The Human Resources Administrator position is responsible for supporting the alignment of business unit initiatives including but not limited to compliance, HRIS, benefits, payroll, retention, and onboarding. This position requires administration of human resource programs designed to establish and maintain effective employee relations and government compliance through the application of MAG policies, practices, systems, and metrics.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
· Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
· Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
· Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate's degree and five years of experience, or seven years of work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
· More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network operations - including counter-facilitation.
· Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.

More About the Role:
You must be proficient in analytical tradecraft skills to assess new analytical assignments and assume primary responsibilities for specific production requirements. As required, you will represent the program and NGIC at intelligence forums and coordinate customer engagement visits with CONUS-based tactical units. You must be comfortable with integrating analysis CITP’s all-source target development analysts, as well as NGIC's IED Branch, Combat Incident Analysis Division, Identity Intelligence Division and the large C-IED community. Client is seeking to hire an Air Force & ACC Enterprise Project Manager to assist the HQ ACC A6 to Identify, implement, and ensure full integration of cybersecurity into all phases of their acquisition, upgrade, or modification programs, including initial design, development, testing, fielding, operation, and sustainment.
Project manager candidates are required to develop an accurate scope of work outlining agency requirements and needs while ensuring strict adherence to code compliance in the execution of IT projects to modernize, migrate, or roll out enterprise or MAJCOM unique services to AF operational and business users. The following is a listing of the expected skill sets to achieve success in this position:
Coordinate and support the execution of migration strategies supporting ACC enterprise-/base-level network, server consolidations, network control centers.
Perform migration analysis to identify and resource gaps prior to execution within the command.
Conduct mission analysis of divestiture of capabilities associated with Air Force/ACC implementations in order to understand and baseline current mission requirements, capabilities and vulnerabilities.
Identify and coordinate migration of command functional community systems into the Global Information Grid (GIG). Provide coordination/tracking for decommissioning of legacy ACC networks, once resources have migrated to the GIG.
Perform problem resolution associated with network implementations with recommended mitigating strategies.
Perform IT project management and action officer activities.
Perform analysis of critical structures, processes, policies, tools and products to ensure that they provide the appropriate technologies and functionalities.
Assist with development of, and support, quantitative and qualitative metrics.
Identify communication service requirements, system architectures and designs.
Perform analysis, design and create integration/ implementation plans with required documentation.
Analyze current and future virtualization environments at the server and client levels in support of network/ server consolidation efforts.
Support command efforts to reduce/modernize infrastructure through Unified Communications (UC) implementations.
Research and analyze network and project implementation issues.
Support IAO duties for Client, Thin Client, and virtual desktop implementations.
Analyze and provide recommendations to A6X regarding emerging network related technologies.
Provide weekly updates of activity and status as requested; attend meetings to provide leadership situational awareness and recommendations through briefings.
Work with Information Assurance teams as requested.
Ensure current and future enterprise infrastructure and application solutions meet or exceed AF/DoD cyber security standards.
Assist with coordinating with industry representatives on future integration opportunities as required.
Build reports, develop slides, set up, run, and brief all materials in meetings that will include General Officers, Senior Leaders, stakeholders, etc. as needed.
Provide program management support of the development of the ACC POM and Program Element Manager (PEM) support.
Develop ACC strategies, policies and procedures for communications
Evaluate base comprehensive plans and projects to determine communications and information systems impacts and shortfalls.
Determine alternative communications services to ensure operational requirements are met by the most cost effective means.
Support Evaluate Budget Execution Report (BER) submissions of 3400 and 3080 Comm-Electronics/LMR Unfunded Communications Requirements.
Apply the ACC communications risk management matrix to prioritize all unfunded requirements.
Review documents and publications and provide pertinent information briefings to support mission requirements.
Regularly attend meetings and conferences on procurement and sustainment of communications and information systems.
Assist in developing financial plans, budgets, and track disbursements and provide financial status to directorate managers.
Ensure all changes are approved through a configuration management process, are assessed for cybersecurity impacts and reported to the appropriate channels.

The contractor will Analyze threat information from multiple sources, disciplines, and agencies across the Intelligence Community concerning foreign all-source collection capabilities and activities, i. e. , human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), geo-spatial intelligence (GEOINT) / imagery intelligence (IMINT), and measurement & signatures intelligence (MASINT), specifically addressing foreign intelligence personalities, activities, capabilities, methods of operation/modus operandi (MO), intentions, and relationships with other intelligence services and terrorist networks. Conducts comprehensive research scouring finished intelligence products and reviewing raw intelligence (from CI, counterterrorism (CT), human, signals, geo-spatial, imagery, technical, law enforcement (LE) and open-source intelligence collection); compiles relevant data and integrates data into a coherent whole; considers the information’s reliability, validity and relevance; consults other CI and intelligence analysts; puts the evaluated information into context; makes judgments about the implications of the information; identifies gaps requiring additional collections; and produces finished intelligence which provides comprehensive assessments of threats posed by foreign entities engaging in intelligence collection, terrorist, and/or other clandestine/covert activities directed against US/DoD interests. Identifies and evaluates assets, trends and patterns of intelligence activities of foreign intelligence and security services (FISS) and international terrorists. Performs tailored analysis to develop comprehensive target definition of far-reaching strategic threats to support operational planning and to identify opportunities for CI action to penetrate, exploit, manipulate, neutralize or degrade intelligence activities of FISSs, international terrorists, and other threats. Integrates large amounts of intelligence information on foreign intelligence threats into context in order to draw insights about the possible implications. Conducts in-depth analysis of on-going foreign intelligence activities to determine the significance of information relative to intelligence already known, to identify significant facts, and draw deductions about the probable meaning of newly evaluated information. Identifies intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluates resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements and determines analytical approach. Identifies significant CI trends and proposes new or revised analytical projects to alert decision-makers to new developments and to meet client requirements. Prepares relevant assessments on emerging threat issues to identify gaps and seams, as well as vulnerabilities and opportunities, provides input to client decision makers on key CI analysis trends, evaluates and prioritizes threat targets, and develops actionable products to facilitate aggressive CI response. Maintains, populates, and manages intelligence records, information files, and a variety of databases.
Requirements:
8+ years of DoD HUMINT/Counterintelligence experience

Responsibilities
