What You’ll Get
to Do:
As a
CACI-Wexford MASINT analyst, you will be a member of a team of analysts
providing MASINT reach back support to Improvised Threat, Emerging Technologies
and WMD efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units and
partners globally. This position serves as a Measurement and Signature
Intelligence (MASINT) subject-matter expert and technical authority with a
focus on current/near-term events, plans, developments and trends pertaining to
MASINT, the proliferation of WMD and nuclear/radiological events; issues
impacting weapons security; force protection; and force operability and
survivability against a broad spectrum of nuclear, biological, chemical and
other WMD events. As a MASINT subject matter expert, conducts applied research
on specific intelligence issues pertaining to emerging and WMD threats to US
and allied nations; provides written input to reports and briefings; assists
with answering requests for information (RFI); assists in research and
analytical data entries related to emerging and WMD; all for dissemination to
Agency leadership and its personnel, Combatant Commands and the Intelligence
Community (IC). As required, you will interact directly with the client, the
Improvised-Threat Community of Interest (CoI), WMD CoI, Emerging Threat CoI,
intelligence partners across the IC, and the deployed intelligence consumer
during the development of intelligence products to meet intelligence requests
for information. As required, you will planning, developing, and delivering
tailored intelligence capabilities and tools training to supported intelligence
consumers and partners. You will assist in providing quality assurance and
quality control over developed products to ensure they meet client standards
and follow Director of National Intelligence (DNI) standards.
More About the
Role:
While providing
reach back support, you will provide support to RFS responses developed by
embedded teammates supporting units forward; answer requests for support from
other intelligence consumers, and work closely with a wide variety of units,
institutions, and partners. You will assist with training and pre-deployment
training/preparation.
You will work
closely with other members of the team to monitor and identify capabilities and
vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and
key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You will assist with the development and maintenance of analytic policies and
procedures for processing, production, and dissemination of intelligence.
As required,
you will brief intelligence assessments and may represent the client
organization in fielding technical questions to support key assessments. You
may serve as a client liaison and coordinate with government personnel,
technical experts, and sub-contractors.
You’ll Bring
These Qualifications:
Current Top
Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
One to three
years of MASINT support to members of the IC.
Previous
experience with CBRNE/WMD related intelligence (to include CP, Nuclear Policy,
health/medical, arms control, weapons technology, etc.)
One to three
years intelligence analyst experience required.
More than five
years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency

Required Qualifications:
-Active T5 / Top Secret based on a
Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) is preferred.
-Minimum Secret clearance based on
a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI). Date of last investigation
cannot be older than 18 months and currently serving in a Secret billet.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

(FDR)
Assist customer FDO with oversight
and implementation of foreign disclosure programs within the program’s HQs and
subordinate units in theater.
Assist the customer FDO with the
release of Classified Military Information (CMI).
Apply the proper Release/Security
& Classification Markings on all disclosures or releases.
Provide assistance to all FDR's
(Foreign Disclosure Representatives), and program staff when questions arise
pertaining to Foreign Disclosure.
Assist subordinate commands and/or
staff personnel with Guidance on Foreign Disclosure policies and procedures.
Compile metrics to include how
many documents have been processed, at what classification level and to whom
they have been pushed to.
Assist FDO with the development of
periodic FDR training materials.
Provide an activity report rolling
up all weekly activities.
Minimum required qualifications –
• Education: Associate degree OR
four additional years of direct relevant intelligence, security or FDO
experience
• Experience – at least two years
Foreign Disclosure experience
• Specialized Training –
Completion of DIA DIE FDO Course (Tampa) and USCENTCOM FDO training IAW
USCENTCOM REGULATION 380-5
• Clearance – TS/SCI
• Able to work Independently with
or without Supervision, willing to deploy, work extended hours in a high OPSTEMPO
- Familiarity with USCENTCOM’s

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford SOF SIGINT
Analyst supporting the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threats, Operations,
and Planning Support (SOFETOPS). You will be responsible for advising and
providing SIGINT support to Special Operations on a global scale. Position
responds to SIGINT request for information from multiple Intelligence
Specialties (All Source, GEOINT, HUMINT) focused on solving difficult problem
sets that vary between projects, including long-term project efforts analysis
and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic
area, and targeted vulnerability.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must possess current TS/SCI with
CI poly.
Minimum 5 years of SIGINT
operational experience conduct researching, developing targets and utilizing
various SIGINT DNR/DNI tools.
Experience in providing SIGINT
analysis support to CT and regional analysis while interfacing/ collaborating
with other members of the intelligence community
Familiarity with GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI,
political/military analysis and support to targeting and development.
Advanced skills with SIGINT Support
to F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional
intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience.
Familiarity with Computer Network
Exploitation (CNE), to include performing network or nodal analysis of people,
organizations, and locations by fusing cyber data from sources including but
not limited to SIGINT, commercial databases, reporting, All Source, GEOINT and
OSINT analysis.
Advanced working and expert
knowledge of Digital Network applications, including methodologies and systems.
Strong background and firsthand
experience are required in the following analytical areas: Regional analysis,
Geo-Political analysis, SIGINT analysis, and collection management.
Highly proficient utilizing
current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to
support analytical efforts and product development.
Ability to train and mentor junior
SIGINT analyst.
Strong briefing skills.
Experience and knowledge of SOF
operations.
These Qualifications Would be Nice
to Have:
Minimum of ten (10) years
analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required,
with five (5) years at the operational level.
Knowledge of processes and tools
related to technical ELINT, DNI and other technical SIGINT disciplines.
Ability to provide briefing and
training on in-depth ELINT analysis and collection
Experience utilizing FADE,
Palantir, Analyst Notebook, and ANTS tools.
Researching Network Topologies,
Architectures and Protocols, Network Operations, Network Mapping, Network
Protocols, Network Exploitation of specific protocols and technologies.
Security+, Network+, CEH or CISSP
Experience with Python
