Job Summary:
Cubic | NEK Services Inc., is currently accepting resumes for the position of Senior Business Systems Engineer to support development of NSW business systems such as Naval Special Warfare Training and Readiness Management System (NTRMS). The system automates the NSW Force Readiness Manual (FRM) and gives commanders the ability to customize training requirements data with a responsive and easy to use interface. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide and implement business systems software engineering to include analysis of business needs and systems flow, and shall determine data storage and usage requirements while developing solutions to facilitate business work processes.
· Design and/or support all areas of the software development lifecycle to include the development of platforms and features across multiple subsystems, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing, training, deployment, operations and sustainment support.
· Prepare and implement analysis of information and user requirements, designing and debugging software, documenting software, software testing, problem solving, requirements collection, stakeholder collaboration, user support, and system maintenance.
· Create and deliver a monthly status report to supervisor due NLT 10 days after end of month. The report shall summarize work performed and major accomplishments.
· Other tasks, as necessary, assigned by the client or supervisor.
• Insure protocols for safeguarding classified information and classified materials are met; performing classified document control functions, classified materials inventories, program access requests, and maintaining and using security-related databases, as required.
Skills/Requirements/Qualifications:
•Must possess and maintain an active US Secret Clearance.
•Must be a US citizen.
•Must have a minimum of 5 years’ of experience in web development.
• Must have demonstrated expertise in modern programming languages including VB.NET and C#.NET, Microsoft (MS) SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), MS ASP.NET, MS Internet Information Server, and MS Visual Studio, and the integration of other services and products with a structured query language database server.
• Must possess the “Security +” certification. Or be willing to obtain it prior to start!

Qualifications:
Education:

• Five years documented experience in a related field may be substituted for the educational requirement.
Clearance:

Experience:

4. Submarine Engineering Technicians - Virginia Beach, VA.
Overview
Here at VT Group, our business units provide turnkey engineering and logistics, enterprise Information Technology, and C5ISR services worldwide, primarily in the DOD, commercial, and healthcare arenas.
Responsibilities
The Submarine Engineering Technician will have a thorough knowledge of installation practices and procedures as demonstrated by successful accomplishment of installation tasks. They will assist the Project Manager by directing the activities of the installation team. They will provide the Project Manager with installation status and implements risk response plans and recommends work-arounds. Will be assigned to medium or large tasks ranging from routine to complex/high risk installations.
Specific duties include:
-Schedules work in accordance with the Project Plan.

-Identifies problem areas to the Project Manager and provides information for Condition Discrepancy Reports.
-Monitors on-site availability of material, equipment, and tools to ensure that the proper resources are available as needed.
-Maintains inventory records of material and equipment received on-site and records disposition.
-Attends production review meetings either with the Project Manager or as the Project Manager’s representative.
-Provides installation support during Installation Verification Testing or SOVTs.
-Provides the Project Manager with the status and progress of the installation; completes and submits DSRs (Daily Status Report)

-This position requires demonstrated experience in electricity and ship and shore electronic systems installations including supervisory experience. Must have the ability to provide guidance and technical assistance to trade professions.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
· Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
· Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
· Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate's degree and five years of experience, or seven years of work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of hands on CNC experience operating a 3-axis high speed machine, or 6 months of work experience with a CNC Machining Certificate from an accredited college
• Must be willing and able to work overtime and weekends when necessary
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills

The ideal candidates are prior Special Forces 18F, SMU Intelligence Analysts, or SOF Intelligence Analysts with All-Source, F3EAD Targeting, and HUMINT experience and with recent combat deployments, who are capable of working as analytical team members in an extremely fast based and high pressure environment.

The SOF Operations Integrator will provide operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities with regards to planning and synchronization of C-IED support to deployed SOF elements, coordinate SOF requests for C-IED support with other deployed assets and enabling elements, ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging C-IED processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs, and provide advice to SOF Commanders and their staff on how to best integrate C-IED, and specifically Attack the Network (AtN) capabilities into their ongoing operations and analytical efforts.
Best Candidates: The best candidates will be recently retired or soon to be retiring SOF Senior NCOs (E-8 or E-9), Field Grade Officers, or Warrant Officers who have an active or current TS/SCI clearance, a combination of leadership and staff experience, multiple SOF combat deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, locations in Africa, or other similar deployments where C-IED planning and Attack the Network combat operations took place, and will have the knowledge and credibility required to advise senior SOF Commanders and Staff on integration of C-IED efforts into the planning and execution of ground combat operations.
Detailed Responsibilities:
SOF Operations Integrators, in conjunction with other members of the SOF Support Team, will work with tactical and operational Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements (ODA to TSOC) to leverage cutting edge tools and processes designed to improve intelligence and operations fusion within their planning and mission execution cycles. The focus of these fusion efforts is exposure of enemy networks that employ IEDs.
The SOF Operations Integrator will serve as a direct link between our customer and deployed SOF units on all current and future initiatives.
The SOF Operations Integrator serves as the primary advisor to the deployed SOF commander and staff on all activities with regards to planning, and synchronization of effort of our customer AtN support to deployed SOF elements. The Operations Integrator applies in-depth understanding of both the supported unit's operational requirements as well as our customer's AtN capabilities in order to identify exploitable vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations. The SOF Operations Integrator must apply a thorough understanding of the Ops/Intel fusion process as well as subject matter expertise on SOF operations, IEDs, and our customer's capabilities.
The SOF Operations Integrator ensures all SOF requests for AtN support are fully coordinated with other customer deployed assets. The Operations Integrator advises SOF Commanders and their staffs on how to best integrate our customer's capabilities into their ongoing operations and analytical efforts.
Successful applicants must possess strong oral and writing skills, experience working with multidiscipline teams, and the ability to identify and analyze problems through the lens of their experience and subject matter expertise in order to generate executable solutions.
The SOF Operations Integrator must have the ability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.
The SOF Operations Integrator should have the ability to perform tasks with the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases: Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, SIPR, and JWICS.
This position requires recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.

Experience and Educational Requirements:
