Description
A-T Solutions, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for experienced and qualified CIDNE QA/QC Managers to support the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) or United States Force-Afghanistan (USFOR-A). This effort provides staff augmentation to the existing intelligence staffs at multiple tactical and operational echelons with the Combined Joint Operating Area - Afghanistan (CJOA-A) for the purpose of providing administrative, analytical, planning and reporting functions. The performance of duties is designed to support US and Coalition Forces in the CJOA-A. This effort will support and augment, not replace Government military and civilian personnel. Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated, based on skill sets, into military/civilian (MIL/CIV) intelligence operations and support (both static/permanent facilities and mobile locations). This position requires staff to be self-reliant; versatile; comfortable working in a military expeditionary environment; diplomatic; and effective communicators. This position involves 6-month deployment rotations in Afghanistan.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Functions as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of USFOR-A, CJTF Paladin, Regional Command, BCT/RCT/MEU/MEB/Coalition BDE, and Battalion CJ2 staffs' analytical requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities -

Education and Experience -
• A minimum of 6 year's operating and/or performing system administration on automated information processing systems.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent military experience preferred.
• Shall have a high level of proficiency operating, maintaining and troubleshooting database software tools. Experience with CIDNE preferred.
Certifications and Other Qualifications -

Job Description: The Collection Management Officer (CMO) position is to support a USG customer by providing guidance on intelligence collection and directing the dissemination of raw intelligence products. Responsibilities include establishing tasking requirements, targeting resources, validating source bona fides, and evaluating sources and their intelligence production. The position requires a thorough understanding of clandestine, technical and overt intelligence collection methods. The individual must understand the relative significance of international developments and strategic policy issues affecting the U.S. and its allies to make sure that various collection programs are kept in proper perspective.
Education: BA or BS; or 7 years of practical experience in intelligence, intelligence analysis, East Asia (EA) regional expertise, counterintelligence (CI), and/or information operations (IO).
Required Skills: ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ Full Scope (Lifestyle) Polygraph. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in human intelligence (HUMINT) operations and intelligence reporting. • Interfaces with higher, lateral and subordinate commands/organizations' Collection and Requirements Managers including entities within ANSF/GIRoA to answer intelligence related RFIs and de-conflict or collaborate on AOR C-IED requirements and reporting.
• Conducts presentations and briefings when required.
• Conducts comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on IED-related current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit's mission.
• Transition next-tour replacement personnel on SOP.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities -

Education and Experience -
• A minimum of 3 year's collection management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with HUMINT experience required.

A-T Solutions is seeking a full-time Counterintelligence Support Specialist ready and willing to deploy as needed.
Job Description: Interviews walk-in sources, conducts screenings and liaisons, supports security/OPSEC/force protection programs and produces timely written reports and assessments. Provides direct support to CI Teams and Counterintelligence Support Teams (CST)s, as appropriate. The CI shall provide routine and recurring support to CI and HUMINT activities from fixed and secure locations (defined, bases, camps, and installations). CI Support Specialists conduct activities such as debriefing of personnel, coordination with installation units/personnel, support to OPSEC/SAEDA awareness programs, CI/security assessments, screening of locally employed persons (LEP screening), initial handling of walk-in sources, CI support to force protection, intelligence report writing/quality control, support to CI investigations or SAEDA cases, CI activities, and can support other operations within the scope of this SOW. Education Requirements: This position requires individuals to be government trained counterintelligence agents with a minimum of 4 years of experience; however, on a case by case basis, a DoD HUMINT officer or a badge and credentialed Law Enforcement officer with at least 6 years on an accredited Local/State/or Federal Law Enforcement Agency is acceptable.
Job Requirements:
• The contractor shall be knowledgeable of Army/Joint counterintelligence procedures, doctrine and practices; and data processing systems such as CIDNE, DSOMS, and CHIMS or its replacement system and SIPRNET search engines.

Description
A-T Solutions, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for experienced and qualified All-Source Intelligence Analysis to support the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) or United States Force-Afghanistan (USFOR-A). This effort provides staff augmentation to the existing intelligence staffs at multiple tactical and operational echelons with the Combined Joint Operating Area - Afghanistan (CJOA-A) for the purpose of providing administrative, analytical, planning and reporting functions. The performance of duties is designed to support US and Coalition Forces in the CJOA-A. This effort will support and augment, not replace Government military and civilian personnel. Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated, based on skill sets, into military/civilian (MIL/CIV) intelligence operations and support (both static/permanent facilities and mobile locations). This position requires staff to be self-reliant; versatile; comfortable working in a military expeditionary environment; diplomatic; and effective communicators. This position involves 6-month deployment rotations in Afghanistan.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Functions as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of USFOR-A, CJTF Paladin, Regional Command, BCT/RCT/MEU/MEB/Coalition BDE, and Battalion CJ2 staffs' analytical requirements.
• Responsible for analysis, reporting, database management and dissemination of IED and C-IED mission analysis briefings and annexes, High Value Individual targeting products, IED threat network nodal analysis, and all-source exploitation of documents and media from C-IED operations and detainees.
• Responsible for researching, developing, presenting and publishing all-source intelligence products at the tactical and operational level related to insurgent IED cell activities, and threats to local/regional stability as part of an overall C-IED analytical team.
• Conducts analysis of insurgents who are directly linked to the acquisition, production, transportation, emplacement and employment of IEDs.
• Provides input to multiple Government requirements and objectives, assists with the analysis and production of various intelligence products specifically focused on the C-IED mission set, and supplies analytical support for senior Military leaders.
• Attends meetings and conducts comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on IED-related current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit's mission.
• Maintain and document configuration management.
• Transition next-tour replacement personnel on SOP.

A-T Solutions is seeking a full-time All-Source Requirements Collection Specialist ready and willing to deploy as needed.
Job Description: Works in the ISAF/USFOR-A and IJC CJ2 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division (ISR-D). The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all ISR collection requirements and ensures all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the ATO.
The All-Source Requirements Collection Specialist shall monitor various systems for new nominated requirements, validates, and distributes them as required. The contractor shall develop training tools as required on all aspects of ISR-D mission accomplishment.
The contractor shall interface with Client and external and internal ISAF/USFOR-A Collection and Requirements Specialist and Managers including entities within ANSF/GIRoA to answer intelligence related RFIs and deconflict or collaborate on theater HUMINT requirements and reporting. The All-Source Requirements Collection Specialist shall give presentations and briefings when required. The contractor shall travel (ground/air), as required, throughout the JCOA-A, in order to accomplish directed support activities. Purpose and Scope: The ATTAC (Asymmetric Threat and Tactical Analysis Casebook) Field Support Representative (FSR) provides training, software installation, and subject matter expertise to users of ATTAC software deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). ATTAC is a field reporting software program designed to create and manage digital evidence and 2D diagrams. ATTAC software enables operators in the field to quickly and accurately diagram and capture information related to SIGACTs including Counter-IED, Post Blast, and other events. The ATTAC FSR will be deployed in support of Task Force Paladin (Afghanistan) for 6 months at a time. When deployed they will act as an onsite subject matter expert (SME) providing all necessary support and consulting for the effective implementation and use of ATTAC software in theater. Activities to be performed include software installation, license tracking, reporting and consulting. The FSR will also perform user training as well as interact with both users and ATTAC software development teams to identify new requirements and software enhancements. The FSR should have instructor experience and be capable of training small groups of students in how to use software. ATTAC experience is not required - software training will be provided. The FSR should be familiar with general Information Technology subject areas and be comfortable in the use of technology. Recent OIF or OEF experience is beneficial but not required. General knowledge and familiarity with EOD or Counter IED field operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ø Train personnel on how to use ATTAC software, answer user questions, and provide guidance to individuals and small groups as necessary
Ø Work independently with Task Force HQ officers and senior enlisted to coordinate and schedule training and software installation/maintenance support

Description
A-T Solutions is currently accepting qualified resumes for an immediate hire as a CENTCOM Field Service Representative (FSR) for a 10-12 month deployment in Afghanistan. The ideal candidate would have recent Afghanistan experience with an EOD or technical background instructing, briefing, tracking requirements, maintaining accountability of equipment and the ability to trouble-shoot circuits and wiring in the field. The position requires approximately six (6) weeks of CENTCOM pre-deployment training and FSR Training in King George VA.
Security Requirements: Current Top Secret clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) eligibility within 24 months.
Experience Qualifications.
- Working closely with military units in a war zone.
- Training military units.
- With technical hardware, electronics (communications gear, computers, troubleshooting circuits and wiring) and downloading software preferred.
- TS/SCI clearance required

Typical Duties and Responsibilities.
- Brief high level military commanders and users on system status and program effectiveness.
- Trouble shoot installed hardware/software on site.
- Work with CONUS based team to resolve outstanding hardware/software problems.
- Track and distribute additional equipment as it is shipped from the manufacturer to the end user.
- Test and verify functionality of received hardware.
- Develop discrepancy reports upon identification of problems encountered with equipment.
- Serve as primary contact in country to receive and track validated requirements for additional units/systems and communicate those requirements back to the CONUS team.
- Train available personnel on system usage and capabilities.
- Provide liaison support to facilitate communication between the CONUS based development and the end user to record and track end user system requirements and functionality requests.
- Travel with military units to remote locations in the CENTCOM AOR to perform FSR duties.
- Perform field modifications as needed to support local environmental conditions unique to a given deployment.

Additional considerations.
- Travel Worldwide: The candidate will be deployed to the CENTCOM area of operations. Travel to dangerous or hostile environments may meet eligibility for DBA, hazard, and post differential rate adjustments.
- Mentally and Physically Fit: The candidate must be able to deploy and work in combat environments.
- Emergent Requirements Support: The candidate may be required to provide support, to include 24/7 operations, in support of emergent requirements responding to world events. OCONUS personnel are expected to work 70 hours a week or per commander's guidance.

Description
A-T Solutions, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for experienced and qualified CIDNE Operators to support THE International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) or United States Force-Afghanistan (USFOR-A). This effort provides staff augmentation to the existing intelligence staffs at multiple tactical and operational echelons with the Combined Joint Operating Area - Afghanistan (CJOA-A) for the purpose of providing administrative, analytical, planning and reporting functions. The performance of duties is designed to support US and Coalition Forces in the CJOA-A. This effort will support and augment, not replace Government military and civilian personnel. Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated, based on skill sets, into military/civilian (MIL/CIV) intelligence operations and support (both static/permanent facilities and mobile locations). This position requires staff to be self-reliant; versatile; comfortable working in a military expeditionary environment; diplomatic; and effective communicators. This position involves 6-month deployment rotations in Afghanistan.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Functions as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analyst in support of USFOR-A, CJTF Paladin, Regional Command, BCT/RCT/MEU/MEB/Coalition BDE, and Battalion CJ2 staffs' analytical requirements.
• Performs quality assurance/quality control of IED activity and data CIDNE data entry process and content.
• Provide information assurance, configuration, and security.
• Maintain and document configuration management.
• Transition next-tour replacement personnel on SOP.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities -
• Physical ability and commitment to deploy to Afghanistan for a period of no longer than 180 days, working 12-hour days 7-days a week.
• Familiarity with ATTAC, CIDNE, WTI Lexicon and SIPRNET.
Education and Experience -
• A minimum of 4 year's operating and/or performing system administration on automated information processing systems.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent military experience preferred.
• Shall have a high level of proficiency operating, maintaining and troubleshooting database software tools. Experience with CIDNE preferred.
Certifications and Other Qualifications -
• Prior U.S. Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 25B, 25N, 250N, 251A, 35F or service equivalent required.
• U.S. citizenship with a current Secret security clearance required.
