Corps Raider Training Center (MRTC).
Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Operations (TSO) / Special Reconnaissance Instructor the applicant will be responsible for instructing all aspects within the MARSOC Technical Surveillance course (MTSC) and instructing or assisting in the instruction of any aspect of the Special Reconnaissance training conducted with the Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC) work section including but not limited to Special Operations Forces Level I Special Reconnaissance Course and Instructor training/development.
As an instructor the applicant will be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays. Periodic travel and work in office spaces along with exercise facilities is required. Applicant will be required to deploy in a temporary additional duty capacity to CONUS exercises, meeting, working group, conference, and/or professional training locations a minimum of 4 weeks twice annually in addition to multiple weeks at local exercise locations as identified in support of tasks.
As an instructor the applicant will participate in course setup, execution and clean-up events which may include staging/moving training aids, scenario setup/tear-down, inventorying course materials/equipment, assisting with student issue/return, performing equipment maintenance, and other support functions necessary for the successful execution of training.
As an instructor the applicant will be responsible for providing input for the maintenance/advancement of training course materials/instruction, participating in the planning of each course, developing solutions to lessons learned, participating in scenario improvement and updating course support/program of instruction documentation as assigned. The instructor may be required to produce new documentation and/or update existing documentation and/or forms on request.
Qualifications
Applicant must be fully qualified and up to date on current and emerging technologies with knowledge and experience consistent with being tactically and technically proficient in Techniques, Tactics and Procedures (TTPs) related to the core tasks of the MARSOC Technical Surveillance Course (MTSC) and MRTC Special Operations Forces Level I Special Reconnaissance Course.
Applicant must be a graduate of MARSOF Technical Surveillance course (MTSC) and/or Special Forces Technical Surveillance course.
Applicant must have at least 3 years of recent experience (within the last 8 years) in the U.S. Government (military or civilian) or equivalent commercial experience in Technical Operations Support (TSO) disciplines of Digital Collection Systems, Instruction of Technical devices, Basic electronics, Commercial Off the Shelf Systems, Tactical Audio and Video.

The On Shift Scheduler (OSS) position is primarily administrative in nature and is accountable for the assignment of Protective Force Personnel to appropriate posts and shifts. Job Description: The PPS&I security specialist to assist, monitor, and advise on all aspects of security activities. The incumbent shall plan and assist in the implementation of security activities at the Top Secret and higher classification to ensure personnel (military, civilian, contractors) and all supported tenant organizations are prepared to operate in non-traditional environments to perform critical contingency tasks. Job Requirements: Minimum of six years physical, personnel and special security experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with operational level experience preferred. Position requires experience in compartmented programs in DoD U.S. Intelligence Community, or supporting U.S. Contractors. Experience in security training or security inspections is highly desirable. The position requires solid and varied experience in planning/accrediting facilities in accordance with the ICD 7051 standard. Thorough familiarity with all security processes. Must have a working knowledge of security policies and procedures to include National Industrial Security Program Supplement, and DoD 5105.21 volumes 1-3. Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible. Must possess a valid U.S. passport. Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable. Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.
