Commercial Security Shift Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supervise the day to day operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Report directly to Site Supervisor and/or Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including participating in hiring /selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.

• Assure that employee grievances are heard and resolved (with assistance from the Titan Management, as required).

• Coordinate and/or conduct site-specific “on the job training”, client–specific training and annual refresher training for staff by adhering to Titan’s training standards.
• Reconcile logs, shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports prior to submitting to client and coordinate preliminary investigations.
• Develop/maintain operational procedures and post orders that are always available for emergency reference by staff.
• Take a proactive role in communicating with client and meeting their needs: meet with regularly, listen to issues, and provide security and technical expertise and solutions. Ensure complete client satisfaction.
• Train and qualify to work assigned post. Understands the specific and general post instructions for that assigned post. Maintain practical knowledge of all additional and emergency post instructions that are called for by the client.
• Maintain access control procedures set by building management.
• Effectively utilize access control systems, visitor management systems and CCTV systems as needed.
• Identify all tenants and/or visitors upon arrival.
• Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building.
• Observe departing personnel to guard against theft of tenant or building property.
• Monitor security cameras that are within the facility.
• Respond to incidents including property emergencies.
• Conduct general patrols of the entire property during various hours, if required, including numerous flights of stairs and frequent patrols of the exterior in any weather conditions.
• Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
• Assist tenants and visitors with directions and general business information.
• Clearly and accurately record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of equipment, to building and Titan management.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or directly related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid PERC, driver’s license as applicable.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus.
Other Qualifications: Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must maintain a working telephone number though which we can contact you.
Physical Demands: The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Description
Emergency Medical Technician
Provide live-fire emergency medical support. The contractor shall work with the MSOS SMO to develop and validate the latest emergency medical protocols ensuring the best emergency medical care is available for MARSOC using the training/sustainment program approved by the American College of Surgeons (ACS) and the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians and the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), etc. EMTs are intimately familiar with the TTPS associated with the high-risk training evolutions that are conducted on a daily basis and will remain fully engaged in supporting these as requirements generated from the operating forces evolve.
Qualifications:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Must hold a current NREMT-B certification or NC EMT-B certification.
Must be certified to teach TCCC through the USSOCOM Surgeon's Office and provide copies of certification to the MARSOC COR prior to contract start.
Must be trained in accordance with the DoD Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care current protocols and PHTLS curriculum.
Must provide on-site CPR and CPR instructor training, certification and annual re-certification as required for MSOS medical personnel.
On-site EMT Basic training on an as needed or required basis, to include instruction needed for state certification but not certification itself or the books and materials required (this two week course will be particularly valuable to students awaiting training).

JOB PURPOSE: Prepare all-source intelligence products to support exercise planning and execution for the USSOCOM Force Management Directorate, Joint Capabilities Training Office. * Prepare all-source intelligence products to support SOF exercises.
* Establish and maintain systematic, cross-referenced intelligence records and files.
* Receive and process incoming reports and messages.
* Determine significance of reliability of incoming information.

Job Description
Lake County is seeking seven temporary road maintenance workers. The employment dates for these roles are December 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017. Additionally, these positions will be on call for snowplowing between November 15 through November 30 if available. These positions perform a variety of maintenance and traffic tasks related to the preservation and upkeep of County highways, bridges, drainage structures and other highway features, and DOT facilities. These positions perform semi-skilled work in operating tools and highway maintenance. They also perform essential snow and ice control operations. All duties are performed in accordance with the county safety code and established safe work practices. The regular hours of work are Monday through Friday from 6:30am until 3:00pm. During the snow and ice control call-outs these positions are on a 24-hour call-in status.
Required Skills
In order to be successful in these positions the candidates must have the ability to operate snow plow trucks with plows and salt spreaders, tractors, chippers, compressors, jack hammers, generators, etc. The candidates must also have the ability to wash, grease and assist in maintenance/servicing equipment including minor repairs and preventive maintenance; the ability to repair, replace and patch asphalt and concrete surfaces and fill in aggregate shoulder ruts; the ability to direct and control traffic during road maintenance; the ability to remove and dispose of trash, dead animals and other debris found on highways; the ability to trim and chip trees and shrubs; the ability to work from ladders or scaffolding; the ability to perform difficult physical labor; the ability to work under extreme weather conditions and the ability to work overtime as required.
Required Experience
We require candidates who possess at least a CDL Class B license with air brakes although Class A is preferred, supplemented by a satisfactory driving record. This position also requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
