*Duties/Responsibilities: *
This position will coordinate with the J2 to provide inputs and analysis
for the target working group to conduct analysis of threat information
and to recommend effects analysis as the mission requires.
? Adhere to and comply with standards outlined in CJCSI 3122.06,
3160.01, 3162.02, and 3370.01. The Joint Fires Support Specialist shall
be prepared and poised to plan, coordinate, support, execute, and/or

CROWS II Weapon System - Field Service Representative (FSR) in IRAQ
Candidates must be eligible for a SECRET Clearance Required, current
SECRET clearance preferred
Monthly Pay Range: $10,000 with monthly pay increases and milestone bonuses
Time Period: IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY July (CONUS Factory and Onsite
Training) followed by deployment in mid-August (CRC to OCONUS Deployment
for 8 months)
Work Location: Iraq (specific locations provided later, after
verification of clearance and need-to-know)
Job Summary: ?Successful candidates will receive factory training for
approximately four weeks. Deploy to Kuwait in August with CROWS II
weapons system followed by deployment to a Forward Operating Base in
Iraq. Will be a Field Service Representative (FSR) and maintain and
train the CROWS II weapons system ensuring fully mission capable status.
Requirements:
- Willing to deploy for 8 months
- Technically adept and capable of rapidly learning CROWS II software
technologies.
- A high tolerance for change and ambiguity in a rapidly changing
mission space.
- Able to excel in deployed environments: can successfully interact US
government and military personnel.
- Must be able to live and adapt in austere environments.
- Able to work long hours on consecutive days/nights, when necessary, in
support of the mission.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products.
- Must have a current U.S. passport with at least 24 months of validity
remaining.
- Must be deployable (pass a physical) and willing to take required
vaccinations from CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) prior to deployment.

- Able to safely climb ladders while carrying 35 pounds.

Recovery Care Coordinator
*Position Summary:*
The Recovery Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for oversight for the
Recovering Service Member (RSM) and family through the continuum of
care. Responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of care, services,
and benefits needed for holistic recovery of the whole person and
life?long continuity of care.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of
importance; other duties may be assigned)*
1. ???? Serve as focal point to assist the RSM in his/her course through
the entire spectrum of non-medical care, management, reintegration and
rehabilitation services available from the Federal Government, including
services provided by the Department of Defense, the Department of
Veterans Affairs, the Department of Labor, and the Social Security
Administration.
2. ???? Communicate with the RSM and his/her family or other individuals
designated by the RSM regarding non-medical matters that arise during
his/her recovery, rehabilitation, reintegration and/or transition.
3. ???? In accordance with current DoD and VA Interagency Care
Coordination, serve as the lead coordinator responsible for the
development and delivery of services/resources through the Comprehensive
Recovery Plan (CRP) to ensure quality care and accountability as soon as
the RSM transitions to outpatient status.
4. ???? Conduct a needs assessment for the RSM and family to identify
goals and ensure needs are met. Based on RSM?s needs, develop,
implement, and provide oversight of the CRP as defined in DODI 1300.24.
5. ???? Conduct CRP briefings with RSM?s unit leadership and/or unit
immersion briefings for newly assigned unit commanders within 60-days of
assignment as directed by Site Lead (SL) or Regional Lead (RL.)
6. ???? Investigate, assess, and reassess when necessary; all client
cases involving multiple variables to determine both tangible and
intangible needs across the spectrum of DoD care domains within the CRP.
7. ???? Seek the best possible outcome for the RSM through conventional

specific information and benefits, VA benefits, programs, and Family

warrior care process to effectively influence COA execution.

through the National Resource Directory and other sources.

applicable guidance and USSOCOM operational requirements.
11. ? Coordinate/communicate to ensure successful transfer of RSM?s CRP
should he/she be moved to a different location for care.
12. ? Inactivate the CRP when the RSM has met all goals or declines
further support and maintain all documents according to applicable
USSOCOM policies.
13. ? Consult and collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams during
initial treatment phase and continuing throughout the continuum of care,
including support during the disability evaluation system process.
14. ? Ensure the RSM, family, and/or caregivers have access to all
medical and non-medical care management services including, but not
limited to medical care, rehabilitation, education, employment-related
programs, and disability benefits.
15. ? Manage the CRP, anticipating future challenges during phases of
recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration. Review and make
modifications in conjunction with the Recovery Team supporting the RSM,
family and/or caregiver.
16. ? Maintain communications and coordinate with agencies, in
coordination with and under the direction of the WCP to ensure delivery
of assistance and to resolve conflicts.
17. ? Assist in coordinating local and state resources, including
referral to Governmental and non-Governmental agencies, state and local
services and agencies, as appropriate, where the RSM and family reside.
18. ? Maintain detailed records of the RSM to document delivery of
benefits and medical and non-medical care.

organizations, Family Readiness Centers, training and employment

(OPFOR) ??to participate in National Guard training exercises across
West Virginia. Exercises are 11 days in length in mid-July 2024 and will
include weekdays and weekends. These roles are essential for creating
realistic, scenario-based training exercises to prepare our forces for
diverse operational environments. The selected individuals will portray
various Opposing Force military roles within simulated military
settings. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the
readiness and effectiveness of our military personnel.
Duties
Terrestris Chiefs will assist in providing realistic training aimed at
purposefully strengthening security and resilience through systematic
preparation for threats that pose the greatest risk to the security of
the nation. OPFOR Role Players will create the Enemy Force landscape of
the exercise to expand and test the strategic and tactical capabilities
of exercise participants. The OPFOR provides opportunities for exercise
participants to practice essential combat skills in a simulated
environment. As such, OPFORs will be asked to portray Opposing Force
fighters in the simulated operation.
Chiefs will be asked to manage 8-10 role players in each Lane and work
with Lane Controllers to accurately play a specific role and may have to
learn or create a backstory. Chiefs will be required to act and
improvise in multiple scenarios and participate in simulated training
and combat scenarios across the duration of the exercise.
OPFORS may be required to spend the night in the field (camp out).

? Must be recently separated 18 series (Green Beret per contract

Serves as a senior subject matter expert on national and Department of
