Provide analysis of current and projected utility tariff schedules and installation load requirements
Develop strategies for alternate tariff schedules based on peak shaving or other load altering projects supported by detailed financial modeling
Will work closely with Team Financial Analysts to ensure incorporation of proper macro- economic assumptions

Develops and provides training to local users of the ESS system.

As a CACI-Wexford Lessons Learned Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team assisting the US Special Operations Command Lessons Learned Program. Save lives, resources, and time through aggressive global collection, analysis, outreach, and dissemination of relevant U.S. Special Operations Forces observations, insights, and lessons to the Special Operations Forces (SOF) warfighter and Joint Community.

Summary
Provide expertise, advisement, coordination, and recommendations on all phases of electrical project development and implementation in direct support of the Facilities Management Section. As a member of the Facilities Subject Matter Expert (SME) Engineering Cell, advises on electrical engineering design, project planning, space planning, building code analysis and compliance, and construction design reviews and oversight. Advise members of the Facilities management team and contractors to promote effective support of facilities operations, as well as agency-specific operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes the following:
Serves as the principal advisor to the Facilities Manager; advises on the development and implementation comprehensive project schedules and the presentation, review and tracking of approved project(s) changes and supervise the production of updated schedules.
Develops and/or reviews planning documents; develop design concepts and detailed designs; conducts building code compliance evaluations.
Performs peer review of plans, specification, and technical reports prepared by others.
Develops cost benefit analysis; design life cycle cost estimates; scopes of work; and conducts technical and feasibility studies.
Works closely with Facility Manager to ensure contract stipulations and requirements are properly followed by all contractors who perform maintenance and construction activities/projects in support of Facilities. Report to Facility Manager or designated representative when contract provisions are not properly being performed by Contractors.
Identifies a variety of alternatives for meeting current and anticipated project requirement and advises the Facility Manager on how to meet project needs from the availability of contractors and their expertise to the employable use of local assets, i.e. USG or contract. Recommends the most viable options and develops action plans and strategies to implement approved options.
Ensures that all required project actions are understood and carried out in accordance with the decisions and directions of senior leadership, including following-up on decisions and ensuring the completion of required actions in a timely manner.
Advises appropriate DOS personnel on the preparation of reports, papers, and other documents for senior leadership, including sensitive documents for Chief of Mission-level action.
Ensures that all documents are well-written, in proper format, timely, complete, and fully coordinates with other affected organizations. Oversees/leads the production of design and technical information; the development and/or review planning documents; and maintains agreed technical and design standards.
Develops detailed written assessments of the effectiveness of Facilities projects. Identifies areas of potential improvement in efficiency and effectiveness and recommends specific actions to bring about needed improvements.
Works closely with the key stakeholders in planning complex, high priority special projects involving Facilities; coordinates the involvement of architectural, civil/structural, mechanical, and specialty disciplines; and provides support in project design, bid, and construction phases.

The position provides information about the WIC Overseas Program and services provided in Europe to TRICARE, local commands and agencies as requested. At the direction of the Program Manager (PM), the WIC Overseas Theater Liaison Office maintains statistical reports in the European Theater working with the various governments in Europe.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes the following:
Advise, communicate and coordinate information about WIC Overseas program activities to commands, medical treatment facilities, and other interested parties.
Coordinate, establish and maintain communications between and among all stakeholders to ensure success of the WIC Overseas Program
Coordinate directly with TRICARE Eurasia Africa Command reference relocation or changes to the various WIC Overseas offices and resolve issues which may arise between local WIC Overseas offices and the various military communities.
Oversee and ensure contract and employee work authorizations/ visas are coordinated with the various European governments.
Maintain the European WIC Overseas Liaison Office to ensure personnel records and other files are available as required.
Collect, organize, and maintain data pertaining to the WIC Overseas operation in the European theater
Prepare statistical and narrative reports and briefings as required; to include compilation of biannual participant satisfaction survey data

TJFACT is seeking to hire a Counterintelligence Analyst II to join our Team in Quantico, VA!
The Analyst will be an integral part of a Government and Contractor Team responsible for counterintelligence support to technology protection focus areas, while collaborating with counterparts throughout the DoD and other government agencies.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Perform analysis of OSI's counterintelligence investigations to identify patterns aiding in efforts to identify foreign intelligence entities and other adversarial threats to DAF and DOD programs. Present those findings to OSI Center leadership and other OSI customers as appropriate, both orally and in writing. When appropriate and/or necessary, author analysis in adherence to Director of National Intelligence established analytic tradecraft standards.
Conduct long-term studies using a variety of statistical analysis to draw conclusions and estimate probabilities based upon knowledge of economic, geographic, and social information from current and past situations associated with foreign intelligence threats to DAF and DOD technologies and associated supply chains. Present findings and recommendations to appropriate government officials as identified by OSI Center leadership, both orally and in writing.
Support counterintelligence investigations and operations with focused analysis in order to evaluate the significance of the information collected, extract and further disseminate relevant threat information, identify investigative leads, provide assistance to the case agent, and coordinate actions within the law enforcement and counterintelligence communities.
Identify trends and actions of intellectual property theft and technology transfer investigated by OSI. Provide informational briefings outlining findings to facilitate the DAF's efforts to prevent such theft/loss.
Identify access and threat vectors commonly exploited by foreign intelligence, or other adversaries, to target DAF/DOD programs and associated supply chains. Provide informational briefings in support of the DAF's risk mitigation efforts.
Produce and publish analytical products via portal, SharePoint and other electronic methods for OSI Center leadership, OSI field units and DAF senior leadership.
Summarize work efforts, meetings, project statuses, and accomplishment in the form of Weekly activity reports (WAR).
Support collection efforts by authoring intelligence report evaluations, source-directed requirements, and/or assisting with the development or update of strategic and ad hoc collection requirements in support of DAF technology protection efforts.
Minimum Required Skills
Must have at least three (3) years of experience with collecting, evaluating and analyzing raw and processed intelligence reporting concerning threats to DOD technologies.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of counterintelligence functional services, collection, investigations, and operations.
Specific knowledge and at least one (1) year of experience conducting research across multiple acquisition and intelligence databases and networks such as, but not limited to CHROME, TAC, SAM, EDGAR, and Lexis Nexis to prepare foreign intelligence threat assessment reports for technology protection.
Must have at least three (3) years of experience working in the principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis and research to include statistical methods; link, pattern and timeline analysis; and database manipulation. Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated knowledge in the authorship of finished intelligence which adheres to DNI analytic tradecraft standards.
Must have at least three (3) years of experience using analytical software and presentation tools, such as Analyst Notebook, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe suite products. The contractor must be able to use these tools without extensive training.

provide the service. The SLP shall provide, as determined by the IEP, a written
