The U.S. Army Office of Energy Initiatives (OEI) is the central management office for the business case development and execution of large-scale (>10MW) renewable and alternative energy security projects with preferred financing through private capital investment. Provide analysis of current and projected utility tariff schedules and installation load requirements

Develop strategies for alternate tariff schedules based on peak shaving or other load altering projects supported by detailed financial modeling

The Analyst will be an integral part of a Government and Contractor Team responsible for counterintelligence support to technology protection focus areas, while collaborating with counterparts throughout the DoD and other government agencies.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Perform analysis of OSI's counterintelligence investigations to identify patterns aiding in efforts to identify foreign intelligence entities and other adversarial threats to DAF and DOD programs. Present those findings to OSI Center leadership and other OSI customers as appropriate, both orally and in writing. When appropriate and/or necessary, author analysis in adherence to Director of National Intelligence established analytic tradecraft standards.

Conduct long-term studies using a variety of statistical analysis to draw conclusions and estimate probabilities based upon knowledge of economic, geographic, and social information from current and past situations associated with foreign intelligence threats to DAF and DOD technologies and associated supply chains. Present findings and recommendations to appropriate government officials as identified by OSI Center leadership, both orally and in writing.

Support counterintelligence investigations and operations with focused analysis in order to evaluate the significance of the information collected, extract and further disseminate relevant threat information, identify investigative leads, provide assistance to the case agent, and coordinate actions within the law enforcement and counterintelligence communities.

Identify trends and actions of intellectual property theft and technology transfer investigated by OSI. Provide informational briefings outlining findings to facilitate the DAF's efforts to prevent such theft/loss.

Identify access and threat vectors commonly exploited by foreign intelligence, or other adversaries, to target DAF/DOD programs and associated supply chains. Provide informational briefings in support of the DAF's risk mitigation efforts.

Produce and publish analytical products via portal, SharePoint and other electronic methods for OSI Center leadership, OSI field units and DAF senior leadership.

Summarize work efforts, meetings, project statuses, and accomplishment in the form of Weekly activity reports (WAR).

Support collection efforts by authoring intelligence report evaluations, source-directed requirements, and/or assisting with the development or update of strategic and ad hoc collection requirements in support of DAF technology protection efforts.

Minimum Required Skills

Must have at least three (3) years of experience with collecting, evaluating and analyzing raw and processed intelligence reporting concerning threats to DOD technologies.

Knowledge of the principles and practices of counterintelligence functional services, collection, investigations, and operations.

CPCD provides more than 1,800 children living in poverty or challenged by special

circumstances with an early childhood education through Head Start, Early Head Start and the

Colorado Preschool Program. But we aren’t just a free preschool. Our additional health, dental

We are looking for a Facilities Specialist to assist the Facilities Manager with Central Office,

modular and classroom operations management. This position is responsible for monitoring

interior/exterior of office and classrooms for maintenance, repair, and coordination of the work

order process and works with Facilities Manager to ensure implementation of fire, health, and

safety regulations. This position also assists custodians to ensure that the interior/exterior of

the Central Office is in good condition and that adequate building maintenance supplies are on

hand.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of one year experience in building repair and maintenance (plumbing, HVAC,

electrical, carpentry) preferred. Electrical skills may include but are not limited to changing

of ballasts and electrical outlets or minor electrical repairs. HVAC equipment knowledge to

include basic knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.

High school diploma or GED

Must be reliable and organized, able to work well under pressure, and accurate in record

keeping.

Must be a self-starter, able to identify and coordinate job tasks and priorities and meet

deadlines.

Must possess good critical thinking skills.

Must possess good interpersonal skills in working with staff and outside contractors.

Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of the information he/she will be handling.

Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical exam, TB test and drug screen.

Must be able to left/carry a minimum of 50 to 100 pounds.

Must have a current driver’s license and good motor vehicle record. Must have minimum

vehicle liability insurance of $100/300,000

The SLP is responsible for implementing speech therapy services in an inclusive preschool setting for children between the ages of three to five years old through the

use of structured assessments, treatment and documentation of clients. Provide

screenings and/or evaluations for each child as appropriate in order to determine

that child’s need for speech/language therapy if the Interagency Child Find cannot

provide the service. The SLP shall provide, as determined by the IEP, a written

treatment plan for each child diagnosed as needing speech/language services;

the plan shall include measurable goals and objectives and meet the school district

IEP. The SLP will travel to classrooms and provide inclusive therapy. We offer full time,

part time and on-call positions. This position follows the school year (August – May),

with summers off.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology with a Clinical Fellowship Year

(CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required. Must possess or obtain

a Colorado Department of Education (CDE Type E Certificate). Candidate must

have computer experience, ability to multi-task, patience and excellent

communication skills.
