As a Field Engineer Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers (residential, commercial, and developers) for natural gas services; responsible for reviewing drawings for land/subdivision development, discussing existing layouts, and working with individual homeowners and commercial customers making modifications to gas services. In this role, you will be responsible for projects ranging in scope from large land development projects designing utility infrastructure, relocating gas infrastructure requested from the City of Colorado Springs or the Colorado Department of Transportation, review individual residential customer service changes or meter relocations. Serving as a subject matter expert for customers during the design phase you will be working in one of the most plugged-in groups in the company!
How you will make an impact:
Prepare construction drawings (AutoCAD) and materials specifications; ensures that construction materials meet specifications
Review drawings for land/subdivision development, discuss existing layouts, and work with individual homeowners and commercial customers
This work ranges in scope from large land development projects to reviewing individual residential customer service changes
Serve as a subject matter expert for customers during the design and construction phase, you will review contracts, understand, and interpret tariffs, and costs, prepare time and material estimates, and review and design projects using AutoCAD and other engineering applications
Analyze existing and proposed systems to assist in decision-making processes; generate creative solutions; offer new ideas and concepts that may impact efficiency and reduce costs
Coordinate with various departments, customers, and regulatory agencies
Work with various departments (gas & electric planning, maintenance, energy construction, QC inspectors, etc.)
Take pictures and document information obtained as you perform pre-and post-construction site visits
During inclement weather, be involved in storm patrols to assist in coordinating efforts to investigate the nature of the outages
Who You Are:
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution, or 7 years of engineering-related experience (gas utility is preferred)
Associate of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution and 5 years of engineering-related experience (gas utility is preferred)
Familiarity with the principals of AutoCAD

We are hiring a Journey Electric Meter Specialist who will be counted on as a subject matter expert for electric metering (e.g., self-contained, transformer-rated, and primary metering) on our Advanced Metering Team.
In this job, you will ensure the proper installation and functionality of our meters (single-phase and three-phase metering). This role is very hands-on, and you will operate on a rotating schedule of working both in the shop and out in the field, all while handling a variety of electric metering tasks and duties. We will provide you with opportunities to stay on top of the latest trends in metering by using the latest technology and mentoring the next wave of Electric Meter Specialists through our apprenticeship program.
Starting pay as an Electric Meter Specialist is $49.06. Upon successful completion of the probationary period (typically 6 months), your rate of pay will adjust to $51.51/hr.
As a Meter Specialist, you will be responsible for…
Installing, exchanging, and disconnecting both self-contained and transformer-rated electric meters and related equipment
Performing inspections and ensuring proper operation of electric meters through testing, programming, repairs, and beta testing
Ensuring meter compliance with standards and specifications
Maintaining meter testing equipment to comply with industry standards
Maintaining records and entering daily meter transactions into multiple applications
Providing technical assistance and support to staff and customers
Qualifications…
Completion of a Department of Labor (DOL) certified electric meter apprenticeship, or an employer-sponsored non-registered apprenticeship program, or 5+ years of experience in advanced electric metering is required
Advanced knowledge of electric metering (e.g., self-contained, transformer-rated, and primary metering)
Experience working with single-phase metering and three-phase metering
Experience working on transformer-rated meters
Have working knowledge of the fundamentals of electricity, trigonometry, vector diagrams as pertains to electrical metering, also fundamentals of electrical metering equipment, its construction, maintenance, and testing, as well as metering standards
Have experience in working on energized circuits in a safe manner so as not to interrupt continuous service to customers

Serve as a Special Operations Assault Zone Controller, in support of the 27th Special Operations Wing (27 SOW) at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Personnel should have previous qualifications/experience as Combat Controllers, Landing Zone Controllers, Landing Zone Safety Officers, Drop Zone Controllers, or USAF ATC Controllers. TJFACT is seeking to find a dynamic Procurement and Logistics Support Specialist Level IV to support our DOS INL/GPP team directly in Washington, DC!
This is a part-time position not-to-exceed 1360 labor hours within the current period of performance.
A Secret security clearance is required for this position; however, well qualified candidates may begin working with an interim Secret security clearance.

Program Advisor will be responsible for the achievement of the tasks listed below, focusing on logistical and substantive planning and preparations for the U.S. hosted Conference of States Parties to the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC COSP).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Task 001 Execute Contracts with Vendor(s):
Serve as focal point for executing necessary contracts with vendors to support the U.S. in hosting the UNCAC COSP.
Serve as action officer for supporting the request for proposal process to finalize a location
for the U.S.-hosted COSP.
Support contract with overarching vendor that is in line with the Host Country Agreement, including as related to requirements for:
conference center
simultaneous interpretation into the six UN languages
hotel rooms
airport transportation
audio visual equipment
COVID-19 precautionary needs
on-site medical services
Task 002 Support Successful Implementation of UNCAC COSP Contracts:
Serve as logistical focal point to help ensure successful execution by the vendor(s) of UNCAC COSP contracts.
Liaise between INL/GAPP, INL/GPP/Multilat, and vendors to ensure satisfactory communication coordination in execution of UNCAC COSP contractual requirements.
Travel to U.S. COSP venue, as needed, to support advance preparations needed to ensure a successful event.
Task 003 Support Successful Execution of UNCAC COSP Contractual Requirements:
Travel to U.S. hosted COSP for the event itself to support meeting logistics.
Ensure vendor’s successful execution of contractual requirements.
Serve as focal point for contract close out needs.
Task 004 Support the Development of an Effective Process for Visa Applications:
Support the development of a process, in conjunction with the Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs and other necessary stakeholders, for processing visa participation in the U.S. hosted UNCAC COSP.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizen
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, program management, public policy, or related field (10 years professional experience can be substituted)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; prior experience conducting research.
· A minimum of 10 years of experience working on issues related to government contracting.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience working on large-scale event planning.
· Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

Our Gas Construction and Maintenance team is seeking a Gas Construction Operations leader to oversee our crew supervisors who are responsible for natural gas construction, including leak repair, service line installation and abandonment, main and service renewals, 150lb steel main replacement, and other Distribution Integrity Management-related activities. Your leadership will drive the safe, efficient, and high-quality work performance of crews, contractors, and other resources responsible for key components of our gas pipeline integrity management program. Forecasting staff, resources, loads, demands, and preventative maintenance needs to ensure operational requirements are met for short and long-term project plans
Conducting construction design reviews on behalf of the gas construction department and crew supervisors to influence job design with a construction expertise
Planning, developing, and implementing major projects setting priorities and deadlines to meet key deliverables
Who You Are
6+ years of gas pipeline construction, operations, and/or maintenance experience required
3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity (e.g., mentoring and coaching, employee development, performance management)
Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license
Knowledgeable in gas pipeline construction and applicable regulatory compliance
Skilled in facilitating the tactical management of resources, personnel, and equipment

As a Cyber Intelligence Analyst, you will embed with SOCEUR, SOTF, its mission partners, and tenant organizations - sometimes in potentially hostile, austere locations, providing expert mission knowledge and technical Cyberspace Intelligence expertise that enables the effective integration of intelligence and innovative technology into seamless solutions that help shape both current and future DoD Cyberspace mission requirements.
You will collaborate across the DoD, commercial industry, and academic space to identify and develop technology and capability enhancements that are informed by close collaboration and coordination with the labs, universities, agencies, and industry partners who are on the cutting edge of research and Development.
You will support SOCEUR, organizations at all echelons, and work with communities of interest as they deal directly with a wide variety of emerging threats and conduct operations to mitigate those threats. You will perform expansive cyberspace intelligence analysis to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, and vulnerabilities. You will use all available capabilities to monitor, track, detect, and analyze cyber threat activities while advising and coordinating actions to develop analytic approaches and recommendations for operational responses to problems and situations for which data is incomplete, controversial, or in which no precedence exists. You will review Defensive Cyberspace Operations Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and provide input to countermeasure assessments. You will participate in and provide input for exercise planning and execution and contribute to assessments of ongoing operations against the Commander’s objectives to inform senior leadership of mission success or failure. You will develop and conduct briefings on the status of cyberspace operations to all applicable DoD staff levels, federal agencies, Intelligence Agencies, Law Enforcement, and U.S. Government organizations.
You will collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate complex cyberspace intelligence and other data from multiple sources to assess the relevance and significance of emerging threats and developments in assigned areas. You will conduct research, and create intelligence products, estimates, and assessments while conducting intelligence briefings and preparing situational awareness, incident reports, and operational update briefs. You will collaborate and support all-source methods to assess foreign cyber capabilities, threats and intentions and apply technical SOCEUR mission partner exploitation to identify system and doctrine vulnerabilities. You will collaborate and coordinate on analysis, threat identification, and threat characterization, providing technical expertise to SOCEUR and its mission partners to identify capabilities designed to mitigate those threats.
You will coordinate and deliver technology and capability integration that is informed by a deep understanding of currently deployed capabilities, emerging threats, and the dangers those threats pose to U.S. national interests. You will also possess detailed knowledge of the processes required to move technology from research to an operational capability - to improve SOCEUR capabilities for its Information Networks to ensure resilient, reliable information and communication networks, strengthen the nation’s ability to withstand and counter cyberspace threats, ensure access to cyberspace, respond to cyber-attacks, ensure continuity of operations, and secure endpoint security.

Current Top Secret/SCI Clearance with CI Poly or ability to obtain CI Poly.
