1. Senior Business Development Analyst (Sarasota, Florida)
Lockheed-Martin is looking for a Senior Business Development Analyst for
their Gyrocam subsidiary based in Sarasota, Florida. The ideal
candidate will have been previously employed by a DoD entity and was
engaged in the source selection/acquisition of Electro-Optics
surveillance and force protection systems. Because of the U.S.
Government's "Revolving Door Policy", the qualified candidate should
have left government employment/service prior to January 2010.
Appearing below is a description of the position including required
qualifications/skills. Based on candidate qualifications, the salary
range for this position is between $115,000 to $140,000. Relocation

Specific Job Description

Candidate will provide Business Development skills to Lockheed's Gyrocam
subsidiary. The specific focus is on electro-optical systems for
surveillance and force protection. Additional duties include building
capture strategies, contact win plans, and providing support to a matrix
integrated program team. The goal is to build and capture a larger EO
related domestic market for Missiles and Fire Control (MFC).

Standard Job Description

Evaluates and reviews consumer research, point-of-sale and syndicated
data. Reports findings for major marketing, distribution, and
manufacturing proposals and their impact on the sales function.
Participates in the central development and implementation of new
products and re-launches, new business building programs, sales
rationale, etc. May also participate in presales or sales meetings to
review proposed plans. Functions as a liaison between regional sales and
marketing function. Provides and/or initiates sales analysis affecting
distribution, spending as it relates to volume, brand promotional
strategy, and selling tools.

Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance-U.S Citizens only

Typical Minimums

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or

breakdown to allow for immediate repairs and also to assist with the long-term repair of situations.

•Provide occasional engineering assistance to contract engineering or production engineering to

involve drawing interpretation, quality inspection or packing procedures.
•Oversee the installation and completion of the technical service manual which is custom made for
each contract order and sent to the customer to allow for proper installation of the CE
product. Work with engineering, purchasing, production and sales to ensure that the manuals are
completed and on time to the customer.
•Assist in orienting and training less experienced employees.
•Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine.
•Install, service or perform repairs to various types of Conveying Equipment at customer
sites. Perform trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality to meet established
specifications. Instruct customers on the operation or proper use of equipment, train customer
employees on how to maintain machinery. Operate in the field on-call or provide technical support
to assigned customers and/or their assigned agents (contractors). Work closely with all other
technical support entities to ensure the plans and activities are communicated in a timely manner.
Position Requirements

•Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures.

Qualifications - Physical Fitness – the successful candidate must take and pass a three event PT test consisting of pushups (65), sit-ups(65), and a 3 mile run (24 minutes or less). Responsible for performing network infrastructure cabling installations associated with internet, telephone, and video installations and service (troubleshooting) for U.S. Government Agency.

A minimum of two (2) years directly related experience installing, maintaining, and inspecting communication CAT5, CAT6 or Fiber optic infrastructures.

Assist with site surveys, develop technical solutions, install, configure, troubleshoot cabling solutions to (ANSI) TIA / EIA standards. Overall responsibility for the Installation, upgrade, and inspection of secure facility Government network infrastructures. Ensures that company quality standards and (ANSI)TIA/EIA standards 568-B.1, B.2-1, B.3, 569-A and various state and local codes are met for all projects.

Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT), including G.O. 95 and G.O. 128, (when applicable) is beneficial.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position at the GS-12 level you must possess at least one of the following:
One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is described as experience that demonstrates the ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and all-hazard planning.

Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites that require functioning under intense physical and mental stress.

• Serve as an expert and consultant to top agency management official to provide advice on and direct the formulation of geospatial information and technology approaches needed to support agency mission, initiatives, and priorities.
• Coordinates work efforts with the Assistant Administrator for Response, Assistant Administrator for Recovery, Assistant Administrator for Logistics Management, Director of the Office of FCO Operations, and the Office of the Administrator.
• Performs advanced needs analyses to define opportunities to formulate new and/or improved business process solutions relevant to GIS and associated Web-Based GIS applications.
• Perform a variety of market analyses and configuration design tasks associated with the acquisition and/or development of agency enterprise GIS.
• Consult with customers on specific requirements, and provides extensive programmatic technical expertise and guidance in the development of optimum solutions to obtaining necessary Geospatial Services.
• Provide leadership to FEMA and other Federal agencies supporting the National Response Framework in the development of disaster situation assessment programs and policies.

Qualifications and Evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position at the GS-15 level you must possess at least one of the following:
At least one year of specialized experience, managing and coordinating a geospatial information program, including developing policies and procedures, and identifying strategies for the advancement of GIS and Information Technology use, to create solutions to highly complex disaster operations support problems and issues.
Time-in-Grade Requirements: Status applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade in the Federal service. To be creditable, one (1) year is required at the GS-14 level for the GS-15.
All qualifications and grade equivalency requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the closing date of this announcement.

Desired Qualifications:
Ballistic missile defense experience with Ground Test, Exercises, Training and/or Performance Assessment. Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities. Familiarity with BMDS real world operations. Systems Engineering experience of large, complex weapons systems and systems of systems.

Required Education: BS with MS preferred in Engineering or applicable Engineering Sciences, Quantitative Science, or computing field and typically more than 7 years experience in a system engineering classification.
