Staff in reducing threats from biological weapons, working with a
high-impact team to shape and implement policy intersecting national

Toxin Weapons Convention (BWC), the treaty to ban an entire class of
weapons of mass destruction. Multilateral efforts under the BWC umbrella
include developing innovative approaches to strengthen treaty

in life sciences, and strengthening international cooperation and
preparedness response to a deliberate or suspicious outbreak. BPS
coordinates the Department's efforts to implement the 2022 National

The Ideal Candidate will have primary responsibility for a portfolio of
life science, international public health, and biosecurity policy issues

researching emerging challenges and possible solutions, recommending
courses of action, and representing the Department and the United States
in a variety of interagency and international forums. This position is a
crash course in how science and security policy is made and how to do so
effectively - or an opportunity to bring those skills to bear on

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is required.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the government technology industry and a solid understanding of common digital & security challenges faced by organizations in their DevSecOps lifecycle is required.

TheSignals Intelligence Electronic Warfare (SI/EW) Systems Engineer?will
be responsible for applying practical knowledge to communication
technologies, navigation, and sensor systems in supportof Tactical

and scalable tailored to SLTE events. The signals solutions will
include: a wide variety of signals from wireless communications signals,
RADAR, and military communications signals. SI/EW Systems Engineer will
be required to network commercial-off-the-shelf/government-off-the-shelf
systems.

What You?ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-SOAS DTRA Counter Threat Network Intelligence Analyst, you
will provide embedded and reach back support to Countering Weapons of
Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Emerging Threats efforts and operations
executed by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners.
You will conduct multi-layered research and analysis to support CWMD and
emerging threats to support DTRA?s research and development of tactical,
operational, and strategic initiatives for the agency and its
associates. While most work is executed in the Northern Virginia area,
some overseas and other stateside travel opportunities exist. As
required, you will interact directly with deployed partners during the
development of analytical products to meet unit and subordinate element
requests for information. As required, you will plan, develop, and
deliver tailored analytical capabilities and tools training to supported
consumers and partners.
More About the Role:
When providing reach back Intelligence and Operational support, you will
directly support deployed teammates; answer requests for support from
other mission partners (COCOMs, Special Operations Commands, and IC
elements); and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions,
and customers. You will work closely with other members of your team to
identify adversary WMD pathways and capabilities and to illuminate
adversary probable intentions, activities, and vulnerabilities. You will
assist with community of interest engagement, conduct professional
development within the CACI-Wexford Operational Analysis Team, and
mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to meet client
requirements.
If deployed, you will embed with supported organizations to assist
operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units
with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their
effectiveness against CWMD and Emerging Threat networks. You will
identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based
on experience working with elements of the DOD, Interagency and
International partners. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.

Responsible for pulling data for internal and external audits for datasets listed above
Data Investigation Projects (40% of the time)
Work through a backlog of data mining projects to support the Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP)
Service card mapping reviews
Conduct quantity takeoffs for backlog of identified integrity projects
Assist with GIS change request submittals
Projects derived from newly identified threats to the gas distribution system
Tracking and Traceability Data Collection Process Planning (20% of the time)
Assist with the implementation of Gas Digital As-Building Processes as needed

Who you are...
Associate’s Degree in an Engineering discipline or a closely related field from an accredited university; or completion of an approved apprenticeship program
2-4 Years of Experience in a relevant engineering-oriented field preferred (Gas Utility experience is valued)
Experience with ESRI GIS Ecosystem is highly valued
Knowledge of applicable federal and state pipeline safety regulations, particularly Title 49 CFR Part 192, is beneficial

Mission Manager
Key Role:
Serve as a specialized officer who guides multi-organizational teams and
coordinates closely with multiple mission partners within an all-source
collection and analysis construct while conducting complex, worldwide
operations to develop actionable intelligence against high priority
threats to US National Security which are increasingly transnational in
origin. Demonstrate an ability to assimilate vast amounts of data and
provide time-critical direction, often under pressure. Develop expertise
in the client?s functional missions, including regional areas of
interest. Develop specialized abilities to identify, analyze, and
facilitate the penetration and disruption of international organizations
and threat networks. Develop a comprehensive understanding of various
collection platforms used to identify and reduce intelligence gaps in
the pursuit of tactical, operational, and strategic objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in the operational community
-Experience with crisis management in high risk or high consequence
environments, including federal or state law enforcement, USG or USMIL
operations, combat arms, or tactical aviation
-Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7
operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize
resource effectiveness
-Ability to conduct weekly rotating shift work
-Ability to conduct client-sponsored short-term domestic and
international deployments
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Clearance:
