Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking a Manager of Pricing and Rate Options responsible for overseeing staffing, budgeting and overall day to day operations of the Pricing Department within our Planning & Finance Division. In this position, you will be responsible for directing the development of rates and pricing strategies for all four services which includes electric, gas, water and wastewater to ensure adequate revenue recovery. You will also direct the development and management of rate options to provide customers choice and oversee industry bench-marking to monitor pricing competitiveness of all four services.
Responsibilities include:
•Develop forecasts that drive the enterprise resource plans, provides pricing strategies, and implement rate designs that foster efficient usage of system resources and generate sufficient revenue to support strong financial metrics
•Analyze and design rate structures for all services including special contracts, economic development, targeted demand side management strategies and Regional Water partnerships

Although much of this work may be delegated, the center NP/PA maintains the ultimate responsibility for the quality of work performed.
• Diagnosis and treatment of illness and injury, including the center NP/PA's availability on center for acute illness and injury visits.
• Arrangements for preventive immunizations and detection and control of communicable diseases as specified in PRH-6 and the Immunization and Communicable Disease Control TAG.
• Provision of all necessary referrals for specialist and institutional care and assisting in reviewing follow up information from such off-center referrals.
• Providing a system of 24-hour emergency back-up coverage/referral.
