• Be prepared, on short notice, to deploy with JTF-CS to a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, High Explosive (CBRNE) incident site, establish command and control (C2) of designated DoD forces and provide Military Assistance to Civil Authorities (MACA) to save lives, prevent injury and provide temporary critical life support. JTF-CS will also initiate Crisis Action Planning in support of designated national Special Security Events (NSSE) that may number 12 to 14 per year. While CAP is underway, works schedules of 12 hours/day, 7 days/week for the duration of the CAP cycle will be required.

Provide specified, tailored, flexible and timely support to JTF-CS within the command-wide Alert Posture Level System (APLS). In support of short notice deployments, designated contractor personnel will be in an alert status that requires their response for immediate deployment within 2 hours.
Meet all JTF-CS medical readiness standards in order to be prepared for possible deployment to incident sites potentially affected by CBRNE weapons or devices. As a component of the JTF Force Readiness Program, each contractor will be required to receive JTF-CS identified immunizations, specifically, smallpox, anthrax, tetanus, typhoid, varicella, Hepatitis A & B, OPV (polio), and MMR.
