SOSi is seeking an Imagery Scientist in Charlottesville, VA that will provide scientific and technical support as a member of a multi-disciplinary team of applied remote sensing professionals. Responsibilities include full implementation of remote sensing capabilities including analysis and production, test and evaluation, data processing, exploitation, and dissemination, intelligence production and workflow. The candidate will provide technical input to developers and test and execute exploitation algorithms, tools, and methodologies to extract valuable information from complex airborne and satellite sensor data, to include spectral, thermal, and/or synthetic aperture radar (SAR). The candidate MUST have experience with Hyperspectral Imagery.
Works with government Imagery Scientists to develop and apply new analytical quality standards and guidelines and may lead small production teams focused on a particular customer, target, or region. Performs duties with minimal oversight; applies knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies; provides technical assistance to project leaders and program managers. Prepares and delivers technical presentations for community-sponsored Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) symposiums, meetings, working groups and collection exercises.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Operational Knowledge. Successful completion of the tasks in this effort requires operational knowledge of the following capabilities:
• Expertise in the continuum of remote sensing and applying imagery science and remote sensing production and development solutions to meet intelligence requirements.
• Advanced knowledge in interpreting results from onboard and offline algorithms and automated processors in order to address intelligence requirements.
• Detailed knowledge of employing non-literal methods, techniques, and processes in order to address intelligence requirements.
• Experience with RemoteView, SocetGXP or equivalent electronic light table before the performance period begins.
• ENVI proficiency is required and assumed to include the basic ENVI course, Spectral Processing in ENVI, or equivalent spectral processing courses.
• Strong background in remote sensing imaging and non-imaging systems (e.g., multispectral, hyperspectral, thermal, radar, OPIR, and infrared).
Requirements/Experience

• Current (in scope) Top Secret clearance based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligible
• United States citizen
• Five years previous experience in an operational production setting exploiting multi- and hyperspectral data, including use of software-based exploitation tools such as ENVI, FSTK, GeoReplay or ERDAS and applying atmospheric correction and spectral matching algorithms to data.
• Two-year Intelligence Community (IC) experience with National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), US Air Force National Air and Space Intelligence Center (USAF/NASIC), and/or U.S. Army National Ground Intelligence Center.
• Applied knowledge of electro-magnetic phenomenology is required, with an emphasis on recent experience exploiting spectral, hyperspectral, thermal, overhead persistent infrared (OPIR) and/or synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data.
• Detailed understanding of ground, airborne and space-based spectral collection platforms and collection methods.
Education/Certifications

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a Rigid Tactical SOF Targeting Integrator, you will provide expert targeting analysis services against High Value Individuals (HVIs) and shall use information, qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, training, and technology and employ tools for information collection to enhance a customer's F3EAD targeting cycle. You will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing targeting support products to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks (such as WMD, VEOs, IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA, and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs, and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. Using expertise in HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and GEOINT you will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency, and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach-back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-Wexford SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted threat networks.
Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.

Marketing Assistant - Remote
Small, fast paced, Annapolis based marketing firm seeks a part-time Marketing Assistant to help facilitate
marketing projects and tasks for clients.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support
related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be
exceedingly well organized, able to understand the big picture but thrive on managing the small details, be
able to move from varied and diverse tasks quickly and easily and enjoy the administrative challenges of
supporting a variety of clients and performing a diverse set of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the point person for several ongoing projects and tasks
Manage new client on-boarding and communications
Administer digital marketing and lead generation communications and campaigns
Administer key project management and client support
Organize operations, procedures and documentation for a variety of tasks and initiatives
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
Requirements
Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Working knowledge of social media
Sales funnel creation and management
Digital marketing experience
Familiarity/working knowledge with all or some of the following platforms is a huge plus:
ClickFunnels, Toggl, Asana, MailChimp, Constant Contact, GetResponse, Zoom, HootSuite,
WordPress, Photoshop, databases, appointment setting tools, Google docs, Dropbox, Google
Analytics, SEO tools, Facebook AdsManager, Google AdWords

Strategic Staffing Solutions Manager - Herndon, VA
I’m reaching out to see if you might have a referral in your network who would be a good fit to run a proposal recruiting team, managing workload and tracking opportunities in the pipeline that will require staffing for critical key personnel.
