The Signature Reduction Specialist shall monitor and report on the safe, secure, and successful implementation of approved signature reduction plans.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct an annual review of all signature reduction plans to assess the viability, feasibility, and supportability of said plans.
Include enhanced OPSEC in recommended signature reduction plans to ensure the security of Army HUMINT collectors and operations.

IDL SME provides support to assist USSOCOM Staff in the conduct of targeting analysis and operations. The contractor shall provide all necessary specialized non-personal labor, material, and services necessary to perform intelligence operations, coordination, product production, data integration, synchronization, and prioritization of USSOCOM missions and operational objectives.
Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
Job Responsibilities: The IDL SME shall provide all necessary specialized non-personal labor, material, and services necessary to perform intelligence operations, coordination, product production, data integration, synchronization, and prioritization of USSOCOM missions and operational objectives. The IDL SME shall possess SME-level skillsets in the specific intelligence discipline with demonstrated experience and results to include knowledge of training requirements, mission requirements, the ability to accurately and effectively communicate with USSOCOM customers and knowledge of the organization. IDL SMEs shall assist the USSOCOM Staff to identify and assist in the development of prudent COAs, recommend priorities, train members of the team, and employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit to USSOCOM operations.
Job Requirements: Intelligence Discipline Lead-Subject Matter Expert (IDL SME) shall possess the following qualifications:
IDL SME shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center or Combatant Command, or, a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.
Of the foregoing experience, the IDL SME shall have not less than five (5) years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU and or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.
IDL SME shall have advanced skillsets with the F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.
IDL SME shall have advanced skillsets with the Intelligence Cycle, HVI Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, and Intelligence training.
IDL SME shall have employed their expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies and relevant skills related to intelligence operations.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford Strategic Intelligence Analyst, you will provide subject matter advice at the strategic level to senior Government and military commanders in support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), mission and assist with fusing operations and intelligence information focused on WMD and regional threat networks. You will produce white papers, regional threat analysis and assessments, short- and long-term assessments and produce products from customers’ RFIs. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases. You will build products that focus on Counter-Proliferation support key to DTRA and CCMD Priority Intelligence and Operational requirements and timelines. You will provide embedded and reach back support to Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Improvised Threat efforts and operations executed by DTRA, committed warfighting units and partners. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and network activity and narrow the search space to conduct CWMD operations. As required, you will interact directly with DTRA Senior Staff and deployed intelligence consumers during the development of intelligence products to meet intelligence requests for information. You will assist in the preparation and the conduct of leader engagements with DTRA and commanders globally, to assist in developing processes that enhance situational understanding of WMD and improvised-threats, and the networks that employ or facilitate them to enable DOD, IA, and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those threats.
More About the Role:
You will monitor and analyze tactical to strategic information to advise DTRA on new and emerging. You will answer requests for support from deployed teammates and other units, and working closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will work closely with other Counter-Proliferation and Strategic Intelligence Analysts to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted threat organizations while identifying trends, patterns, and key nodes. You will assist with the development and maintenance of analytic policies and procedures for processing, production, and dissemination of intelligence. As required, you will brief intelligence assessments and may represent the client organization in fielding technical questions to support key assessments.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a Rigid Tactical SOF Targeting Integrator, you will provide expert targeting analysis services against High Value Individuals (HVIs) and shall use information, qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, training, and technology and employ tools for information collection to enhance a customer's F3EAD targeting cycle. You will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing targeting support products to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks (such as WMD, VEOs, IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA, and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs, and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. Using expertise in HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and GEOINT you will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency, and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach-back support, you will directly support embedded teammates, answer requests for support from other SOF units, and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-Wexford SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.

Project Schedule Development and Support:
You will work with project delivery teams to develop and maintain project schedules throughout the project lifecycle. You will also work with project delivery teams to establish the work breakdown structure, activities, constraints, and milestones for projects. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining overall project schedules as well as the schedule(s) for contracted project scope elements through the incorporation of service provider and/or contractor scheduled activities, or their complete schedule within the overall project schedule. You may analyze (e.g. “what if” analysis) and make recommendations regarding planning for and executing schedule changes for interdependent portfolios of projects. Additionally, you may work with staff to analyze and determine the budget and resource impacts associated with project/program portfolio schedule changes.
Budget Management and Resource Support
By developing and maintaining a comprehensive capital improvement plan cost loaded schedules, you will work with project delivery teams and staff to analyze and make recommendations for controlling and managing multi-year capital and expense budgets including forecasting and leveling resource efforts.
Schedule Training and Controls Leadership
As a member of the project controls team you may be asked to serve in a leadership position providing oversight for controls projects and initiatives or as a lead to junior controls team members, providing coaching, and mentoring. Through collaboration with planning, engineering, and project managers you may be asked to develop and implement project controls and monitoring processes and procedures, particularly as they relate to schedule and cost/budget development to ensure projects achieve scope, schedule and cost objectives. Who you are...the ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in scheduling and scheduling controls skills including: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, activity network development, activity logic relationships (e.g. Finish to Start, Start to Start, Finish to Finish, Start to Finish), Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have experience with both Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, as most of our more complex projects/programs are managed in Primavera P6 and a scheduler is required for these projects. There are a large number of our projects are managed in Microsoft Project by project managers.
With that said, we are absolutely willing to consider candidates who already have demonstrated expertise in scheduling, and additionally we will then provide training for Primavera P6; this training will be mandatory and expected completion and proficiency within 6 months of hire.

· IDL SME shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center or Combatant Command, or, a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.
· Of the foregoing experience, the IDL SME shall have not less than five (5) years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations, and combat overseas tours with a SMU and or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.
· IDL SME shall have advanced skill-sets with the F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.
· IDL SME shall have advanced skill-sets with the Intelligence Cycle, HVI Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, and Intelligence training.
· IDL SME shall have employed their expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies and relevant skills related to intelligence operations.

The Operations Research and Systems Analyst (ORSA) will lead analyst for Operations Research Systems Analysts in the Third Army/US Army Central (USARCENT) G5 Plans Directorate, Strategy and Assessment Branch.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
Supervise contractor team during Campaign Support Plan Assessment Plan development, assessment program task execution and strategic assessment process.
Be responsible for motivating contractor team members to deliver quality support to the military staff by ensuring analytical products comply with doctrine and by providing opportunities for training and professional development.
Ensure team fulfills tasks in Performance Work Statement (PWS) and meets Quality Control Plan (QCP) standards.
Monitor and evaluate sufficiency and quality of assessment program.
Schedule and direct ORSA contractors participation in the Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells and Working Group (B2C2WG) process.
Ensure delivery of effective contributions to working groups and other operational planning activities.
Be responsible for facilitating administrative actions; obtaining resources; and resolving personnel issues satisfactorily.
Perform research, modeling and analysis to meet strategic planning and operational assessment needs.
Assist the military staff with mission analysis; campaign objective development; integration of strategic and operational goals; analysis of courses of action; and decision support analysis.
Assist military staff with continuous performance assessment during all phases of the operations cycle (assess-plan-prepare-execute).
Design and perform analytical studies, as needed, to inform staff decision-making and support resource allocation.
Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Position Requirements
Experience:
Possess the ability to lead Operations Research and Systems Analysts (ORSA) during assessment plan development, assessment program task execution, and strategic assessment processes, ability to facilitate administrative actions, obtain resources, and resolve personnel issues satisfactorily.
Possess the ability to implement and apply familiarity with common qualitative and quantitative assessment tools and methodologies in the conduct of daily operations.
Five years military experience (Active Duty or DA Civilian).
Experience working on classified networks and interfacing with military staffs at the operational and strategic level.
Ability to manage and operate assessment frameworks within the Strategic Management System software platform.
Demonstrated superior written and verbal communication abilities.
Education:
Master of Science Degree with documented coursework in operations research, industrial/systems engineering, systems analysis, or related field.
Other Required Skills & Abilities:
Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT - Annapolis Junction, Md.
• The Information Technology Consultant will provide highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
• Perform elaborate analyses and studies and prepare reports and give presentations.
• Conduct research into and apply knowledge of Government test and evaluation concepts and related engineering, acquisition, and operations activities as needed to support the T&E activities.
• Provide highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems and assist with any or all the Level 1 tasks as constrained by technical training, testing experience and automated solutions to complex infrastructure.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Recent experience of above identified duties, tasks, and skills in a DOD/IC enterprise environment and available for ConUS as well as OConUS travel.
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields.
• REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Top Secret with Full Scope Polygraph.
