NCI: As the Air National Guard (ANG) Mission Planning SSR your job is to work directly for the Operations/Intelligences Group Commander (or designated representative) to provide support of mission spectrum systems, which includes PFPS/Falconview, MPS, JMPS, XPLAN etc., and other ancillary systems. Your prior experience and skills will have you working closely with crewmembers on a daily basis to establish and define suitable mission parameters to meet operational objectives and safety requirements based on technical military knowledge and experience. Your technical experience have you providing system administration and mission spectrum support at a specified Air National Guard installation(s) and serve as the Functional System Administrator (FSA) on the NIPRnet and SIPRnet representing the ANG for Mission Spectrum Support. Highlights of Responsibilities:

* Maintain hardware / software configuration management of certified MPEs.
* Implement Security Practices and Procedures (SPP) for Automated Information Systems (AIS) utilized for classified (Secret, Top Secret and Special Access Required security) mission spectrum purposes.

* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline (or Technical School Certificate related to computer systems; or the equivalent military training).
* Minimum of 2 years experience working with various elements of aircraft performance factors such as climb rates, turn radius, cargo / stores capacity, and fuel burn.

Required skills:
Receiving: Read and verify packing labels and lists, unload pallets of newly arrived equipment, inspect equipment for damage, enter newly received equipment into the computer system, place new equipment in the appropriate locations, and arrange for the return of any damaged equipment.

Qualifications and Evaluations
To qualify for this position at the GS-13 grade level you must posses the following:
One full year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service senior level managing an IT portfolio with varied types of investments in products, services, and future plans and developing agreements to improve the level of service in the IT arena.
To qualify for this position at the GS-14 grade level you must posses the following:
One full year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service senior level advising customers on the Capital Planning and Investment Control process and developing and implementing agency-wide project management procedures, tools, templates, and activities.

The Security Administrator III is part of the Systems and Security Branch team and is responsible for providing security oversight, management and control of Special Access Programs and clandestinely enabled effects in support of the USSTRATCOM assigned missions.

• Provide assistance in the management of the Special Access Programs (SAP) indoctrinations, debriefings and access certifications for personnel assigned and shall update local, service, and DoD security databases with the required data and information as required
