JOB SUMMARY (what must be accomplished and equipment used to perform job functions such as computers, tools, machines, materials, etc.)
Serves as a telephone outside plant technician responsible for installation, relocation, repair and preventive maintenance on all base telephone equipment as stated in the Statement of Work; Completes workload assignments and comply with procedural policies. Work assigned shift and follow all government and company policies. Performs all duties as stated in the Contract Statement of Work which requires the use of tact, courtesy, judgment and professionalism.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (duties and responsibilities and percentage of time spent performing functions).
• Performs periodic maintenance of cable plant and end instruments to ensure proper operation, to include all associated telephone test, frame, wiring and auxiliary equipment.
• Installs, repairs, replaces and removes customer telephone end instruments and wiring. Installs and removes copper and fiber optic cables as required.
• Provides updates of cable records, outside wire and cable plant
• Troubleshoots base cable plant using of appropriate test equipment. Completes job related paperwork.
• Assists in accomplishing supply actions and is accountable for tools, test equipment and material.
• Assists in surveys of proposed projects.
• Assists inside plant personnel when required.
• Advises the Outside Plant lead when cable plant changes require expansion and update to CEFR drawings.
• Resolves and annotates customer complaints immediately and involves the project manager
• Notifies Outside Plant lead of any problems related to maintenance activities
• Complete all maintenance activities are handled in an expedient and professional manner.
• Retain knowledge in conforming to the established maintenance procedures. Must maintain proficient on telephone, cable and test equipment.
• Complete training, on-the-job training for installation standards and procedures, methods and regulations. Must maintain proficiency
• Complies with Aleut Global Solutions and contract Statement of Work directives.
• Observes safe working practices and complies with security procedures and makes sure all technicians are aware and trained on all Safety and Security procedures.
• Reports all outages and problems to the Outside plant lead.
• Participate in all Base Exercises and ensure co-workers are aware of exercise situation.

Description: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide in-depth financial, budgetary, scheduling and risk analyses of LogiCore’s contracts and programs. This position is also responsible for planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting project requirements by defining and establishing financial and other resources necessary to ensure conformance to the projects requirements. The Project Control Analyst is responsible for recognizing risks immediately, developing strategies to mitigate the risks, and ultimately avoid future risks.
Additionally, the Project Control analyst is responsible for monitoring and reporting on performance against project plans to ensure the goals are met. This position is also required to provide weekly status reports to the management staff addressing any project issues. 6. Intelligence Analyst (Fort Monroe, Virginia)

• Create detailed intelligence preparation of the battlespace (IPB) using geospatial information system (GIS) tools, identifying key terrain, lines of communications, population distribution patterns, health care centers, sources of food and water, and other pertinent information; determining airport capabilities, ground traffic patterns, main thoroughfares, potential congestion points that might effect assistance or evacuation operations; identifying potential outlying areas to shelter evacuees and determine food and potable water sources at outlying areas. Identify key locations and information distribution capabilities for local and state emergency services.
• Assist in conducting analysis of foreign terrorist CBRNE capabilities and intentions of using CBRNE against domestic targets.
• Develop a capability to spot, track and interpret trends and patterns among terrorist groups.
• Establish working relationships with the United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) Combined Intelligence Fusion Center and national-level intelligence agencies to ensure the availability of products and assessments to the JTF-CS at all times.
• Provide input to determine the potential threats and their impact on the CBRNE CM mission and advise the J2 on force protection posture while deployed and in garrison.
• Coordinate CBRNE threat analysis with the JTF-CS Law Enforcement/Force Protection Officer.
• Model consequences and coordinate weapons effects results with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the Department of Energy, and the US Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine, and other federal agencies as necessary.
• Develop, review and comment on CBRNE consequence management related intelligence doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures. Establish basic intelligence and information requirements and direct the preparation of support packets for CBNRE CM operations.
• Represent JTF-CS J2 as required in the Joint Planning Group (JPG) or Joint Planning Augmentation Cell (JPAC).
• Assist in the development of Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIR) and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) both in garrison and in a deployed setting.
• Prepare and deliver to the JTF-CS staff intelligence threat briefings on a routine basis to support the Command situational awareness and planning efforts.
• Interface with the JTF-CS staff on the issues that may require access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) or be required to attend meetings in Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).
• Coordinate geospatial information and services support from agencies such as the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA).
• Assist in conducting analysis of foreign terrorist CBRNE capabilities.
• Develop intelligence estimates, plans, and annexes appropriate to supporting JTF-CS consequence management operations.
• Assist in the determination of intelligence requirements and objectives in support of CBRNE consequence management exercises.
• Coordinate efforts with JFCOM/J2 for interaction with JFCOM components and subordinates, national agencies and other commands to ensure consistency with exercise plans, concepts and objectives.
• Prepare briefings on the intelligence aspects of consequence management exercises.

Experience: The Intelligence analyst must have a military intelligence all-source analytic background, extensive experience in production of intelligence preparation of the battle space (IPB) products and experience in working with computer automated analytic tools, databases, and spreadsheets. Prefer candidates with analytical experience in asymmetric threat, WMD proliferation and/or terrorism. Basic Automated Data Processing (ADP) skills should include Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ADP systems supporting intelligence production and analysis, specifically Joint Deployable Intelligence Support System (JDISS), INTELINK and the Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DODIIS) Automated Message Handling System (AMHS), is desirable. Previous operational tours in a military intelligence all-source production center and/or serving in an intelligence capacity on a joint staff are desired. Effective written and verbal communications skills, to include briefing senior-level audiences, are required. The Contractor must possess a TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility, preferably with a current background investigation on file with the Defense Security Service, to complete specified tasks.

Knowledge of ESRI software required and includes the ArcGIS 9 suite, ArcIMS, ArcSDE and ArcObjects programming with Visual Basic .NET. Knowledge of Web technology to include Web Server administration and HTML/XML development and experience using JAVA scripts. Knowledge of Hazard Modeling and Simulation of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) events is desired. 9. Senior Program Support Manager (Colorado Springs, CO)

NEK is currently accepting resumes for a Senior Program Support Manager. Under the supervision of the Director of Contracts, the Senior Program Support Manager (Sr. PSM) is the overall manager for Contracts Administration, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Logistics System oversight, Business Development to include management of Electronic Warfare contracting opportunities and connectivity with other Colorado Springs DoD and civilian contractors. The Sr. PSM provides contract support activities to include: tracking and reporting of performance, schedule, cost, quality control, and logistics; Develop financial programmatic systems to include Program Cost Reports (PCRs), Program Status Reports (PSRs) and other Program Management contractual cost reporting requirements; monitor and manage contract performance assurance to include development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items, contract and/or Task Order reporting deliverables and schedule management in accordance with contractual obligations. Candidate must exercise independent judgment, and interface with Civilian and Government Program Management personnel, contract support personnel, and all Prime and/or Subcontracting team members as required. The Sr. PSM supports Directors and Program Managers to meet contracting requirements of civilian or government Prime and/or Subcontracts.

Requirements:

The qualified candidate shall possess: excellent supervisory and management skills, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work well with others; computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases (e.g. Excel other Microsoft Office applications); complete knowledge of Project and Program Management requirements related to existing and proposed contracts as well as strong knowledge and/or experience within Department of Defense related Project and/or Program Management; knowledge of the principles and practices of automated information systems, office procedures, and data processing; skill in interfacing effectively in a complex and dynamic work environment; strong organizational skills with an advanced ability to multi-task; skill in proposal technical specifications as they relate to contract administration; an ability to work independently on complex tasks and non-routine matters; detailed working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government cost accounting to include Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and reportable contract items; experience with accounting systems (e.g., Deltek/JAMIS) or similar enterprise management software; experience with DoD Prime and Subcontract administration; experience in conducting meetings with other contractors to include large and small businesses; fifteen years of experience that is directly related to DoD or government contracting; ten years of military contracting experience, Source Selection Authority, Technical Monitor and/or other directly related DoD contracting experience; Experience with preparation and submission of Contract Data Requirements list (CDRL); experience with the proposal management processes; familiarity with accounting system software is a plus.

A Bachelor's degree is required, although a master's degree is preferred along with the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Description
Key Role:
Supports the TEX director in the management of JUONs requests and, RFFs, ensuring that they are properly processed and tracked from receipt to delivery of requested equipment and forces. Provide leadership and administrative support and control of other TEX contractors.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Program Manager or a Site Manager, ability to work with Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) on recurring reports, able to analyze fiscal status of the work under his purview and alert the COR and COTR of pending issues. Bachelor's degree. Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
Additional Qualifications:
Masters Degree in business or a technical field.

Experience as a Substitute for Education. Five years of experience in excess of the minimum requirement will satisfy one education level requirement. This is a lead role, from writing requirements, vendor interface, detail design and production, including the following key elements:

 Perform a broad range of design and review tasks associated with the implementation of standard aeronautical techniques, procedures and/or criteria as they apply to the technical aspects of a program
 Use own knowledge and information supplied relative to the technical or administrative aspects of the program to perform technical studies and analyses, and prepare inputs to program documentation as it relates to the aeronautical and aerodynamic areas
