Intelligence Analysts – Afghanistan (Mid- & Senior level)

Ironclad Technology Services LLC., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), was awarded a subcontract to provide intelligence analytical support services to U.S. and Coalition forces in Afghanistan. The contract calls for research, production and analysis support to the Intelligence Directorate, U.S. Forces-Afghanistan (USFOR-A), in its ongoing effort to bolster military engagement and planning efforts. We are currently seeking highly-qualified mid- and senior-level intelligence analysts who are both intelligence professionals and cultural experts.

Our specific analyst needs currently are All Source analyst that have:

- National-level, all-source intelligence production experience
- Central Asia or Pakistan specialist
- National-level, all-source intelligence production experience
- COIN analysis experience at tactical and/or operational levels
- Experience writing analytical papers on Haqqani Network (HQN), Taliban (TB), Al-Qaeda (AQ), and/or Pakistani militant groups

Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities
• Researches, analyzes, presents, and publishes all source political and military analysis and intelligence production in support of operationally deployed forces in the CENTCOM area
• Organizes multiple research projects to sustain daily intelligence briefings, defense threat assessments, specific area knowledge briefs, and analytical support for military operations
• Provides input to multiple government requirements and objectives, assists with the analysis and production of various intelligence products, and supplies analytical support for senior military leaders
• Attends staff meetings and conducts comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the government’s missions
• Develops and provides intelligence products related to economic and political activities, foreign military actions, and threats to regional stability
• Develops and presents all source briefings to the Combatant Commander, and other senior defense officials
• Prepares, produces, and disseminates scheduled and unscheduled general intelligence products, including briefings, studies, estimates, forecasts, and assessment memoranda and performs work during irregular hours and in a deployed location, as required
• Efforts result in documentations, recommendations, briefings and finished reports to assist in the resolution of difficult and complex problems
• Widely known and highly regarded within their respective academic and/or professional communities
• Ability to manage confidential information

Job Description

The Camera Operator will perform tasks as directed by and supports the Force Protection Shift Supervisor or Assistant Shift Supervisor in Support of Base Defense Operations Centers (BDOC) in Iraq including monitoring security cameras in the BDOC and documenting and forwarding incidents that take place while monitoring cameras.

Requirements
• Shall operate all systems assigned to RDISS as outlined by the Force Protection Specialist assigned at each Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on each system and its components in accordance with the operator’s manual, technical manual and training materials.
• Perform daily checks while the system is in operation.
• Perform after-action checks immediately upon a change in the operating environment of the system and prior to resuming the operational status of the system in the new environment.
• Use a troubleshooting guide, troubleshoot systems to find faults and then articulate the precise problem in order to repair the system.
• Document incidents appropriately and forward to qualified supporting maintenance personnel as necessary.
• Shall know both the in Theater and AOR repair and reacquisition process of equipment that has been found faulty during PMCS, and shall conduct security checks and safeguard all surveillance, targeting and force protection equipment pertaining to the systems within their AOR.
Required Skills
• Written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education & Work Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Force Protection related work experience in an operations center.
Security Clearance

• Must possess a Secret clearance.

22. OCI is working with a company that will need a total of three proposal writers, ideally they would like candidates who have Army training simulation support experience. One writer will focus on writing program management content and two will write technical content. Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent

Mandatory Qualifications (must have all of these qualifications):

• WMD Civil Support Team (WMD CST) background and ALS experience
• Mobile Lab System Technician
• 24 months experience in instructing adult education program, secondary school, college, military school, military installation, or other industrial establishment
• Experience with Information Technology (IT) systems
• 3 years of technician level experience with GCMS

Desired Qualifications:

• Lab procedures and sample prep experience at the masters, doctorate, or professional level
• 3 years of experience in advanced Polarized Light Microscopy
• 3 years of advanced FTIR technology experience
• 3 years of experience with electrochemiluminescence (ECL) protein antibody detection
• 3 years of Radiological Data Analysis and Interpretation experience
• One year of experience teaching RAD

Disqualifying Factors:

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Inventory management: Responsible for inventory management of decentralized and decontrolled items, including supplies, and equipment. Items managed typically are of low unit or annual demand value, involve short procurement lead time (less than 9 months), are obtained from standard or other readily available sources of supply, and reflect relatively stable patterns of demand. Items usually are of a general, common-use type, non repairable and seldom require intensive investigation of atypical variations in their supply and demand patterns. Positions are located in local, regional, or headquarters offices for which the military supply management organization has overall inventory management responsibility. The work includes requirements determination and forecasting, distribution or redistribution of material, procurement authorization, limited funds management, or other related work.

2. Material coordination: Performs material coordination duties for special programs, maintenance, or production shops. Duties are performed on the basis of practical experience in processing and expediting supply transactions related to the particular organizations serviced.

3. Cataloging: Writes item descriptions for a range of new items entering the supply channels of a particular agency or field establishment. Applies requirements selecting the appropriate description pattern and answering the requirements contained in the pattern. Reviews existing stock catalogs, manufacturers' catalogs, drawings, or other resource materials, for the purpose of matching characteristics or part numbers to identify duplicate items already catalogued or otherwise recorded in the supply system.


Level of Responsibility:
Works within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines. Deals with a variety of operating officials regarding limited aspects of program needs of the organization serviced. Contacts may relate to inventory requirements in a stable or standardized organization and to the adequate description or identification of less complex items which are new to the system. Job Description:
The Aircraft Mechanic II troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills. This worker reads and interprets manufacturers' and airline's maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.

This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections, examines reciprocating engines for cracked cylinders and oil leaks, and listens to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions, such as sticking or burnt valves, inspects jet engines and components for cracks, corrosion, foreign object damage, burned areas, distortions, security, warping, wear, and missing segments. Inspects jet engine turbine blades to detect cracks, distortion, corrosion, burn-out, security, or breaks, tests engine operation, using testing equipment, such as ignition analyzer, compression checker, distributor timer, ammeter, and jet calibration (Jetcal) tester, to locate source of malfunction. Work involves: replacing or repairing worn or damaged components, such as carburetors, alternators, magnetos, fuel controls, fuel pumps, oil pumps, and engine mounted gearboxes, and compressor bleed valves using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment; removing engine from aircraft, using hoist or forklift truck, disassembling and inspecting parts for wear, cracks, security, or other defects, and repairing or replacing defective engine parts and reassembles and installs engine in aircraft.

Job duties require that this mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections, performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including flushing crankcase, cleaning screens and filters, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes. This incumbent supervises the jacking and towing of aircraft, enters in the maintenance records description of the work performed and verifies the work was performed satisfactorily, may service engines and airframe components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition, may specialize in work, repair and modification of structural, precision, and functional spare parts and assemblies, and may specialize in engine repair. This worker may be required to be licensed by Federal Aviation Administration.

Candidates must be a graduate of the Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD) School (no substitution for DoD EOD certification), U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), Support Cadre Training Course, (SCTC). If not instructor certified, must be able to complete the U.S. Army Basic Instructor Training course. This training will be provided to accepted candidates without previous instructor training.
Candidates must be knowledgeable of applicable regulations and doctrine regarding 89D-specific training, have superior written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work with minimum guidance. Requires all certification associated to the course you are to instruct.

Duties:
Provide instruction in one or more EOD subjects for Soldiers attending U.S. Army Advanced Individual Training (Phase I), or Global Anti-Terrorism Operational Readiness (GATOR), or Tactical Post Blast Course conducted at Fort Lee and Fort AP Hill, Virginia, to include fundamentals of basic electronics (DC power); EOD procedures; Identification and hazards of both US and foreign conventional munitions; Care of EOD special tool kits; Demolition training; EOD operations; and training on select Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills.

Additional Information:
All instructors must be able to perform duties requiring lifting; the work requires lifting of up to 50 lbs., such as tools and inert ordnance items. The work may require specific, but common, physical characteristics and abilities, such as an average agility and dexterity, long periods of standing, sitting, or walking, and inclement weather conditions on occasion.
Proficiency with MS office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required to ensure ability to access all required training tools.
•Must be a U.S. Citizen, by either birth or naturalization.
•Must be a former military professional with an honorable discharge.
