Job Summary:
Develop and recommend loss prevention policies and procedures for Operational Loss Management. Make recommendations regarding customer settlements, coordinate activities with internal department and external collection agencies and other parties. Analyze the existing fraud system programs to ensure proper placement of controls, improve efficiency, and quality of fraud alerts. The analyst may recommend alternative solutions for customers’ claims as they work the fraud analysis for the case and see different avenues communicating directly with the consumer.
Major Responsibilities:
65% Research and analyze core fraud system to ensure the proper placement/functioning of controls, and to detect early signs of fraudulent activity. Explore recovery avenues and document activity. Identify and escalate to management other compliance or operational potential weaknesses i.e. new account documentation, failure to follow Bank policy etc. Handling escalated calls from customers and/or bank officers and resolving complex issues involving fraud/loss transactions and evaluating risks. Requires thorough understanding of banking operations to detect early signs of possible loss. Perform any other monitoring, analysis, and reporting of account activity as required.15/0view losses to ensure that appropriate actions have been taken to effectuate recovery. Approve all charge-off requests and secure additional approval for losses of more than $15,000.Compile information; prepare suspicious activity reports within reasonable timeframes and in accordance with FIU policy and procedures, requiring only minor corrections from supervisory reviews. Knowledge of criminal and commercial laws and procedures, Uniform Commercial codes, penal codes and Bank regulations and standards. 10% Evaluate operating losses and support offices/departments with the training tools to control losses. Identify procedural problems or systems related problems and inform proper area personnel.5%Analyze, develop, and recommend changes to Operating Loss policies and procedures. 5%provide assistance to lesser experienced staff members with various transactions and inquiries within established bank guidelines.

Job Summary:
Responsible for originating conventional residential real estate loans for the Bank. Participate in related business development activities.
Major Responsibilities:
• Solicit residential first mortgages through contacts with realtors, builders and developers.

•Administer inhalation therapy treatments, with knowledge of medications utilized in this treatment and reactions.
•Properly apply cardiac monitor leads and 12 lead EKG machine, analyze rhythm strips and notify Physician of any abnormal results (e.g., dysrhythmias for patient situation). Be able to interpret cardiac rhythms and their implications, intervene on emergent changes.

Products contractor personnel shall produce and prepare include, but are not limited to, an Intelligence Operational Architecture to Support CONPLANs, ISR Tasking/Collection/Processing/Exploitation and Dissemination (TPED), Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4 & C4ISR), Central Region AOR Operational Architecture, and Exercise Observation Reports.
• Shall be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on integration and interoperability of airborne and ground ISR collection systems as well as produce detailed graphical depictions of ISR architectures to include operational and system views. A thorough understanding of related C4ISR system operating bands, frequencies and communication paths is essential.
• Provides dedicated support necessary to collect, identify, document, disseminate and maintain data necessary to provide recommendations and analysis of current intelligence related systems; provides recommendations to resolve issues identified by the formal Joint Staff Requirements process and perform assessments of projected operational requirements to ensure future intelligence systems and programs are compatible with USCENTCOM ISR architectures.
• Provides systems engineering/technical assistance for planning, testing, implementation, installation, maintenance and sustainability of developing ISR systems.
• Must be proficient in MS Office tools and applications as well as be well experienced in writing formal documents, memoranda and communications.

SCOPE:
The Program Manager (PM) receives authority from, and reports directly to the President, CHS Middle East LLC and works with the customer to facilitate a supported and supporting relationship and partnership, and to work hand-in-hand to ensure that CHS provides the highest level of medical care possible.
The PM is responsible to provide all necessary personnel, administrative, financial, and managerial resources necessary for the support of the customer’s mission and all its functions and delivering all required services and deliverables in basic contract and task order(s) Performance Work Statements (PWS).
The PM shall use develop and/or apply proven CHS methodologies that assure that all activities are identified, documented, and tracked so that the contract will continuously be evaluated and monitored for timely and high quality service. The EMT-P is clinically supervised by the site medical director or other physician extenders on the work site and ultimately reports to the ALiSS Program Manager
The EMT will be assigned to treat patients in one of three settings: (1) Field Health Unit, (2) Small medical/trauma hospitals, (3) Large medical/trauma hospital and assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician or physician extender.
Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records the information on patients' charts. EMT-P may be required to draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
In some settings the EMT-P may be assigned a leadership role as Lead EMT-P.
The EMT-P will perform emergency skills, such as managing respiratory, trauma, and cardiac emergencies, and patient assessment. Typically, an EMT will deal with bleeding, fractures, airway obstruction, cardiac arrest, and emergency childbirth. EMT will use and maintain common emergency equipment, such as backboards, suction devices, splints, oxygen delivery systems, and stretchers.
EMT-P provides more extensive pre-hospital care than do EMTs. In addition to carrying out the procedures of the other levels, paramedics administer medications orally and intravenously, interpret electrocardiograms (EKGs), perform endotracheal intubations, and use monitors and other complex equipment.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Physician Assistant shall perform and provide medical examination and treatment as required by the MTF, Chief, Department of Primary Care and Community Medicine (DPCCM), or Counterpart, at each location. The Physician Assistant shall perform the services, which a military Physician with similar training and experience would be called upon to perform while in a similar duty assignment. The Physician Assistant shall be responsible for a regular appointed clinic, compatible with workload and, in addition, provide immediate evaluation and management of emergent problems as they occur. All PA’s shall have the capability to:
Collect and record, in proper format, medical and social historical data appropriate to the patient’s condition.
Perform a general physical examination. Record the findings in proper format and determine medical qualifications for various purposes.
Select the most appropriate diagnosis and treat in cases of uncomplicated common illness and injuries (refer when necessary)
Recognize those more complicated cases, initiate treatment (if appropriate), and refer to a higher level of medical expertise for diagnosis and or treatment.
Plan and initiate proper treatment within the PA’s defined privileges and the scope of practice of the facility.
Identify and report those situations and individual cases which have public health significance and carry out effect control measures.
Clearly communicate to other health personnel either orally or in writing the findings, diagnosis, and planned treatment regimen
Stabilize and manage a patient in a medical or surgical emergency and or transfer to physician care.
Determine appropriate means of evacuation of emergency patients, prepare patients for evacuation, and arrange for evacuation support.
Perform the following blocks: digital, local infiltration, and intercostal
Emergency procedures: Cricothyriodotomy External cardiac compression; set-up chest tube bottles attach Heimlich valve; needle thoracentesis debride wound, superficial; cosmetic closure, facial wound closure, scalp wound closure
Orthopedic procedures
Podiatry procedures
Instruct patient in prevention
General surgical procedures
Urological procedures
Maintain inpatient and outpatient medical records in accordance with MTF procedures

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The qualified candidate will assist the Federal Deposit Insurance Company (FDIC) in implementing the AvePoint migration tool (AvePoint Migrator and DocAve Content Manager) and in the migration of content to SharePoint 2013. 50. Server Network/Systems Engineer – Huntsville, AL
Brief Description: Server Network/Systems Engineer specializing in Windows and Linux Systems Management in support of the Missile Defense Agency JIPCAN Program on the JRDC program in Huntsville, AL.
Complete Description: Server Network/Systems Engineer will primarily support the JIPCAN isolated classified network which is located in Huntsville, AL and Tel-Aviv, Israel with access points in Colorado Springs, CO and the NCR in Washington D.C. and test sites as needed. The position will be responsible for daily operation of the JIPCAN environment to include network infrastructure, server administration to include VMware virtual environment, EMC SAN/NAS administration, McAfee AntiVirus administration, IAVA compliance, STIG compliance, workstation administration, backup administration, and facilitate classified VTC activities. Server Network/Systems Engineer will be responsible for executing daily battle rhythms within the JIPCAN environment (check vCenter to ensure virtual environment is working normally, logon to servers and check event logs, check Networker logs) as well as patch all servers and workstations, utilize DISA Gold Disk for IAVA compliance, apply any upgrades as necessary for Windows, monitor the VMware ESXi/vCenter infrastructure and make performance optimizations as needed. Candidate will support Sharepoint Deployment and administration. The Server Network/Systems Engineer will facilitate the scheduling of any JIPCAN related VTCs and assist with providing information to update the DIACAP package for JIPCAN. The position will support non-standard applications DOORS, and perform any necessary data management activities (setting file permissions, creating shares, etc) managing all aspects of the Active Directory environment (user accounts, computer objects, print servers, group policy, DNS, sites and services, replication). The Server Network/Systems Engineer will be expected to travel to any location where the JIPCAN environment exists as requested by the customer or as needed for maintenance activities. The engineer will be required to coordinate efforts with DISA and/or the MDA Infrastructure team when working network related issues. Primary duty hours fall within 0700-1600 CST, Monday - Friday, but must be able to work alternate shift (2300-0800 CST/0700-1600 GMT+2) and weekend hours as necessary to support implementation, troubleshooting, and testing requirements. Other server management related duties may be required. Experience using Remedy software needed both for submission of trouble tickets on behalf of customer and tracking issues.
Minimum Requirements: Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience. Must have a strong networking background with an emphasis on security. Must have a strong analytical background with accompanying troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills also required. Candidates must have completed or be enrolled in Continuing Education (CE) with a Security+ certification. Must have active DoD TOP Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain.
Preferred Requirements: Previous work experience as a Windows/Linux System Administrator supporting a large Enterprise with knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 2003/2008, Linux/UNIX Operating Systems, COMSEC/TACLANE, EMC Storage, EMC Networker and SCCM Patch Management solutions.
